The seating area is always exceptionally clean. The kitchen area looks very clean as well. The design of the place is very sleek and contemporary. If there is a line it moves very quick and there is plenty of room to stand and not feel crowded by seating. My sub was prepared and ready even prior to me getting my credit card receipt. They definitely live up to the Freaky Fast. All the employees seem to take pride in restaurant in keeping it clean and making the customers happy. First of all, the customer service has improved greatly. At least the employees say thank you now, and generally with a smile. I do think that this store took a very long time to recover from staffing issues created by COVID and the "hangover" that followed. The recovery seemed inordinately long and that remains a mystery. I recall at one point that there was one person taking orders, cooking, bagging orders, and acting as the cashier. She was not happy most of the time and it was pretty easy to see why. (NOTE: if the persons leaving the negative reviews on this page returned for an updated visit, their minds might change a bit. Or not.) Again, I generally only order the breakfast croissant and the occasional Whopper Jr. (The Diet Coke is cheaper across the street at McD's--thus, although it is two stops, I save a couple of bucks. When one retires, every couple of bucks saved helps.) Other than that, the store is "typical BK." The store is quiet inside as the dining area is not used that often. I do wish that the dining room and especially the restrooms received some more attention in terms of cleaning; however, that is usually not part of my visit. I am generally a drive-thru person.
