No organization. No care to actually follow through on the experience. This shop is giving this company a bad name and needs a new management team. When you screw up, show up as the leader of your team, make things right, actually relentlessly ensure the problem is resolved. I've never had an experience like this in my entire life. Even when people mess up or get busy, they try to fix it. Please be aware before coming here, especially with kids because you're in for a mess (FYI we've had issues with delivery at home from this location too where it took 1.5 hours both times, which now makes so much sense.) This is a great company so figure out how to represent the brand better at this location.
