This is my favorite McDonald's location around. When McDonald's is made and presented as it was intended it is quite good. This location always makes my favorite meals perfectly. The staff has always been friendly and I always enjoy eating here. Other McDonald's locations that don't give the same attention to quality give the company a bad reputation which is a shame. read more

Service is BAD. At drive thru I asked for Big Mac and the guy says, "We are out of Big Macs". I ask, " So u don't have any meat?". "We out of Big Macs". Last night I pull up to the drive thru to order. The worker asked me to hold for a minute. I sat there 8mins, then I informed the person that 8 cars were now in line behind me....no response. This place is just terrible at remembering to fulfill your order right. This is my third time back and every single time they would for get an item or two. I'm not sure what's changed in recent weeks. After leaving a four-star review last November and mostly enjoying four-star experiences since then, it seems that the last few weeks have been awful one-star experiences. The primary problem is the drive-thru waiting time, which lately has been unusually long, no matter the day or time, or if it's busy or not. I abandoned two of my last four visits (I always place orders in advance with the mobile app) because I didn't have or want to spend 15+ minutes for what is arguably overpriced and unhealthy food. I never go to the waiting spots because they are never any faster than sitting in the line, and my fear is that my order might be ignored if I don't confirm it in the drive-thru. Further, the customer service has seriously declined. There used to be friendly people; now it seems like everybody's stoned, miserable and not concerned with customer satisfaction. read more

Ordered using the app past few times no issues but today with my app order BG48 I ordered 2 double cheese burgers, large fry & sweet tea with 3 lemons. I usually love their sweet tea BUT today I think whoever made my sweet tea that being a female mixed it with coffee around 5:30pm. What a horrible employee. I didn't sample it until I got home. It's unfortunate they will lose my business now for some employee's bitterness working there. My order was promptly taken and my food was delivered in a timely manner. I checked my order prior to leaving and found it to be accurate. This has got to be the worst McDonald's I've ever visited. The latest incorrect order really put me over the edge. My husband visited this location today and asked for double cheeseburgers, with no bun. He gets home and the order included buns with ketchup and a pickle. read more

Reading other reviews, I guess I came at the best time with the best shift of employees working! This is my first time at this location, and it won't be my last, as I'll be giving them another few gos for sure. This building is really narrow and the drive thru is only one lane; it's all very strange from the outside. The parking is okay, but there seems to only be one entrance and at only one side of the building, so if you park on on the other side, you'll have to walk around the building to the somewhat elusive door. Upon walking in, you're greeted with classical music. The walls are lined with lamps with warm yellow-light-emitting bulbs. Although the building looks narrow and strange on the outside, the inside fools you into thinking you're in a spacious lounge; it's welcoming for groups, with plentiful seating and little nooks and crannies all over. The bathroom, admittedly, needed a little attention (see photo), but then again, it wouldn't have looked like that had us Americans had even a shred of dignity and an ounce of respect for others. It's not difficult to leave a space looking like it did when you walked into it; just pick up after yourself. Regardless, I'm sure the staff will be cleaning it up for the 300th time soon, which leads me nicely into talking about the staff. The guy who took my order was kind and efficient. He was filling up cups when I walked up to the counter. He stopped and came to the counter to process my order. The food then came about about four minutes after ordering. Later, what I can only presume to be the night manager dressed up in a maroon, tucked in shirt, smiled as he was taking another group's orders and even thanked them for their business. I was very impressed with the customer service of these employees. The best part of my short stay? The toilet told me where to urinate at!!! (see photos) Overall, this is a solid location with a really good team on Friday nights. I wish whomever trained this team would travel and train the Jimmy Carter Blvd. team...the worst location of McDonald's I have ever consistently had the displeasure of experiencing. read more

