    Mexican Tacos
    Roop S.

So many choices on the menu and all the pictures looked great. For once, I was really confused on what to order. Ultimately I ordered Mexican tacos because the restaurant has tacos in the name. The food was really delicious and I will certainly return to this restaurant.

Pineapple margarita, not sure what the red stuff was, but A+ presentation

So apparently they now go by the name El Orito Tacos, as you will see the T whited out from the menu. Asked the server what was up with that and he just said some legal BS. Not sure how 'Torito' can be trade marked, but oh well. He wasn't very willing to talk about it... Nonetheless, the food was very good and the service was prompt. Started with a pineapple marg that had a great presentation. Followed that with a Skinny marg that was delicious. Had the steak covered with cheese and a cheese enchilada. All was good. My only food disappointment was with the salsa. Though others at the table liked it a lot, as it was clearly made in house, I just thought it was a bit bland and could have been better. Chips were spot on. They TV that was in my line of site was not turned on, and the ones that were did not have the Indians game on, which I also found disappointing, but we were in and out pretty quick, so it really didn't matter.

Great experience at El Orito The lighting here is a bit dim which I prefer. I don't want to feel like I'm trapped in the fluorescent hell of Walmart and Target. The waitress was goth which is also to my liking, please hire more goths they are a vital part of our community Modelo Especial 16oz were on sale for $1.99 I ordered the Chorry Pollo which came with queso drenched chorizo/chicken, flour tortillas, pico and guac along with rice and beans. Very reasonably priced! Right over on Pearl road near the 71 exit

Stopped in for dinner on a weekday for five adults. Place was starting to get busy but we had a great table and several baskets of chips and salsa to start. We watched a soccer match on a big 60 inch screen. Five entrees, two of which were daily specials. Shrimp and Avocado, had nice flavors and plenty of shrimp. 2nd special was bacon wrapped shrimp on skewers sitting on a bed of onions and peppers. Again, plenty of shrimp. Some were a bit overcooked in order to broil the bacon, but still good. I had a pork carnitas dish w veg and rice. Lots of pulled pork. Torito Fajita had chicken, steak, bacon, chorizo, pineapple and poblano peppers with cheese. Carnitas Dinner - which was slow cooked Mexican style pork with grilled onions, rice, beans, guacamole salad and flour tortillas. And I think the last entree was Enchiladas Verde - 3 chicken with green tomatillo sauce, rice, lettuce, guac, tomato & sour cream. All dishes were hot, tasty and filling. We had plenty of leftovers and everyone enjoyed. Will definitely go again.

    Lunch Chimichanga

I loves their chips and salsa. The sangria margarita was excellent and strong. I ordered the lunch fajitas and it was delicious, except for the mushrooms but my mom liked those. My mom got the lunch Chimichanga. We both really loved that but it wasn't crispy like other places. The place is very narrow with booths along the wall then four tops and then a bar. It's not super wheelchair friendly but in off times manageable.

Bar area, booths to the left with some tables. Tight seating at the tables in the center - mostly for larger parties.

I used to frequent this location when it was Three Brothers (Italian and Greek cuisine). I was disappointed to see them go.....but not so much anymore. The wife and I have been fans and regular visitors of the same couple of Mexican places for many years. More often than not if we venture away from those places we're either disappointed, or just okay with the new place, and not compelled to return. I'll admit I've driven by several times and was turned off by "Tacos" in the name. I don't eat Taco Bell, don't really care for tacos (unless the wife is making hers), and was convinced this was some sort of gimmicky taco bar, being familiar with the layout of the restaurant. I was wrong. Way, way wrong. The menu is expansive by any Mexican restaurant's standards. I'm not even sure I saw a taco on the menu, now that I think about it! Food was excellent, drinks were great and comparably priced to other places in the area. Food may have been even a little less expensive than our regular place. Very cozy (okay, a bit tight), and they've done a nice job with the decor. The Latino musica playing from the speakers under the overhang as you approach from the parking lot was a nice touch. We will be back!

On our first visit to this newly opened restaurant, we were pleasantly surprised. For an unassuming exterior, the ambiance inside was very nice - clean, comfortable and inviting. My wife and I shared a house margarita pitcher - wow! Great flavor and they did not skimp on the good stuff. It was smooth and went down easy - no heartburn here. Onto the food - we both had fajitas. I had steak, chicken and shrimp combo fajitas which were perfect. Meat was juicy and quality and the onions, peppers and mushrooms were great. Homemade salsa with chips was tasty - just the right level of spice with a sweet finish. Rice was ok, not great. I didn't care for the refried beans - there was a different spice taste that I didn't recognize which I didn't like personally but it wasn't bad. Overall, for a new place they delivered on a great experience. We will return for sure.

Ate here for the first time for lunch. Excellent lunch choices. Ordered the chicken with cream dish and it was tasty. The meat was very tender. Liked how it was seasoned too. Sauce was good and I liked the rice that came with it. The lettuce, tomato & guacamole was very fresh. Can't comment on the refried beans as I didn't have room to finish my lunch. Portions are substantial here. Great prices too. Really enjoyed the salsa! The staff was friendly and helpful. Will eat here again.

