Excellent service! The gentlemen are very nice, honest & professional. I had a nail in my tire and was told by another place, I needed a new tire. McCoy's gave me a second opinion. They looked at my tire in reasonable time and found out that not only did I not need a new tire, it didn't even need patching. They were quick, honest, kind & very professional. A woman can be intimidated when it comes to mechanics & dealing with car issues. We are often taken advantage of, but that obviously wasn't the case at McCoys. My husband brought his G6 in because when he would brake, the steering wheel would shimmy. The staff took the time to show him what was wrong (rotor) and fixed it within two hours. The staff was courteous and knowledgable. The the price was very reasonable too. read more

McCoy's is the best! I won't buy tires anywhere else because they offer a protection plan that has saved me from expensive flat repairs on more than one occasion! The last time I had a flat, someone met me in the parking lot, I went inside and waited, they asked for my name and I was totally covered because of the protection plan. I know there are other tire shops that do this, but I'm a big supporter of patronizing local business, and these guys really deserve it! If I could give them ten stars I would! read more

Avoid this place!Just bought tires here and after a week one broke.that's not a problem for its normal for the tire. the problem was, i need to bought a new one to replace and PAID AGAIN THE SAME PRICE.case taken.and then after a month.another broke, called the phone and this guy was SARCASTIC. he said if its unrepairable, need to buy again. Thats taken. Not only that i need to pay again, but this guy has a big problem with himself. I went to LES SCHWAB. Oh, that is what you called customer service. They repaired the wheel with no questions, they did'n even ask if i bought it from them. They are so FRIENDLY and they have given me a much reasonable price and they have a given me the best TIRE WARRANTY. FREE Tire Rotation, Repair, Break Check up, Alignment, Balancing. The best of all, you can wreck your tire, PUNCTURE IT YOURSELF, yah you heard me, if youre crazy or when your mad or something and you just fell like puncturing it. They will repair it for FREE. Oh well, you will say, every tire center does that. But NO. At Les Schwab, if you bought on them and its unrepairable. They will change it for FREE.or if its Old enough, they will calculate the tire threads. And walllaahh!, they will give your money back. Not because its LES SCHWAB, people think its more expensive. Like I did. My friend, Its completely the opposite. DONT TRY THIS BURDEN and have the same experience to pay again for a 5 day old tire. Remember, that tires are subjected to extreme conditions, you work with them everyday, you even drive your family with them. What better service you need if you know that no matter what you do with your tire. They will work on it and replace them for FREE. And, remember, even if you broke down anywhere. Les Schwab is everywhere. What if your tire broke on SFO? I Advise against using them. I took my truck in for an alignment and they said it's right lower balljoint and centerlink were bad. after taking it to my regular mechanic, he said there was nothing wrong and then just did the alignment. There's a fair chance they would've suggested both balljoints were bad if it wasn't obvious the leftside had just been replaced. They're either incompetant or just lying to take money. either way steer clear of this place read more
