The owner is a small Asian lady. I should have listened to the reviews of how unhelpful and rude…read morethis location is. She's a liar and didn't even bother to help me when I was looking for something but turns around to help someone else! I found about 5 bags of expired product dated back to 2025. I went up to her and asked if I could have it since it way past the expiration date. She said no, that they would all be donated to an organization. I doubt it. What organization is going to accept product that far back expired? She made some BS excuse that it was because of the remodeling. I also asked for help to find a food item and all she said was, "If it's on the floor, we have it. If you don't see it, we don't." Mind you I witnessed her helping another elderly Asian woman and actually tried helping her look for the product. I will never come back to this location. Place sucks!

I shopped here twice recently and overall I would say that my experience would be just average,…read morebasically hit or miss depending what's available and who's on staff. First time around I had a nice, young gentleman stocking and freshening up the produce area who greeted me with a nice smile and kind words. I ran in quickly to see if there were any type of produce that I could add to our dinner meal. I was grateful to find some bok choy and spinach, both in packaging and very fresh. Only one person ahead of me at the register, so it moved pretty quick, all in all. Second time around I purchased a few items from the produce again (cherries and corn on the cob) as well as an indoor plant. I never noticed their plants the first time around, but they had a nice selection of plants both for indoor and out. You can see a little of their collection in my photos. This time around there were two workers in the front who appeared to be chatty and looking shoppers up and down as if judging them. I felt eyes on myself as well as I perused through their plants. Anyway, the checkout process took much longer as they had only one line open with 3 shoppers ahead of me and a few behind me as well. Well, the produce this time around was not as impressive. The cherries were an excellent price at $1.99 vs the $7.99 that I had just paid at another grocery store, but every cherry had a little shriveled dried piece connected to them that you'd have to peel off while cleaning them before serving them. The corn we had that evening was also very thick and meaty, but not a good meaty, if that makes any sense. I think I'll only come back if in the shopping center to browse their plants, otherwise skip on over across the street at Stater Bros instead.

When you enter, you will see quite a few people mingling around the Cafe area and they're probably people that visit more than once a week. Ask the staff for recommendations most of them are quite friendly. This is the only place in town that we can find Thai Basil for some of the dishes. We like to prepare at home, which is how we first discovered it. In the back you'll find an amazing amount of fresh sea food and other meats. You will especially find several types of whole fish and prawns, even some quite large ones. You can also get fresh squid to make calamari. The prices are reasonable and butchers will help either fry the food for you filet it so you only take home what you want.

Surprised this was better than Seafood City... much thicker, meatier, and also tender and moist. LA, National/Daly City level quality imo.

The place was fairly busy when I arrived, and this one has a different feel to it than some of the other Sprouts I've been to. The aisles were arranged differently than the other ones I've been to, but, I found everything I was looking for. The place is lit brightly, and, there's pleasant music playing. Their Service Deli is part of one big Food Service station that also encompasses a cheese section, and a prepped food section. They also have a place to sit down and eat! My cashier was friendly, and, the cashier from the cashier stand behind her jumped in to bag my items, carefully placing the lighter items on top of the eggs I bought into one bag, and everything else into the other, all packed neatly. She was just as sweet as the cashier who rang me up. I was thanked, and sent on my way with a Have a Great Day! I normally go through the Self Checkout stands, but this location didn't have them, but, no big deal. I had a pleasant experience here, and, I'll be sure to stop by again!

This review is strictly for the deli. Sunday 08/24/2025 3:20 pm - I just finished a crazy and heavy workout and was craving a sandwich. So I stood in line and waited to order a veggie sandwich. I met Annalilea who did not look very happy. She picked up the order sheet and immediately stated , " I can't read what this is." So I politely stated some extra tomatoes, onions, mustard and pickles please. She seemed really angry and started to assemble the order. She put on two slices of tomato and a teeny bit of mustard. I was very gentle and requested " a little more tomato and mustard". She did do so but kept shaking her head. I was just very amused. When I asked for the pickles she lost it, " This is not Subway. Go to Subway and pay $10, OK!" I thanked her and her co worker John who looked embarrassed but definitely was terrified and visibly shit scared of her and left. I did not want to bother with the Manager or this store. This is the first time I have had this experience at Sprouts in Ca, Va, Fl, Ga or Nv.
