I went through the drive through Saturday night, technically Sunday morning, at 1am after a long shift. The worker that took my order was very nice, got the job done very quick and my food was perfectly made. Praise to the sweet lady that was working Sunday at 1am. read more

I ordered online then drove to the location. It took them going through every single order before they decided to do the online orders. Then the employee was frustrated I wanted a refund bc they were out of pie, but it was able to be selected online. I probably would have gotten one if you wouldn't have pushed online orders to last! Maybe one of the worst McDonalds I have been too in regards to food accuracy. They just can't seem to get it right. It's either the wrong food in your order, and/or the lack of follow through on the specifics of the order. the staff is incapable of the slightest deviation from what's in the picture. If you ask for no cheese on a burger and its clearly in the order receipt, the assumption is this will cause a neurological meltdown among the staff and they can't help themselves and must add cheese to survive. read more

This was our typical McDonald's experience. Decent, but not great, service. Our food and drink order was correct. We got our one dollar any size drinks and some free food using the McDonald's app - if you aren't using it, you really should. We did have to wait a few minutes, but it wasn't terrible. This is one of our favorite Mcdonalds. Nice employees and fresh food. One of our favorites is the double fish filet sandwich. The remodel of the interior restaurant is very nice. We love the breakfast biscuits, McMuffins, McGriddles and hashbrowns. I wish they still served breakfast all day. Maybe once the Covid19 passes we can all get back to normal. The occasional return of the McRib sandwich is a great treat too . read more

Would give 0 stars if possible. In the past I haven't had any issues but after tonight I will never be back. When I pulled in the line was probably 5 cars deep not moving. Debated on leaving as other cars did but I decided to wait because usually it moves fairly quickly.. big mistake. They were super rude when I ordered.. to the point that I debated driving off and not paying. Then when I got to the window the kid at the register rudely asked me "what did you get" and then couldn't find my order.. took him a minute but he was able to get me checked out. The kid running the register also looked no more than 13 which explained a lot. There was one car ahead of me that was getting their order and I saw that they were having issues and had to get a drink switched but they seemed to get it resolved. When I drove up to get my food Rashin was super rude. She was laughing with her buddies and shoved a Pepsi at me. When I told her I got a Dr Pepper she scoffed and checked the screen. Then proceeded to hand it to me again saying it was right and that she "meant to say Dr Pepper" . It was in fact a Pepsi.. which I think is gross so it's a complete waste. My sandwich was also wrong, fries were cold and everything was sloppily thrown in the bag as if they didn't care. Not sure who the manager is or if they even care but they need to get things under control. Seems like they hired a bunch of children who could care less about peoples orders rather than someone who actually wants a job and would work hard. Customer Service is the worst at this McDonald's. We went to dine inside and waited at the front for more than 10 minutes. Although two employees working the drive thru window clearly saw us, they ignored us. Finally, we spoke up more than once after 12 minutes and the two employees acted like they did not hear us. We spoke up again and the older Hispanic woman looked at us and just pointed to the kiosk. We expressed that we had some questions before we placed our order. We wanted to know more about the new Double Big Mac. Then at about the 15 minute mark, we spoke up again and she reluctantly came to the front and took our order. No apologies for the wait or rude service. The employees only care about filling drive thru orders, there's no personal service at this McDonald's. They don't care about their customers that come into the store to eat. We finally received our order. Before I even ate my food, I called the Corporate McDonald's to complain about the terrible customer service. I advised they should close their doors if they don't want customers inside the restaurant. I also asked for a call back from the franchise owner or an email with what they are going to do to improve the situation. I've not yet heard anything back from McDonalds. McDonald's could use some customer service training from Chick-fil-A. All of their employees offer outstanding customer service - every time. Because of our terrible experience, we will not be coming back to this location in the future. It's too bad, we've been coming here for over 20 years. It's simply not worth the stress! read more

Came in on 7/8 at 10:20pm and ordered from kiosk. Printers at kiosk weren't working and our receipts printed behind the counter so we had no idea what our order was. Someone else received my order and while trying to explain that my receipt was printed behind the counter so I had no idea what my order number was, the woman had me place a new order and gave me my new order. While talking to the people who received my food, they tried to give it back but the woman working took the bag with my original order and threw it away while we tried to explain the mix up. Worst McDonald's ever. The only reason they stay in business is because they are the only McDonald's to service the North Fulton County and South Forsyth County area. They always forget to include sauce for the chicken nuggets. I always have to check the bag and remind them every time I'm in the drive-through. The fries are either fresh and unsalted or they are stale. No consistency at all. I have a large family so they consistently forget one or two items in my bag in the drive-through. Every time. Without fail I am that guy sitting in the drive-through counting items in my bag and holding up the drive-through line to all the other customers' frustration. read more

I don't often frequent this McDonald's...and I'm glad I don't. They service is horrendous at night (especially through the drive thru). The employee that "greeted" me was very short with the car ahead of me and rudely told him that the milkshake machine was down for the night (though they had well over an hour before closing) - I assume they were closing things down early to cut corners and get out much quicker.
