I purchased a Groupon for a 60 minute foot massage and I was upsold by the lady at the front desk to pay an extra $10 to upgrade to 30 min foot massage and 30 minute upper body massage. It was a good decision because all parts of me needed some TLC. Peter made sure that I was okay with the pressure he was using. It was very relaxing and a much needed massage. Peter was great and he deserves 4 stars. Cons: - The masaage parlor is set up where there are about 10 massage beds in the back. I guess if you purchased a "combo massage" that's when you get a private room as you need to undress. I was not aware. I was fine with the "public" massage as they kept the room dim and quiet with spa music playing in the background. - What I did not like was the lady at the front was too loud when she kept letting new customers in the back to get their massages. She was not using her inside voice and had the heaviest of footsteps. She really disrupted the serenity of the parlor and woke me up a couple times from my light sleep during my massage. I wish they had a better system of keeping quiet or a better way to let people in the back room. Would I come back again? Maybe. I may try a couple other parlors first and see how those go.

Every time I go, the experience is consistently great. Mark, the owner, is awesome. You can tell he genuinely cares about the business and the people who come in. It doesn't feel corporate or transactional. It feels personal, and that makes a big difference. And Jenny is the best. She's my go to every time. My back had been so sore and would ache everyday for a few months, Suttida was able to relieve me of so much of my tension! It was an intense session, she massaged my whole body, stretched my arms and legs (in ways I would've never assumed but felt relieving), and we talked if the tension was too much or not enough or just right. The whole session she was checking in on me to make sure I was doing well and if there was any spots that needed extra attention. At one point, she found this knot in my shoulders that was so tight at first it hurt and the more she massaged it I could feel the tension slowly subsiding even though this knot was so tight!! I had no idea the knot was even there yet the after relief was amazing! No joke by the end of the session I felt like a whole new person!
