A few issues with this visit. And I know we shouldn't expect much from McDonald's but come on it's almost as much as Chilis or something comparable to that. Ok on to the issues. 1. Every table was dirty and the place was not busy at all. How hard is it to clean the tables? 2. The ordering kiosk did not have any paper and I had trouble getting a paper receipt. 3. Floors are dirty. 4. The men's room stall door is broken. But with all this the food was good everything was cooked correctly. Don't order here if you care about food safety. I witnessed an employee in the dining room who was cleaning, oh but hold on... after handling a mop, mop bucket, cleaning spray, cleaning rag and food debris on tables, he proceeded to bag a couple orders. Do you think he washed his hands before bagging the food? If you answered no, you would be correct. I witnessed another employee after making a frozen shake type beverage, knock the can of whipped cream on the floor. Do you think he washed the can and nozzle or throw it away and grab a new one before using it? Again, if you answered no then you would be correct. Whoa, McDs has upgraded their interior with modern chic look and also their ordering systems. It's been a while since I been to a McDs I decided to do something different this time and downloaded their McDs App. They have deals on there and you can order straight from the App before heading or while you there to dine in. Once you order and confirmed, they bring out the food you order. Only problem I have this is you can't customize your order if you don't want tomatoes or whatever it is like you do with a person. First couples of orders came out on time and correct and the last order took way too long. It is different from the traditional way of order but I can see it is more efficient with a simple order. read more

I felt bad for the employees. The manager made a point to speak out VERY loud "I can't stand it here" while closing the dining room an hour and a half early. As he left to block off one of the drive through windows, he propped the door open. Of course people came in, and on his return he told them in a far from respectful tone that his dining room was closed and they would have to leave. After that, he then bragged to the employees about how "they would have to go." All while I sat in the dining room eating in plain sight. I even had to get out of my seat and open the door for an employee who left the restaurant to serve a customer in the drive through. While I don't fully know all of the circumstances, there should never be a place where the leadership is showing such disregard for the establishment they're in charge of. This is by far the worst McDonalds in America. It's like they TRY to get your order wrong. I've gotten completely different cars orders in the drive thru to get home and be told 'Oh Sorry!' Order no onions on your burger? Might as well asked for strictly onions. While Waiting for your outrageously wrong order feel free to file your taxes because you'll have plenty of time to do so while you wait. I've never been in and out in under 30 min. I've tried to like this location for it's convince to my home unfortunately I'll drive to any other location in the America to avoid this place. Or maybe raise cattle in my backyard and try to recreate my own burger it will be faster, warmer and no one will tell me that they're pop machine is broken but they will not be returning my money for the drink I did not receive. Went there this morning and ordered hot cakes and sausage and a big breakfast. Got home - got hot cakes - no sausage - lots of butter - no syrup! Big breakfast - better but no jelly. I'll be honest, I love McDonald's food but their drive-thru makes me mad every time I go. People don't know how to use it properly and form two lines instead of a single line that goes two ways once you get the choice. This not only allows people to cut in front of me in line, it also doesn't allow for people parked to back up and leave. Either more education to the public needs to be made or you need to block those people from doing that, somehow. Or maybe just go back to a single drive-thru because I'm not sure two is any faster with the amount of time we've been waiting. Avoid this McDs at all cost. I've never been here without a major problem. If they're not giving me the wrong order then I'm waiting upwards of 20 minutes for even the simplest of orders. Sometimes I have to wait that long and still get the wrong order. The only reason I return to this place is because it's on the way home from work. Management seems to not care if you've got a problem. I've had them not even stop to listen to me and just walk by giving a rehearsed response in an "I don't have time for you tone". I've seen countless customers just walk out without their food because they were tired of waiting. I've also seen them throw half filled orders into the microwave because it's gone cold waiting for the rest of the order. If you're there for breakfast just go to IHOP down the block. You'll use up the same amount of time from your day and have a much more enjoyable time. Hell, go to the gas station next door and get a microwave sandwich and you'll have a much more enjoyable experience. There is another McDs 2 miles north on Prarie View that is exemplary in customer service. I'm sure they're both owned by the same franchisee but if enough people abandon the 64th location maybe the owners will see the problem and straighten this place out. read more

Absolutely the worst service i have ever received at a McDonalds. We received the basic "Welcome back to Macdonalds", and replied "just a moment please" as we were still figuring out our order. We did not expect the staff to respond " I SAID Welcome to Macdonalds!" in an aggressive voice. We ordered two big macs, two sprites, a six piece nugget, and honey mustard. Staff did not understand when i said chicken nuggets, so my husband repeated me. After Literally 30 minutes of being behind just TWO CARS, one of which ended up having to park in the waiting spot anyways, we finally received our food. There were no chicken nuggets. We politely told this to the staff, and she Adamantly refused that we had ordered them. She read out our order with everything but the nuggets, i said "right, the honey mustard was for the nuggets" she repeated that we did not order any and that we would have to go to the back again when there were now at least 3 cars behind us. We asked her if she couldn't just make them since it was their fault, she replied "Its not my fault you didn't order them!" I replied "but we DID order them!" She replied "there are people behind you waiting for their food", i replied "we have already waited for our food, it not our fault that you didn't put it in!" she replied "go back or leave" and literally SLAMMED window shut in our faces. I went there last week and ordered an Angus Bacon and Cheese meal, only to get home and realize that I had been given an Angus Mushroom and Swiss. gross. So I went back to the store to ask for my meal to be replaced. and they asked for my reciept. I told them that I did not have it, but gave them my honest word that I had purchased the meal. and they told me they would not replace my food. So I paid them 8 dollars so I could get a disgusting sandwich I'm not gonna eat, and they refused to give me what I had ordered and paid for. I understand this behavior at a McDonalds on Prospect or the Paseo.. but not one in this area. Try being neighborly. The McDonalds at I-29 and Barry road, only 2 miles away, is REALLY REALLY nice. They fix any issues without questions asked, and they also dont charge $.15 a sauce like this hideous location. The reason I have been given for the difference in customer service and prices between the 2 locations- there is a different owner. Well, I hope that owner is happy, because they just lost me as a customer FOR LIFE. and that's not a joke. I've never written a review before but after my experience tonight I felt it was necessary. I will make it very clear that the one star rating is for the absolute garbage MANAGEMENT and in no way for the employees who are doing their best. After waiting at the speaker box for 30 minutes being unanswered and watching several other cars give up and pull straight to the window, I followed to find out the only employee working the window was a woman wearing hearing aids. When I asked if I could order at the window she happily helped me out. As a fellow food service worker I feel so bad for that woman who's probably getting yelled at by the countless people waiting in line while she literally cannot do anything. I understand short staffing but that was ridiculous. Not a single other person was wearing a headset to take orders.
