We arrived 20 min early and no bus came. There was one other couple on vacation from france waiting with us. at 10:20am after trying to contact the company via phone and email we booked tickets on Peter Pan leaving from south station and headed there. I have continued to reach out to GOBus and disputed the charge on my CC. Not a single response from the company.

Reasons Why I Love The 109…read more 1. I can go from my house to Sullivan in 20-30 minutes. 50000 hours if I had to walk. 2. It runs pretty good at the peak of the day. 3. I strengthen my anger management skills every time I take the bus and I manage not to beat the shit out of everyone on it because my claustrophobia is kicking in. 4. I can sleep on my way to the station in the morning if I have to leave early. 5. I weigh over 300 pounds and another fatass always likes to sit next tome so I can feel skinny. 6. This bus runs basically the same route, but stays on Broadway through Malden and takes Eastern Ave to Linden Square in Malden/Revere. I need to go to Linden all the time, so this bus is definitely useful for that. Plus, they added 2 per hour after 8pm on weekdays that end at Glendale Square. Yeah, I'd rather have it go to Linden Square, but still useful nonetheless, as sometimes I need to get to Everett Square. It's only ever REALLY late on Sundays, which is the MBTA's fault more than the actual route. I think it stays on time enough considering how many people take it.

The station is handicap access with an elevator from the street level where the ticketing concourse is located up to the platform. The usual automated ticket vending machines and turnstiles. As it is an elevated station, it is a little bit exposed to the elements. There is cover from the wind. At street level there is parking, bus transfers and a spot to kiss-n-go if that's your thing. There is not much immediately nearby.

Should have guessed by the two star rating…read more.. We get to the bus station, walking by many old busses to get to our shiny new Megabus. As we get to it, I turn to my brother and jokingly say "watch us get there and it be an old PeterPan bus with a sticker on it". We laughed, knowing that MegaBus has two floor buses which we have come to love and expect. We were excited to do some work on this five hour ride, and eagerly approached the new Megabus parked at the end of the lot. As we walked towards it an employee looked at us, and with a big smile said "You'll be taking this one today" she said, while motioning towards an old decrepit looking bus parked next to the MegaBus. My heart sank. As I walked in, the seats were all ripped and people were crammed together like no tomorrow. Little girls were crying because they were separated from their families. The seats smelled horrible and it was not at all what we were expecting. We even booked Megabus over other companies, while there were cheaper options, solely because they have nicer busses. We should have known better. What a disgrace. Can't trust this company.

It was really bad. Another incident happened on the same day, from the 93S to South Boston Bridge. They did another forced merge and almost hit a car in front of me! I have pictures of the two buses that were doing this. Someone please take action! These buses are really not safe for the other drivers nor the children inside them!
