Unfortunately this location has truly gone to hell and should be closed down. Employees have gone drastically down hill and wait time is minimum 30 minutes with employees constantly lying about when the food is coming out. This particular Panda Express was never a beacon of functionality but truly it's become unbearable. This is my son's favorite restaurant. When I mentioned that the regular coke was actually cherri coke, the cashier agree with me then decided to ignore me, I ask for a GM, explained her the situation, she was on the phone for a long time the she ignored me and when back to cook, I asked another employee for a partial refund because I was ignored for a long time. she told me that I had to dump all the food in the garbage, I told her that my disable son was already eating and he was ok, she said " that's not what we do ove here, if you want refund dump everything" I never felt so bad in my life when I was taking my son's favorite food away so I could get a refund. I was'n yelling or being a Karen, I just wanted my regular coke and enjoy my food. A few months ago I would've given this place 1 star. I believe it's under new management and man it's so much better!! I went in at lunch one day last week. I got a plate with super greens and orange chicken. They had just run out of orange chicken. Told me it would be about a 7 min wait bc they were a tiny bit understaffed that day. I said that's fine and decided to wait. They gave me a drink while I waited which was really nice. I believe the girl that checked me out was the manager and she was so nice and it was a nice change for that location! My plate used to be half full and seemed like it had been sitting for awhile. I usually buy Panda Chow mein exactly like 3 times a week because my son is autistic and he has a fascination on this kind of food, but in this location this chow mein is really bad to much vegetables like 80% I usually bought 2 large sides to get a small bowl of noodles, does any one experience this or is just me! read more

I'm a big fan of Panda Express. Contrary to what the name may imply it is not Chinese but Chinese inspired. But I'm completely okay with that. (If I want "real" Chinese food in Georgia then I would need to hit Buford Highway.) What I like the most about Panda is it's consistency. Regardless of which location or what time of the the day their food always taste about the same. The portions are generous, the price is right and the location is super convenient. This location is in front of what use to be a Target on Holcomb Bridge and Champions Green Parkway near a group of town homes (Towns at East Village). As you turn by the light there is a small round about and there are a group of small businesses by the town homes. Panda is located next to the Sally"s Beauty. I've never had any problems whenever I come here. Everyone is friendly and the dinning area is always clean. My food always taste fresh and I always leave a happy customer. Thanks Guys. My wife had two doctor appointments an hour and 20 minutes apart so we decided to get a quick lunch. We almost never eat fast food and didn't want a burger. We found a Panda Express and decided to try it for the first time. The service was quick & efficient. Every thing that we chose was delicious and we were in and out in 30 minutes. This location continues to go downhill. Stopped in today and got the Kung Pao Chicken and Orange Chicken with fried rice. The Kung Pao Chicken was just vegetables and mostly zucchini (which I don't really like). In what they gave me I had three pieces of Chicken. The fried rice was cold and tasted more like white rice with a little soy sauce in it. Typically I am "full" after eating Panda Express but today after eating I feel like I need to go out to dinner. Except the one with the staff complaint, I could see that being an issue. BUT! The food here is exceptional, you've ruined all other teriyaki chicken for me because I don't like all that breading on mine anymore. This juicy, grilled, tender chicken teriyaki is what's good for me. I've also tried almost everything on your menu and have yet to be disappointed. Panda Express has always been my go to place for "American-Chinese". I frequent this location as it's near my house. Food has always been consistent and warm. Staff always friendly and serves you quickly, in an up kept and clean establishment. If you've never eaten at a Panda Express, and expect the same quality as a sit down American-Chinese restaurant, you may be disappointed. For me, I actually prefer this place, especially for the Kung-Pao chicken. Rice/noodle and two proteins will cost about $8.xx, $9 even if you choose to round up for their charity :) read more

So I went online and placed it, but then when I went to pick it up, one girl was working her butt off behind the counter and another on the drive-through while the manager and another worker lounged (on their break?) at tables. Employees are too incompetent to understand that their online orders system cuts off at 8:00pm but store doesn't close until 9:00pm and they will not honor the order and claim the system is down and they will not make the order in store "don't bother driving here because we won't honor our website" according to the employee. Employees there usually have a bad attitude but to refuse to honor your own coupon and online order is just sad. Food at this location is also sub-par compared to others.
