We just left and went to the Burger King right next door after standing at the counter being ignored for five minutes. For the entire duration of our time in the restaurant a woman who appeared to be management sat on her phone, with out acknowledging us or providing instruction to her employees. Three female employees working in the kitchen all at one point or another made eye contact with us, still we were never greeted. Completely disagreeable experience, we are here for the month on business and will not frequent this establishment again. read more

I wouldn't recommend any McDonald's restaurant here in Adrian their service is so slow I've tried sitting in drive thru that didn't work I sat there for over 6 minutes before I even got up to pay for my food so I tried going inside and there is only one cashier whom is also doing the running for the orders I think they need more people and more training on hope to give speedy service in the drive thru as well as inside these kids have no idea what the heck their doing and these employees want higher wages give me a break read more

This is a very nice restaurant . I do have one complaint they need to teach the young girls how to make coffee. The last two day Tuesday March 8 and Wednesday March 9 I have gotten coffee that was poured right after the pot was started. Wednesday I saw the girl stick my cup on the burner as soon as the pot started She was going to get me the cup when In told her I didn't want it and told her she should not take coffee before it is done.there is no reason for any McDonalds to be out off coffee at 6:00 am .
