Both cars had to park in Wait Area, Spot 1 & Spot 2. My order was for 2 reg burgers & sm fries -- nothing that required major effort -- no lettuce, tomato, or cheese. Just extra pickles. Didn't notice extra. I eat as an open face sandwich to cut down on the bread. That's how I discovered that part of meat wS missing. Only one car in front of us, with one person in it. No cars behind us. Tried to phone ~1:30pm next day. They did not answer, after abt 7 calls. Thus, the Yelp Review. Worst McDonald's in Atlanta probably. Always have to pull over into a waiting parking spot, even when I only order 1 item like a burger.. the milkshake machine is ALWAYS down. Which is the only reason I ever even want McDonald's pretty much. Customer service sucks. Can't understand the workers at the drive through. Just terrible, even for a fast food drive through. I don't even post on yelp due to the effort it requires for nobody to probably even acknowledge it but this place deserves the time taken out for a terrible review. McDonald's! Maybe the issues in the other reviews have been addressed because I had no problems here when I stopped by for lunch. I ordered something that's hard for most people to put in the resister (for some reason). My order was a side salad with a grilled chicken patty on the side, other places have a hard time with this. But the lady taking my ordered didn't even blink, I was impressed. The other employees seemed nice and approachable but I have no comment on the drive thru since I came inside. The drink station was a mess. Ice everywhere, straw papers and napkins all over the place. I love the person who came up with the idea of an enclosed play place for the kids, it really makes a difference. My table was clean and the bathrooms were acceptable. I will be back. read more

The lunch shift employees are great. My job is located in this shopping center. So I stop by here every time I am in a hurry. I always see the same faces during noon. Diana is one of the workers there and she is a student and extremely hard working. I always have a small chit-chat with her at the window. The food on the other hand sometimes they don't hear me well enough so I get the wrong order. Otherwise everything is super fast and friendly and convenient! super size those fries! read more

My wife and I frequent this McDonald's about twice a week. Our experience has been very good until last Sunday, the young lady taking my order just couldn't get it right. She was distracted and kept asking me to repeat the order. After three times of asking, I said to her "I don't understand why you can't get it right", at the point she stopped speaking. After a few hellos, I entered the store. I spoke with Antonie and he was extremely pleasant about the situation. The young lady never completed my order so he had to take it all again. I asked to speak with the Manager, who we are acquainted with from visiting regularly - Chris. He was unavailable. I then asked for a phone number for the owner Bob. I was directed to the exit door window - where a number is posted. I placed a call to the number and gave my story and asked for Bob to return my call to express my dissatisfaction with the order taker's unpleasant disposition. I have not received a call back from Bob, which is very disappointing. Customer service is 65% the reason that customers return to an establishment and I am unsure as to why Bob hasn't called, but I am highly disappointed and will never use this location again. I am going to drive further to the Suwanee location, where service is much better. read more

Poor service at times based on who the manager is. None of the female managers make the cut for some reason. They have two Hispanic male managers that are absolutely great. Place is clean. I had the worst experience today with the employees there. I had ordered the 3 hot cakes and sausage and the lady repeated it back to me... now, there was a language barrier which I didn't want to be rude and say I can speak Spanish if you want.... I even said 1 order of the 3 hot cakes and sausage. When I got to the first window she told me my total 11.07... now that's a lot of an order or hot cakes, sausage, hashbrown, and a med coffee at McDonald's. When I asked in Spanish if it was one order, she said, "No, you said 3 orders and I said 3 hot cakes...."(rudely in Spanish.) I said, "No, I told you 1 order and you did not say '3 orders... you only said 3 hot cakes.' If you had said 3 orders then I would've corrected you." She supposedly fixed it huffing and puffing... I went to second window and I was only gonna get my hot cakes... instead of just taking my card to charge for the rest of the order, the other lady just gave it to me... like come on. I work in the food industry as well and I don't give attitudes or don't just give rats about my customer. Some of us don't just want free food. I was even debating to go to chik-fi-la. I would've gotten better service there. And I wouldn't care about the wait. I know the manager or the employees of this location might not care.... but don't treat your customers like that. I was even being nice. I wasn't rude about it either. I wasn't looking for free food just getting it right. I know ppl make mistakes but don't be rude and make your customer feel like they were rude and turn around and tell your other coworkers that we wanted free food. read more

