I've never used them, but oh my word is the driver we came across on the Nu turnpike N bound today one of the most insane, reckless, homicidal drivers I've ever encountered. And I live in NYC. Bus #613. First, we come to a merge and he's behind me. I'm braking, as the vehicle in front of me is braking and he proceeds to pass right by me on the driver's side - I had to swerve to avoid him driving right into me. Then after the merge point, it opens into 2 lanes again. He's in the left lane, which he shouldn't have been. He moves over to the right and then sticks his arm out the window, waving me on. So I proceeded to move past him. As I'm about mid bus, he purposefully swerved towards me, almost causing me to hit the barrier. I wish I had a dash cam. He should have his license revoked, and he should be charged with reckless endangerment.

The second driver then nearly caused two accidents and drove excessively over the speed limit. Both drivers were reckless and should be monitored by state troopers and fined. If anyone is ready this, and knows a few state troopers, because it's insane. Especially the way the driver went through the toll booth, he was driving at such a high rate of speed, I thought he was going to hit the toll booth. Insanely dangerous. For our return trip, the bus never even showed up. We are now forced to dispute the charges with our credit card company and are warning everyone we know to stay far away from this company. We travel to New York several times a year for business--usually by train--but decided to give this bus company a try. That was a huge mistake. I cannot believe how unprofessional they are. Something is seriously wrong with this company; it feels like they are intentionally trying to scam customers while giving nothing but the runaround.

Miscommunication on both ends perhaps and the terms and conditions are spelled out on the website but it seems he picks and chooses when he wants to follow them. In the spirit of fairness, the cars have been clean and the drivers have been professional...until now. What I won't do is stay on the phone for 20 minutes repeating myself. I had 11 people in my group and was suggested a 14 passenger Mercedes Sprint Van, picking up from IAD to downtown Washington for $275, which included tax and gratuity. I believe I spoke to Sammy, who was very helpful and friendly. Fast forward to February... The day before our trip, Sammy called me to reconfirm, and sent me our driver's name and number. A hiccup happened to our trip, and I sent Derek a text to come to the airport earlier than we agreed upon. Culdesac called to verify we needed an earlier pickup, Derek kept me in the loop of his transit time, and he came to the spot we told him we were at. Super professional! We decided to use Culdesac to take us back to the airport. Again the day before, I got a call and email reconfirming my pickup at 1:30 pm. We were told that Derek was going to take us back, but unfortunately a hiccup occured where his appointment was going to run over, so Derek texted me that someone else will pick us up, and not to worry. A few minutes after the text, Culdesac called me to say Derek was being replaced by Sam, and they texted me his number. Sam arrived at 1:15 in a 20 passenger van, just as nice as the Mercedes Sprinter, and even newer! It was also handicapped accessible, which was a good thing to remember if someone was disabled. The buses are often more than 20 minutes late, or sometimes do not show up at all--such as the No. 9 bus today (from Gaithersburg to BWI). In practically, it seems that the dispatch staff in Dillon may not have received proper professional training. The dispatchers are frequently rude and do not provide accurate information or offer apologies for service disruptions. I have reported these issues to the MVA multiple times. I sincerely hope that Dillon will address these concerns and improve the service as promised.
