I have to say out of the many states and many different times I have been to Firehouse Subs this specific location provided the best sandwich I've had. The sandwich had the perfect amount of sauce to meat ratio, just the right amount of cheese for flavor, & the onions I had added were the perfect ripeness. The meat was so mouthwatering and the bread was extremely soft not over toasted. The diner was clean and the establishment was quiet enough that you can have a conversation at your table without having to yell. The employees showed they were customer service oriented, had positive attitudes, and attentive. Bathrooms are also clean enough that they don't make you lose your appetite. customer service was very slow, we already wanted our order faster than the available timeslot online, but they were several minutes past the promised delivery time either way. Several employees behind the counter moving very slowly to make our order when we already told them we were here. Several sandwiches were hot when we specifically ordered cold, and we got a weird box of only meat and melted cheese without bun or veggies. didn't include chips in the bag so if we would have taken it to go we wouldn't have gotten our full order. I feel like it could've been a good experience with decent food, but the customer service, speed, and frustration really depleted our visit. Needs some management. read more

The steamer is my favorite sandwich to eat when I need a comfort food fix. Staff at this location were friendly and accommodating. We sat at a corner high top table that still had crumbs on and around it when we sat down. We were the only guests in the store so I would expect the tables to be clean and the floor swept up. This is my new go to for subs. With the app you can order exactly how you want it and just walk in and grab your order off the to go rack...very fast and efficient. But that's not to downplay the friendly workers who give you a warm "WELLLL-come to Firehouse!" The salads are great for take out because everything is finely chopped, which makes it easy to eat on the go. The subs are where it's at, though. Finally checked out firehouse subs last night, and it was awesome! The subs were really great had the meatball and added cherry peppers to it, minor complaint was that they were on top of the sub and not melted into the cheese though next time I'll ask if they can do that. The meatballs exceeded expectations and the marinara sauce was robust and not overly sweet like other sub shops. My girlfriend got the club on a sub and the ham and turkey on it were wonderful. I also tried the chili, but it's northern chili (with beans and low spice) so I wouldn't recommend it. The price was fair with as much a we got. Few other notes: every sub can be made a small, medium, or large. Their soda machine is one of those All in one that has a touch screen and 40 drinks (Not a fan of them they always taste wrong and I think only having a single nozzle is to blame). The staff is friendly which was a plus. You can have your debit card round out the change that they donate to firefighters which I really appreciate. Their wheat bread was too plain and lacked flavor, the white was tastier and had a buttery flavor. read more

I've gotten sandwiches here 3 or 4 times in the past couple of months. I plan to frequent this place more often when I need something on the run. First, the food is good. Everything I've had has been tasty. Secondly, every time I've ordered I've asked for some change to the sandwich and every time they've gotten it exactly correct. Thirdly, and most importantly in my book, is the customer service I've gotten in the drive thru. If you have any type of dietary concern then avoid this place at all costs. I admit, I have ate here more times than I can count, but never again. I made it extremely clear that I was ordering a Vegetarian Sandwich for my oldest daughter, who is a vegetarian. What's on the sandwich? Steak! Steak on a vegetarian sandwich.
