The space is BEAUTIFUL, both during the day and at night. When we checked in on Friday evening they even had live music, but unfortunately I was feeling a little sick so I skipped it and told myself I'd redeem the experience the next day before heading to Disneyland. And I'm glad I did. In the daytime, the patio area is gorgeous--you can really appreciate the firepit seating and the little lake with koi fish outside. Such a relaxing vibe. We came by around 4PM to pregame before Disney and the bar was pretty busy. Huge shoutout to Arvey, the bartender who took care of us during our visit. Not only was the service exceptional, but he genuinely made some of the best cocktails we've had in a while. Sitting at the bar and watching him make the drinks was honestly part of the experience itself. At first we were trying to customize and tweak our drinks because we usually stay in our comfort zone, but after talking with him and learning more about the ingredients in The Peel's specialty cocktails, we decided to trust the process a little more. We ordered the Dragonfly and Playing With Fire, and both were amazing--beautiful presentation, really balanced flavors, sweet and sour in the best way. We're usually not big foam cocktail people either, but this visit might've changed our minds a little. Also, Playing With Fire came with a fun little presentation moment which made it even better. Honestly, I was really impressed with my experience here. I even came back for another drink at breakfast before checking out of the hotel lol. The dining area also looked beautiful and the food coming out to other tables looked really good too. Definitely looking forward to coming back anytime I'm around the Anaheim area again.

It's a beautiful location with lots of windows and a nice outside view. As for the food, it's hotel food I feel like. May be good but over priced. It wasn't my pick so I came for the company. We sat in the back area which can accommodate large groups. Our server was good. They don't have lattes or speciality coffee drinks but you can get it from the coffee bar in the lobby and bring it in. I didn't get end up getting anything from here. My friends who got food said it was good. I just couldn't justify paying $22 for breakfast food. i guess if you are staying at the hotel, it would be good to try. However I don't need to come back.

We came here to celebrate a friend's birthday, and making a reservation in advance was definitely the right move--we were seated right away as soon as we arrived. The atmosphere immediately sets the mood. The interior is modern and stylish, featuring warm lighting, beautiful wall decor, and really creative, eye-catching ceiling light fixtures that give the space a chic, elevated feel. The menu offers an incredible variety of contemporary Chinese dishes, making it perfect for family-style dining. We ordered a wide assortment of plates to share, and every single dish was flavorful and executed to perfection. The highlight of the meal was definitely the noodle dishes--the texture of the hand-crafted noodles was top-tier, perfectly springy and chewy. Their HK style milk tea with cheese foam and grass jelly is highly recommended on the side note. I really enjoyed drinking it along with all my food. We finished our celebration with their mango shaved ice for dessert, which was refreshing, light, and the perfect sweet ending to an amazing meal. From the attentive service to the fantastic food and gorgeous setting, QUA made our birthday celebration special. Highly recommended for group gatherings or a nice dinner out!

It goes without saying that their general Tso's chicken wings ($16) are quite good. The wings are coated in a sticky chili, sesame, scallion sauce. It's sweet, spicy, and very flavorful. We also tried chili crunch burrata ($14). They used a Chinese donut instead of bread or crackers. It's a really nice touch paired with the creamy burrata and chili crisp. My second favorite thing I've tasted is the crispy shrimp red rice roll ($9.50). Crispy shrimp is rolled into a rice roll. It's an unexpectedly tasty bite. Several pieces come in one order so it's perfect for sharing. But my very favorite thing from the menu are the spicy sauce noodles ($12). It gives Din Tai Fung spicy sauce noodles. The dish is simple - noodles are nestled in a Sichuan chili + soy sauce. The noodles are chewy and the sauce combo is slightly spicy with sweet undertones. What I love most about QUA are the seasonal changes to the menu. Obviously they can just stick to what works for them, but the ever evolving menu keeps me coming back. It keeps things new, fresh, and exciting.

The added greenery and updated aesthetic give it a different feel now. For a moment, you forget you're sitting in Orange County. It feels more like a restaurant you'd stumble across in Mexico City than one tucked along Main Street. The premium tacos are the kind of thing that make conversation stop for a minute. Rich, deeply flavored meats piled onto a tortilla with beans, salsa, and cilantro. Messy and satisfying. The green sauce chilaquiles are outstanding. Bright, tangy, and packed with flavor, topped with eggs that turn the whole thing into something greater than the sum of its parts. The guava French toast is pure excess in the best possible way. Sweet, sticky, indulgent, and completely worth ordering. The only disappointment was the Café de Olla. It never quite found the warmth, spice, or depth that makes the drink special. Still, this is a kitchen that knows what it's doing. Come hungry, expect to spend a little money, and leave with no regrets.

Very salty, not too much flavor ironically, looks good but kind of bland. I went in thinking it was a mexican/french fusion so expectations should be different vs if it was a very authentic mexican food place which is fine! But the quality actually is not worth eating/ordering. The drinks I thought were good but I'm not a drinks person so don't trust my opinion there if you are a cocktail connoisseur. LOL

We sat outside, which was actually really nice and gave us a more relaxed dinner experience. The service was probably what I'll remember most. Our servers were hilarious and had us laughing throughout the meal. They checked on us often, joked around with us, and made the night more fun without being over the top. Even the owner came outside to check on us and see how everything was going. You can tell there's a lot of pride behind this place. The menu is made for sharing, so come with people who don't mind passing plates around. There are a lot of familiar Southeast Asian flavors, but they're presented in ways that are a little different from what you'd normally expect. We had a great time here. Good food is obviously important, but having servers with personality and an owner who takes the time to check on his customers makes a difference. Sonder gave us both.