Tonight I ordered a hot fudge sundae along with other food items, and then was informed at the window that the ice cream machine had just broken, it seems to be down or broken often. Also ordered a filet-o-fish with no tarter sauce, instead got one with tartet sauce and no cheese. Ordered a double cheeseburger, got one with no onions. They handed me my bag and disappeared. Francisco refused to provide an advertised combo deal, presumably because he didn't know how to and his manager wasn't there to show him. Refused to ask anyone else for help, just insisted he wouldn't be giving us the deal that was on the menu outside. After driving to a location whose posted hours were incorrect and being held hostage in their drive through line for 30 minutes, I drove to this location where this experience solidified my decision to literally never patron a McDonald's ever again. read more

If I could give less than one star, I would. My family and I tried this location again after six months when we had a prior bad experience there - but it is still absolutely horrible. Highlights from our visit: Over 50% of the soda options were empty in their Coca-Cola freestyle machines. There were no napkins available, and when I told an employee in the dining area about this, he literally looked at me with a blank stare, said nothing, and continued to fill up his own soda from the half empty soda machine. There were also no ketchup containers in the dining room and the self serve area was extremely dirty. Ultimately, our order for four people arrived after a 15 minute wait and included cold, overcooked fries and burgers that were so overcooked, it seemed intentional . The ONLY bright spot in the whole visit was that the employee who delivered our food after the long wait smiled at us. McDonalds Corporate really needs to consider a visit to this location - it is by far the worst McDonalds I have ever visited and it should either be totally overhauled or closed to avoid further damage to the McDonald's brand. read more

CHANGE FOR THE BETTER! I was really impressed with this location after a recent visit. It was totally renovated inside and out and they have also redesigned the kids' section, No more ball pit! This might be old news since it has probably been ten years since I visited this location. I actually ran in to use the restrooms during the parade but since I had additional time, I decided to grab a quick bite. When it comes to breakfast, there aren't a lot of healthy options but I did notice an egg white option. I ordered an egg white sandwich with Canadian bacon and no cheese. I ate it without the top muffin so it was simple and satisfying. If you ever want to know the ideal spot for watching the Founder's Day Parade, this is it! If you stand right in front of the Kroger or McDonald's, you have access to both places. McDonald's is closer so it was hopping with parade watchers running in for hot chocolate and coffee. We visited early so we had time to sit down and eat. Service was great and ran like a well oiled machine. The place was clean and efficient and the entire team was ready to serve on this day! When our family pulled up to the 2nd drive thru, I asked them to give me a minute. The drive-thru guy said, "oh my god." My entire family heard it. When I said that I am ready, he said rudely, "Are you ready now???" Every item I ordered, he rushed me. Then he never thanked me, and just dismissed us. When I pulled up, a lady took my payment and she was nice. I asked if the man behind her with the headphone is the manager since he has a different shirt, and she said yes. I mentioned to her about his rudeness, and she tried to defend him saying that he probably wasn't talking to me. I said that he was rude to me more than twice. Me and a co worker went here for lunch when ordering the dude on the register didnt even know how to work the computer or any knowledge of the menu finally after three tries i got through to him my co worker ordered the exact same thing i figured it wouldnt be done for a few minutes so i went to the restroom washed my hands and waited ten more minutes finally food was ready and delicious my co worker however after 25 minutes food is finally almost ready. Their advertising is misleading plus the clerk has a bad attitude toward you when dispute happens. I placed an order for an advertised item and the clerk didn't give me the advertised price, instead of correcting the price, he said to me he could not read my mind. First off McDonalds is bad. Yes I know, add n the fact that this place has the worst service, idiot managers, and they still can't get your order correct, avoid this place as all cost. Here's the scoop, placed a mobile order at 5:00pm got there at 5:10pm. Sent my Son(that's what kids are for) and he doesn't come out for the longest time. It's now 15min later and I go in and he's standing there still waiting for the food. I get to the counter and thats when they bring the food. No apology for being ridiculously slow. We had ordered a large soda and they didn't give us the cup. He says excuse me and they don't respond. I then yell out excuse me we ordered a large soda. The lady behind the counter gives us a medium cup and I say where's the large cup. Response is we don't have any. Huh? The so called manager comes over with an attitude and says give him what he wants. Uh. That's what I ordered so I should get what I want. Duh. As she hands me the cup she cops major attitude so I call her out on it. And she says I'm being disrespectful and that she just got here. Well that really doesn't matter to me does it. I turn around to fill my soda and I can still hear her talking smack so I call her out on it and big commotion breaks out. Top it off, she's a manager! I leave and outside are others who overheard everything and they tell me they had to wait 20-30 min for their orders and that i should check mine because they got the orders wrong. I check and it is wrong. LOL. How do you screw up 2 McChicken, a hamburger and large fries? Simple answer. It's the management. Have bad managers who have no idea what they are doing, that leads to poor training and service which leads to messed up orders, delayed orders, and poor service.
