The inconsistency has been the portion size and correctness of order and based on other reviews, this location has been experiencing this issue for years. We even ordered online to make clear our substitutions and additions and yet we received incorrect orders and sparse amounts of meat. It's frustrating to gamble on what we're going to get and it shouldn't be on us to check every single sandwich in our to-go order to make sure they got it right. We support the mission of Firehouse Subs and fire fighters everywhere but we're not coming back to this location, because it's too exhausting. I'm going to have to ding 1 star because this should have been updated that it's going to take a lot longer than expected. I wait the 10 mins and the food gets done and then I head home. No one contacted me to let me know in advance and only explained it when I called asking for it. Second, they handed the dasher a Honey Baked Ham lunch box only, with no bag. She said the girl also messed this up and didn't bag it. It was left on my porch and when I went to get it, bugs were crawling on the box which they could easily get have gotten into. No one saw this and corrected her??!! Their response was that I needed to contact Doordash with the complaints. Third, about 30 minutes later when I went to eat the lunch, I noticed that the Broccoli Bliss salad was completely dry, so I called and spoke to the Mgr to ask what happened to the sauce and the Mgr again stated that the new girl forgot the sauce. The one good thing was the Classic Ham sandwich and the potato salad. They were still good as usual. Overall; the care taken to prepare and hand off this order was unacceptable. It was not the quality I've known them to have in the past. It's not acceptable to just blame a new person. If she is making significant mistakes, why not check for accuracy??!!