A shot of the restaurant looking towards the front door. Yes, the bar is that big!

A brand new Mexican spot just freshly opened in the former 3 Brothers Pizza location. The food menu is huge, diverse, and affordable. Had a chicken / shrimp fajita. This sizzling skillet of awesome arrived within 15 minutes of placing my order. My 3 friends and I downed 3 pitchers of the house Margarita with zero regrets. As it's within walking distance of my house, I plan on returning to sample other menu items. Service was fast, friendly, and professional even with a packed house. They also have a bar that runs the length of the restaurant. I highly recommend giving this new place your business. You will leave with a full stomach and possibly a strong buzz.

I'm not a big Mexican food fan but they have really great strawberry daiquiris inside of a pineapple. Service is also always amazing.

Our meal opened with a salad which included dried crasins, and goat cheese. Personally not my favorite to have a version of fruit on my salad, but my wife really liked it. The pulled pork sandwich was exceptional. The dessert stood out to me, kind of a mix between the cinnamon twists from Taco Bell and Cinnamon Toast Crunch. Light, airy, crispy, while not being overly sweet. Paired with the cream cheese dipping sauce this could be very addictive. Two things that made this place stand out for me came from growing up in Western New York, and finding things that can not always be found outside the 716, good chicken wings and Labatt Blue on draft. The wings were "smoke-a-fried," smoked and then fried. What they had that set these apart as the best wings I've had in Cleveland is the right amount of crispness on the outside, while still having a juicy inside. The BBQ and Garlic Parm were my two favorites. Plus being able to wash it down with a Labatt Blue made it all the better. Drink wise they had a nice craft beer selection, specializing mostly on Ohio based craft beers. They had a nice list of seasonal cocktails, that both my wife and I were pleased with. Lots of live music available, with their Facebook page frequently updated. Good food, good drinks, nice gastropub atmosphere, definitely worth the return trip out to Berea. I will definitely be back when I'm in the mood for some wings.

The facility is far bigger than I thought it would be. They have a central restaurant with multiple party centers on either side. It's a really BIG facility. New, modern, and quite attractive. With plenty of convenient parking. The wall of the restaurant that faces Cleveland Hopkins Airport is all glass. It affords you quite an impressive view of the airport and the planes landing. The staff we met was pleasant and efficient. Our server, Mina, did an excellent job all night. If there was a weak point, it would be the food. It was not bad (I'm trying to be kind); it was just uninspired, limited, and not really well prepared. Because they do not offer bread for the table our only option was to order the "Soft Pretzel". It arrived badly overcooked, crunchy not soft, and even boardering on burnt. The charcuterie board was OK, but uninspired. I ordered the "Lemon Chicken" which was a full half chicken in a reasonably good sauce. But the meat was dry and it came only with brussel sprouts (yuk!). My wife had the "Walleye" which she simply said was "okay"... oh well. Our guests weren't any more impressed than we were. I will say our coffee and "Pot de Creme" were very good... thank goodness. All in all, our overall experience was "meh"... just "meh". Sorry - really probably should be 3.5

We dropped in for Happy Hour, looking for cocktails and a few bites, and were immediately struck by the well-appointed space. The runway views at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport added an unexpected layer of entertainment--watching planes take off and land while toasting 14 years of marital bliss felt like the perfect backdrop. We started strong with a French 75 and an Old Fashioned--both expertly crafted, but that Old Fashioned? Smooth, balanced, and memorable enough to set the tone for the entire evening. Wednesday happens to be Wing Day ($2 whole wings), and we took full advantage. We sampled Buffalo, Sweet & Tangy BBQ, Lemon Pepper Dry Rub, and the undeniable star of the show: Garlic Parmesan. Each had its own personality, but that Garlic Parmesan was simply elite. Service was impeccable--Emily was attentive without being intrusive, making sure our experience flowed as effortlessly as the cocktails. Speaking of which, round two brought a Cosmo alongside a repeat of that Old Fashioned...because when you find the right note, you stay in that key. For food, we shared the French Dip Baguette--shaved prime rib, provolone, horseradish aioli, and au jus done right--and paired it with the Mega Crunch Fries, elevated with sea salt, rosemary, and a light truffle oil drizzle. Simple menu items, executed with intention. We closed the evening the same way we began--together, with one final round of Old Fashioneds. A Happy Hour well spent. A celebration well honored. A 14-year journey still taking off.

The menu is sort of all over the place with no cohesiveness. The price points for the quality and quantity is off for me, way off. I wanted the wedge salad but was told they have no ranch... "how don't you have ranch" I ordered the chicken piccata, it was nothing to write home about. Strike two when the waiter asked did I "need any salt and pepper, hot sauce". (Eyebrow raise, hot sauce!?!?) They warmed the frozen chicken breast up nice. The sauce was good but a burnt flavor lingered. Not sure if it was the sauce or the burnt vegetables. The mashed potatoes were congealed and flavorless. After I found a dime sized black flat ball of something in the mashed potatoes I had enough.
