They use their market leading position to attract the best support team, including top engineers from the mainland that just wanted to live in Hawaii. I am left with trying to contact the software maker of pixel point and deal with them directly. I inherited this POS from the former business establishment. This may have been a deal breaker had i known. I do have faith in people and aloha spirit however. So perhaps by some Christmas miracle they will read this review and email me back. Not only did he replace the hard drive, but also installed a SSD drive, which as I understand it has my operating system on it, and my data is stored on the replaced hardrive. He upgraded me from Windows 7 to 10. My PC is running very fast. Jason reinstalled all my software, and even coached me through some areas where I had lost my passwords. Jason was willing to take the time to explain items I dont know about. I feel he is very knowledgeable about what he is doing. He kept his appointments, picked up and delivered my tower at the times he said he would, and answered phone texts and emails promptly.
