Just got two orders of fries that were rock hard & a sprite with no syrup just soda water.

We ordered 3 large meals with 20 piece nuggets through Uber eats .... there were no sauces, missing a large drink, and all large fries were half full and jammed with soggy French fries. I took a picture too and definitely gonna hit this place with an unfortunate honest review. Management or someone needs to do something. It's sad, almost as if they expected it to be ok because it was an Uber delivery order? In the sense being that we can't go to complain and as if they half assed it solely because there would be no repercussions.... I've been there a couple times prior and they've messed up but nothing to bat an eye at. Except when it's almost half your order that never made it, they're stealing from the customer. The teenager who gave me my change back said I cried b/c of no bacon. I asked for something else. A coffee/drink / anything... They wouldn't do anything. They acted like that was normal. No one cared. I ended up getting a refund on principal. Extremely rude service. read more

This is a McDonalds and was convenient, clean and exactly what I expected. So I don't know why all the negativity in the previous reviews. Although I was not promptly greeted or shown to my table or waited on hand and foot ... I didn't expect that. This location does have some really good things going for it, like: It's in a shopping plaza with security and lots of parking; it's newly furnished and was very clean when I visited; there were only 2 other customers when I stopped on a Wednesday at Noon; and it's located conveniently along one of the most-travelled routes on the west side (Coors at Montano). It's located in a plaza with a grocery store, some other restaurants and even a gym. Given those good traits, it is a McDonalds, so... let's make sure we compare Apples to Apples when we do a review, folks. Anyway, I would stop here again for a quick bite if fast food met the mark. read more

Stopped in on Saturday, February 29, 9:30am. Women's bathroom was disgusting so hadn't been cleaned at least since the night before. Got our food and sat down, then a guy with a mop bucket and mop started mopping the floors of the entire front of the store where everyone eats AND EVEN MOPPED UNDER TABLES WHERE PEOPLE WERE TRYING TO EAT LEAVING THE FLOORS WITH WATER STANDING! I went to the counter and asked for the manager. I told her they should have someone clean the bathrooms as well as their liability should someone fall on the very wet restaurant floors, she rolled her eyes, said a meek thanks and walked away. For a multi-billion dollar company your cleanliness would a pall Mr Crock if he was still alive. Sad the company at least at this location doesn't care and has seriously bad attitudes! read more

These people had me waiting for 15 minutes for a drink. I went through the drive thru and was told to park nearby to wait for part of my order. And they forgot about me! They're trying to skirt the corporate rules on wait time by making you wait out of the drive thru. Don't eat here! read more

This location is constantly bad. I find that usually they don't understand my American accent,,, it takes me repeating my order or coupon code multiple times, and they usually get it wrong anyway. I have came here MULTIPLE times and something is always not working.. and other times when I get to the drive thru no one will even take my order! It gets super annoying. The McDonald's on Riverside Plaza off of Coors Blvd. is in the spirit of halloween all year long. They really keep true to character in that they appear dead inside 365 days out of the year. I don't know if it's poor general management but I assume so. An example is: the on-shift manager at noon this very Tuesday led me to believe I was going to have to check for a pulse. I almost mistook her as an animatronic fixture while she handed me the food. Had she not grunted at me, I would have believed mcdonald's went full on AI. But alas, although she could not utter a, "you're welcome," or "have a nice day" I think it's safe to assume she is among the living. Perhaps, though.... Dare I say this McDonald's employs the living dead???? They didn't mess up my order as usual. One out of 5 times isn't the worst. That is the reason for a 2nd star rating. read more

So freakin pissed that I wasted money for cold and stale fries, drinks halfway full with no ice, no straws, and everything else food wise was disgusting in my food order. $20 wasted and couldn't even take it back because I waited in line forever and they ended up closing and all the workers were no more than 18 years old. The store manager ( Adolfo ) and staff are rude we don't go there often but when We do the food is cold or taste like it's been out awhile if you use there Drive-Thru you have to check your order before you leave! Even if you ask their staff if everything is in there they give you a quick rude answer yes! Often when our order has been wrong we just let it go because we don't feel like driving back! Visited the drive thru today for the last time. I ordered a chicken biscuit bundle and a soda. The chicken patty was the spicy version, which is not correct, and it was on a biscuit that was so tough and cold it had to be days old. Hash brown was soggy, limp, and luke warm. Use to love this location, they were always quick and friendly however over the past month it seems like the entire crew quit and a whole new batch is working there. It took 10min to get a drive through order. They've also been forgetting drinks. Just handing order off and going back to whatever it is they're doing. This is the worse McDonald's I've been to in a long time. I went thru the drive thru and ordered a cheeseburger with no pickle. As I'm driving away I open it and there is no cheese. I go inside and tell them there's no cheese. They take the burger and give me a new one. In my car I open it and there is no meat. Just cheese and ketchup. I go in and ask for the manager. She throws her hand up like nope and walks to the back. The girl snatches my bread they throw a patty on it and hand it back like I'm going to eat it after all those hands touch. I made a formal complaint and the owner of this McDonald's sends an email saying sorry hope you come back again. No offer of compensation. No plans of discipline. Just sorry. Took forever then got home and cheeseburger with no mustard also had no burger!!!! A dry bun with cheese, pickle and a tiny dob of ketchup... NOTHING ELSE!
