Nonetheless, my Audi A4 was in desperate state of a deep cleaning inside out and we turned to Chris with Slick Look Auto Detailing for his expertise and service. We were referred to Chris by one of our neighbors, who raved about how meticulous and impeccable work Chris delivers and my husband & I were eager to see for ourselves. Chris was very prompt about scheduling our appointment and he came to our house which was extremely convenient and hassle free for us. He arrive at our house at 10:00 A.M. and didn't finish with my car until about 2:30 P.M.. and I couldn't believe my eyes. I came downstairs to the garage to see the results and almost didn't recognize my car. It was like when I had first purchased it and it look impeccable. The inside and outside of my Audi A4 had gone back in time and just like before I dirtied it, the car looked beautiful & pristine. Even the floor mats looked almost new and Chris was able to remove heavy stains and flaws that were there for years... My husband and I were so elated with the results that Chris ended up staying additional 2 1/2 hours to slightly clean just the outside of my husband's Porsche Macan which is practically brand new. Chris spent a total of 7 hours at our house and did a phenomenal job of restoring our car back to normal and looking beautiful. And we paid him only $250 for both cars. For the amount of time he spent at our house cleaning both cars, $250 was a total bargain. He was extremely detailed and proficient with his work and a super duper nice guy. The ceramic coating Chris used made the paint more vibrant and smoother than when I picked it up new. Chris has a video of my detailed dark-blue X7. Maybe he can post it to show the incredible finish. He also refinished the interior like brand new. Chris detailed a 2020 Mercedes E Convertible for me also. My wife had two accidents that damaged a little on the outside, and broke support items underneath. I received a quote of $7K for repairs, and the car was an additional $3K over in mileage. After Chris finished the detail, I took the car to the Mercedes dealership to turn it in for the end of the lease. Not only did Mercedes not charge me $10k to take the car back, they were so impressed with the detailing, they said they will repair the damage underneath the car, and gave me a check for $7,000 to return the car to their dealership. Of course I highly recommend Chris for any car. He really is special when it comes to detailing. Chris's detailing always exceeds my expectations, even though I know he does fabulous work.

December 29th i walked into western auto and explained i had a power steering high pressure hose…read moreleaking, and i needed a break job full set. Shop had one customer, and an empty bay. After waiting all day for info on my car, i called right before closing and hadnt gotten to my car( lady on the phone in the shop was talking to a friend on the phone about the friends car. [ i assume they worked their friends car before mine, and she wasnt even present.] Anyways. I get a call the next morning confirming my repair order. They finish in a couple hours and i come pick up my car for a price cheaper than my quote, but i didnt question it and paid ive been coming here for over 15 years. I get home park and have yo leave to the store later and i notice the same giant power steering leak puddle that was fresh. I head back up to western auto expecting my mechanics to have my back but to be greeted by a rude lady at front counter. I voice my frustrations at the situation and explaoned how daft it was replace my power steering pump when the hose was the part that was leaking. It was a steady drip falling right onto the pump itsself. If the mechanic would have inspected the repair he would have seen it. Mechanic comes out explaining hisself and the situation and couldnt justify why he didnt do the work i asked for other than to save me money. They couldnt fix their mistake and asked me to come bacm on new years day. I did and they were too booked to get me fixed on what was said was less than an hr job. No accountability, the front counter lady claimed i was cussing at her and even tried to tell me to take my business elsewhere. Its a shame the owner died because what we are left with is not western auto. This business will replace parts without your consent, and add work to a bill that was un needed. Ive had two issues in the last 12 months, and with my last visit they never gave my engine cover back. After speaking to them twice about my frustrations they would rather burn a bridge than fix a mistake they made.

That was my decision. He offered to pick one up. He was very quick replacing the alternator and knowledgeable. After replacing alternator we discovered that we needed a new battery. He offered to pick it up. I chose to buy the battery online and then had it brought to the car for us (I'm under doctors orders to not lift anything over 5 pounds or else I would have done the entire repair). We agreed that he would return to replace the battery for me. I texted him telling him we received the battery and we are ready for him when he's done with a quick fix on the next all. Try as I might, I couldn't finagle that sucker on there so I finally put it on the trailer and drove over to Plaza tire. They were hammered and it was about 2 o'clock on a very hot August day. I was more than happy to wait my turn in line and just wanted to ask if they might be able to help me with this. Imagine my shock when one of their employees asked me to meet him at the trailer in a minute or two. I don't remember his name, but he was a slender older man probably in his early 60s with a beard and mustache. He proceeded to remove the entire wheel assembly from the front end of the mower since he also couldn't get it to reseat on the bead. Walked off with it, and about three minutes later he came back and reinstalled it. I asked him what I owed him and he said "nothing, I'm on my lunch and it only took a minute to do this." I insisted on at least picking up an 18 pack of his favorite cold beverage, and he finally, after three attempts, accepted. Skip ahead to last week and I remembered what amazing service I got there and how nice they were. So I took my little BMW back over there to get new tires and they had exactly what I needed in stock and within 45 minutes they were balanced and installed. I was able to purchase new tires for this car for almost exactly half of what I paid for the same tires in California six years ago. They're honest, you may have to wait sometimes, because they're incredibly popular with their customers, but you're gonna get your moneys worth and it's gonna be delivered with a smile. Their service manager is a really nice man as well. Don't sleep on this tire shop, they're fantastic.

I was the first customer to use an Emkay Fleet card for service and Lee had to spend a ton of time calling a bunch of different people to figure out how the shop would get paid. As a note, this shop is ALWAYS slammed, so the guys don't get a lot of down time to handle things when a customer isn't in front of them. I know Lee had to have been spending all his spare time handling my vehicle. In a time and environment where customer service is obsolete, Lee is exceptional in all facets. Further, this is where I bring my personal and work vehicle and will continue to do so as long as I live in this area. It's not only because of their fair pricing, but mostly because of the incredible customer service I've experienced EVERY SINGLE TIME I've been there in the past 5 years. Plaza got a gem when they acquired this shop!

The service advisor got an attitude with her and told her the compressor was bad, they did not have a replacement, and was putting it back together. I bought an extended warranty for about 4 grand, only to find out it expired after 60000 miles. The compressor is going to be.$1500. The entire 4 hours, not one person stopped to inquire what we were waiting on. This was so different from a couple of years ago when every salesman would stop and check on us . I am now seriously considering making my next purchase elsewhere.
