I went there today trying to invest and try something new paid close to 1700, literally two pallets one from a lows and JCPenney the only thing I got from it was two pillows and 15 blankets the most expensive blankets I've bought so far.... Idk why they have bad reviews but my experience was amazing! Thank you to leonel for helping us out and explaining how everything works. All the staff are awesome and definitely will be coming back again to buy more pallets! Btw this is the cleanest warehouse I have been too and they are taking precautions because of covid so your temp will be taken at the door! I came here because of the YouTube videos thinking that you can really start a business with trading, I bought a pallet from Lowe's, so far everything looked good but once we got home we realized everything was labeled as broken or do not work... Also in the middle of the pallet we found a big old cabinet falling in pieces that was super heavy and useless... I'm really disappointed!! Do not waste your money here!!! read more

Love this warehouse. I've been buying from Maria for a few years now and have never had a problem. Of course there are never 100 percent damage free items but I always have way more good items than bad ones which is where i make my profit. Maria has a good idea of what sells in my business and always points me in the right direction. My mom and i went to the warehouse and she wanted to meet the lady from the YouTube videos and the lady didn't pay attention to us my mom said hi and wave and so did i and she turned her head away. When we tried to ask the lady who was assigned to help us a question about a pallet she stopped and was like "ooh idk about that pallet" and had cigarette and a lighter in her hand we knew she was more concerned to get her cravings satisfied then to help. Also the warehouse is much smaller in person, and you won't get a greeting unless you are making a big purchase, a frequent buyer or you're someone with a YT channel that could help them make more money. I wouldn't recommend coming here don't fall for the friendly YT videos it's nothing like that. read more

On November 27 I went to buy a pallet of macys clothes worth 900 + tax and on top of the pallet it was very pretty, but there were only 15 pieces of 200, the rest was totally garbage, pieces of clothing worthless. I have been buying from this location for just under a year. When I first started purchasing items like the cosmetics lots, pallets of return and overstock from CVS, Rite Aid, Wal Mart, and Meijer. For the first 4-5 months the lots had potential and had mild/opened product in them but that was to be expected and part of the inherent risk of purchasing these LOTs. 6-8 Months of doing business we started to notice an increase of damage product beyond hope of selling always underneath the very top layer where the productive product was. We were passing it off as a bad purchase but still were able to turn them around to make a tight profit or more times than not broke even. Our last visit to MBA was on Monday Sept 9th 2013. We went every second Monday of every month and noticed that the line of buyers has gotten extremely shorter. I made my purchase which totaled just under 1,900 USD. I took the two pallets of merchandise and 2 case lots of make up home and separated them and I was very disturbed at what I sorted out. The pallets and merchandise destined for the trash, product that was so damaged or used that it was disgusting and illegal to sell for health and safety codes. What really broke my heart was that this was no accident. My wife got on the phone with the owner who knows us as she is the only one who accepts payments for the merchandise. We saw her 1 or 2 times EVERY month for 9 months. She was constantly making herself difficult to reach and she gave us empty promises of a call back with a possible resolution. We contacted her for the 5th time and she got very nasty and defensive and without even allowing me to provide VALID proof the obvious damaged and used merchandise, she told us that it was not possible. I would have never made an attempt to contact her if I had any idea she going to act like that in the first place. I now get my merchandise from a seller who actually allows you to inspect what you are about to invest hundreds if not thousands of dollars into. MBA has taken a desperate and illogical approach to increasing their profits by throwing TRASH and I mean real down to Earth TRASH in their lots. Take advice from a customer who spent thousands over the last 10 months and finally got stiffed beyond belief. read more

I went on and tried to explain how the voucher worked, but she still denied my voucher, and said, "We don't do business with yelp." The pallet had nothing but trash...they put the "best" things on the top and the bottom of the pallet has broken items....It was a total loss! I couldn't even sell anything! Over a month ago I bought $300 worth of clothes. I noticed after 3 weeks, there was no movement on the order. I finally called them to ask what the deal is and a rep told me that they haven't updated their site in over 2 years. Nothing is current.... Not the stock, prices, contact info, nothing except the phone number. If I wanted to buy the stock again, it would be $50 more over the phone, then my own shipping on top of that. This was after talking to another rep for 15 minutes that asked me the same questions 5 times over. The owner still has yet to release my funds that I sent through paypal. Needless to say, they are still accepting orders and payments through their site even though nothing will be done about it. I'm not pleased with how behind they are, and am working on contacting paypal and the BBB just to get a simple refund that will take them all of 5 minutes to do. read more

And on top of all that ,The staff is very friendly ,they greet you as soon as you walk in the front doors. Let's see where do I begin? As I walked inside of MBA Trading, I was welcomed with a smile by the receptionist asking for my basic information(on a sheet of paper). After i had filled the sheet, with my name and place of business, I was then escorted to the warehouse. I was amazed how clean the merchandise was than most places I had been to. The staff was extremely friendly throughout my visit! I ending up investing in the "Drugstore Products" pallet and made double than what I had paid for! The salesmen at MBA Trading are very helpful with any questions you may have. I have now been coming here for 3 years and I have yet to see or say something negative about this place.
