I went to Chipotle to get a bowl tonight. There was a line, but it was moving, so that wasn't a problem. The food was good with a HUGE scoop of guacamole on top, so points for that! The main issue I had about tonight's visit was a lack of sanitary protection. I don't expect masks any more, but just personal cleanliness and hygiene, especially on a food service line, should still be a top priority. The main issue was a lack of hair nets. No one serving food out of open bins was wearing one. And one of the guys had very long, greasy hair that looked like it hadn't been washed in days. Really off putting! It's annoying that I love Chipotle and the one close to my house is so poor. It's weirdly the worst chipotle I've ever been to. I don't even get at this point. The food is always old and not fresh. The quac is just oxidized brown even when it's "fresh". The slowness is next level as well. This location feels like a training ground for other chipotles but without anyone at the wheel. Save the time. Skip the lines and just go to the location on Barry Rd. You'll end up saving yourself some time even if it is further away. read more

Worst Chipotle in the city! This is not the first time I've been served gross brown guacamole from this location, but it's gone too far now, to the point that it feels like a food safety issue. Not only that, but when I drove my disgusting guacamole back up to the location to speak with a manager (after trying to go through the proper phone and online feedback channels, which was a waste of time in itself) the manager tried to gaslight me by saying "all the avocados in the city came in this color and it would be the same at any Chipotle in the city". If that were true, they should not be served period, but it's not true because that's not how avocados even work! And when I asked for a refund he refused to refund anything but the $2.75 guacamole, even though I had to throw my entire dinner away because it was tainted with the disgusting (yes I tasted it, and yes it was truly disgusting) guacamole. We're done with this location, we'll start driving the extra 10 minutes to go to the other Northland location from now on. Shameful! read more

I normally get a chicken burrito and then I always come home and I like it really hot so I microwave it. It's so good and it's enough for two meals for me!!!! This was just a quick stop for a late lunch. Service was very slow. It was my first time eating at chipotle I took it to go. I got a grilled chicken sandwich and chicken noodle soup. This is the worst salad bowl I have ever eaten. Not a SOUP bowl. The red chili salsa is so HOT. Not usual. My husband LOVES jalapeños and hot peppers and he said it was super hot for him. I guess the bonus is clear sinuses. My lettuce has liquid dripping off of it with each bite. Fajita veggies? Black beans ? Who knows. My husband and I couldn't figure it out. 1 Star = on time and right ingredients 1 Star = clean restaurant I will never go back here for a salad. They are normally so delicious and consistent. An absolute joke! I placed a catering order 2.5 weeks before my event for 45 guests with double meat. I called 5 days before the event to verify that they received the order. I specifically talked to the manager of the chain restaurant. We ended up only having 30 guests at the event. I also made sure to order extra pizza just Incase. During the party we ran out of food and utensils. I had my sister run back to the restaurant to grab extra food and utensils during her time there the employees commented that catering orders never have the correct amount of items and they definitely do not have enough food portions because if they were to serve the correct amount of food or even close to it the restaurant wouldn't have enough for their other customers. I'm confused by this since I placed the order plenty of time ahead and verified with the site manager. I have already contacted the restaurant and they sent me to Chipotle's customer service line which by the way is a pain since no one ever answers. The best they can do for me is a BOGO coupon! An absolute joke for spending $600 on catering to not feed 15 of my guests that's the best they can do! Don't waste your time ordering here!!! read more

From the moment I entered, it was obvious no one on duty had any concern with cleaning. Trash cans were overflowing. Tables were covered with remnants of food, and the bathroom was gross. The food was no better. The rice was old and clumpy and the chips were cold. The surly staff wasn't happy with my request to drain the pico before slopping it on my bowl. This store is filthy. Staff incredibly rude and unprofessional. My husband is a 12 year GWOT veteran and has a breathing condition and is unable to wear a mask. The staff screamed at him from across the room the moment we entered "you have to leave if you don't have a mask" We explained that he was except for his breathing condition and they told us they refused to serve him, even after we backed off 6ft from the counter. I walked in during peak business time. This place was a ghost town, when it should have been slammed. It wasn't long until I realized why. Chipotle is great- but I would NOT recommend coming to THIS Chipotle. There is way too much standing around by too many employees, and no one to help customers. I was literally, one of two customers in the entire place and it took almost 10 mins. The guy ahead of me ordered a burrito. Nothing fancy, just a burrito. There was one girl, with ZERO sense of urgency making burritos, one girl making chips and at last 4 other employees just standing around bullsh*tting. I almost walked out but I was starving. The girl making the burritos was not just slow, but she completely indifferent. Watching her make a burrito was horrifying. I don't know how the guy ahead of me paid for the disaster she made him - I would not have. I would have told her to get someone else to make me a new one. The burrito she haphazardly slopped together was oozing all over the place. It was a completely soaked through mess, she didn't even close the burrito-- she just wrapped a second foil wrap on it. No way... I cannot believe she even thought that was acceptable. She barely did a better job with mine, but all I had was beans, rice, steak and sour cream. Heaven forbid I had anything else she wouldn't have gotten mine closed, either. Unacceptable. I also bought chips & guac. The chips were stale and the guac was brown and 45% string and skin polluted. I used the app to order, so I didn't see my food being made. Big mistake. My husband got 3/4 the way through his burrito before he even saw a piece of steak. After that he had about 6 pieces of steak in the whole burrito. It was ridiculous. The steak also was dry and had no flavor at all. My burrito bowl was more of the same. I'm seriously easy-going and I've never felt compelled to write a poor review of a restaurant, but this place is consistently bad. I got a veggie bowl, and I was scraped together literally about a tablespoon of guacamole instead of using the new bowl of guac behind them. Then, they quickly tried to put the lid on my bowl like I wouldn't notice. I had to ask for more, (which I've never had to do ever....Twice). Just for an almost normal amount. I had to do the same for rice. And salsa. I asked for chips and queso, which they charged me fully, but when I asked where my chips were, they said they were out. They forgot my fork for my order, so I had to go back and ask for one. Didn't get any napkins. Also, A customer cut in front of me and bought 10 $5 gift cards and I had to wait in line for like 20 minutes. All for a below par chipotle bowl I had to beg for them to make half way correctly.