First time being in after the remodel. ... was a great store location before the remodel. It was spacious great place to come in for lunch and sit and relax. Now the place is to small to enjoy a meal when dining in. Wich is a great thing for the corporate McDonalds. Smaller dine in area. Less people that come in less people= less people getting free refills = less cleaning through my the day. The less people you have to take care of the less English everyone has to know. It's so impersonal. The kiosks that you order food from are to close to the tables when you eat, people were coffing like they had the Black Plague. People were Touching the kiosk and grimey finger prints all over the screen. little kids were running around and almost knocked my drink off my table. The area is to small for the amount of people The drive through on the other hand is great. But like I said if you're looking to relax during lunch or dinner this place isn't it. This McDonald's is located right next to the building which houses Studio Movie Grill. It's super convenient to stop by and grab a quick bite before watching a movie if you don't want to spend a lot of money for food at the theater. But that's pretty much where the pros of this location stop. I've been to this McDonald's several times, but I've been a bit disappointed on several occasions. Most recently, I went through the drive-thru and got a simple order - a McChicken sandwich and small fries. I drove to the Studio Movie Grill parking lot to eat before a movie and noticed that my fries were cold. UGHHHHH... Cold McDonald's fries are the worst. Lame!!! The employees seem to be pretty friendly, and the restaurant looks decent inside. Unfortunately, they lack power outlets (I saw one, but maybe there's a one or two more scattered throughout the restaurant). This makes it inconvenient for people who like to stop by McDonald's to use their laptops, which I do quite often. Overall, this McDonald's deserves about 2.5 stars because it's right in between "meh" and "A-OK." I know some may say it's "just a McDonald's," but hey - I've been to numerous other locations where their food is pretty consistent (don't serve COLD fries!) and there are numerous power outlets for customers' use. I'll probably be back just because it's right next to Studio Movie Grill, but I'm hoping they'll start improving the quality of their fast food - at least to the McDonald's standard. My poor wife, stepdaughter and her THREE Johns Creek junior lacrosse Gladiator teammates who spent the night Saturday and were CRAVING Mickey D's this morning. Second week in a row ma's been screwed by this franchise store 10131. It's just so close to us and the kids really wanted it. Yeah, yeah - "fool me once." And I even said "now honey, be SURE to check the bag for everything before you drive away since these same folks screwed us on Easter morning en route to church." But that's tough to do - nearly impossible - with a car full of tweens and on busy Holcomb Bridge Road en route to Barnwell with three big bags stuffed with $45 worth of McD's decadence. Imagine three bags stuffed full of food - all in individual wrappers and some almost too hot to handle. But why should we even have to check behind these folks fully expecting our orders have been satisfied. You get what you pay for, right? NOT at this franchise store. At least on this blustery but sunny Sunday morning ma got a receipt. Three sandwiches missing this time totaling $6; last week's tally was about the same. What's worse is you have no recourse because the franchise's contact number on the receipt goes straight to fax. No really. See for yourselves: 770-998-7710. Diabolical strategy to be sure. I admit, I'm not a big fan of McDonald's. However, sometimes, nothing hits the spot like their fries and a Diet Coke. What pushes this location over the edge of some others is the staff. They're always super nice whether it's 10am or 10pm. They don't make you repeat your order 18 times and they get it right. They're also generous with the condiments when you ask for them (and even when you don't!). Unlike some fast food places that stop serving milkshakes after a certain hour because they've already cleaned the machine, they'll make you a milkshake up until they close. Service is a huge thing for me so the fact that they're always smiling and ready to help me get my fat fix is what makes me partial to this particular location. It can be a bit of a pain to get into and out of as it's right on Holcomb Bridge Rd, but that's a minor annoyance. read more

Called location at 5:30am to make sure they were open. McDonald's employee answered and confirmed that they were indeed open. 20min after placing my call, I arrived at the McDonald's location. No response at the drive-thru so I drove around to the window. One employee came to the window and said that they open up at 6am. I mentioned to her that I just called and someone said you guys were open! In a calm manner I then mentioned that your website for this location says y'all should have been opened at 4am. She closed the drive thru window then walked away. I hope one of the district managers see's this! What a total waste of my time.
