This is my regular Jersey Mike's location. And it's "good". There is plenty of parking and a decent amount of seating inside. I always order online and my order has always been correct and tasted great. The inside of the restaurant isn't the cleanest. I feel like I have to consistently wipe of my table. It's not a deal breaker but it happens often enough that I notice. It might not be my favorite spot to dine in at, but I'll continue to come here since they can provide consistency in the food that I order. read more

I was at the this location for lunch the other day (3/11). The gentleman who made my sandwich and the one sweeping and tidying were very nice and pleasant. The lady at the cash register was not. She was unpleasant. She also said my sandwich would be brought out to me. But it never was. After a while I looked around and tried to figure out what happened to my sandwich. This is like having a NY deli fix your sandwich with fresh sliced meat and the fixin's just like you want it. Hot or cold, these sandwiches seldom disappoint! We were greeted when we came in the door, the manager came by to ask how the sandwich was and George Thoroughgood was playing on the sound system. The person who carefully crafted our sandwich did a great job. All these factors combined are why Jersey Mike's is our favorite. Pro tip: Bring your own bib. I started eating sandwiches regularly back in California years ago. I loved the Sourdough, turkey and avocado sandwich at the Company Store in Pebble Beach. Holy smokes my mouth is watering thinking about it! Fast forward thirty years and I still crave the perfect sandwich. I love the Italian NightClub at Jimmy Johns. I like double meat club and the meatball sub at Subway. I like most offerings at Firehouse except the too sweet ham. But without question Jersey Mikes makes the best franchise sandwiches. Chipotle Philly Cheesesteak!!!! Piles of turkey and fresh avocado! The grill your food to perfection and the staff communicates with you about your sandwich the entire process. Just now I made the mistake of ordering the same sandwich as the person in front of me, but with a different meat. They made a completely wrong sandwich for her, then when they remade the sandwich they gave me her second sandwich and had to remake her sandwich a third time! (I didn't realize I had to wrong sandwich until I took a bite, as the two looked identical) I wish I could say this was an isolated case, but I can't. This tragic comedy happens pretty much every single time I've eaten here. I now only come here to just watch the constant train wreck behind the counter. We have been in to Jersey Mike's to eat on several occasions, but most recently I was blown away by my experience of ordering online and picking up food to go. I was about to get off work and I wanted to pick something up on the way home, knowing how AWESOME the philly sandwiches are, I had a craving for Jersey Mike's. The online ordering format is easy to use, and it's specific enough that you can order your sandwiches JUST as you like. I ordered a Giant #99 Philly cheesesteak and specified that I would like it to be cut in half and wrapped separately - I planned to drop one half off at my boyfriend's job for his meal break. I arrived at Jersey Mike's at the time specified on my order, and they had my food wrapped and ready to go, still SO hot and fresh. The order was correct, and even 30 minutes later, by the time I drove all the way across town to my house, my sandwich was still hot. The staff is always friendly, and I love that they slice all the meats and cheeses to order, everything always tastes fresh, and their bread is perfect. read more

I was really hoping for a good experience when I ordered from here but was very disappointed. Let's start at the beginning, when I called in the order. I ordered the Big Kahuna cheese steak and a bacon chicken cheese steak with no veggies. John is the "sandwich artist" I spoke to. Next is the only memorable part of our phone conversation. Me-No veggies on the bacon chicken please. John- The bacon chicken cheese steak only comes with tomatoes. Me- So, that would fall under the no veggies category. John- So, no tomatoes? Me- Yes, no veggies. John- No tomatoes. (DEEP breath) When I arrive at JMS I was greeted by a twenty something year old girl that proceeded to ring up my lunch. She reaches for a bag, presumably my lunch, to hand to me and John (I was unaware of this being one in the same at the time) began to chastise her and tell her that the bag was not my food. I guess she was as fed up with his douchbaggery as I was. She turned and walked to the back to remove her apron and grab her coat. She walked out without as much as an F U to John. I regret not giving her a high five as she walked by. John asks her,"So you don't even want to talk about it?", with a snide smirk on his face. I then ask if there were any veggies on the bacon chicken and he tells me,"the bacon chicken only comes with tomatoes." and assures me that there are no veggies on the sandwich. I then let him know that online the sandwich comes with tomatoes and lettuce. He looks at the menu and then apologizes for his mistake. "I'm so sorry, I didn't realize that it came with lettuce." says John. I'm almost done with this fiasco of a lunch outing when I realize I didn't get a receipt. I go back in and speak to another young girl. I tell her that I didn't ask for a receipt and ask if I can get a copy. John decides that he has to put his two cents in. "We don't hand out reciepts, you have to ask for them!" I thought that was why I was back in there but at this point I'm not sure why i'm back in there either. I get the food back to work and whad'ya know, no tomatoes but a whole lot of lettuce and onions.(the guy that wanted no veggies is VERY allergic to onions) WTF?! The Kahuna was good but not good enough for me to go back. If I want a great philly I'll just go to Seven bar and grill. Oh, and by the way JOHN, tomatoes are a fruit not a vegetable, you jackhole! read more

wow... these guys are gonna give Schlotkeys and Jimmy Johns a run for there money. The manager for this place was so helpful and full of Jersey Mikes Subs knowledge it was a blessing. I have been back 4 times so far and have not had a single issue so far. I have had 3 different sandwiches so far with all of them being regular size and filled me up every time. I do recommend you get it Mikes Way as the Vinagrette and oil they add on it is amazing... Great job guys!!! read more

Poor service from unknowledgeable employees. I went in with my wife and was impressed by the overhaul of the location. An employee kindly explained the menu and took our order. In the middle of her taking our order, another employee came over and asked her "Is this your ticket? You did this all wrong." She listened to his coaching and then finished taking our order. We then slid down to pay at the register, where we had to give our order again because she had not gotten the ticket. Maybe we were supposed to get a ticket to give to her? Who knows? Right before we paid, I asked if the subs came with drinks and she said no so I ordered two drinks. The young lady rang one drink and gave us only one cup. Irritated by this point I decided we would just share the drink rather than hold up the line that was forming behind us. After a few minutes our names were called and I was given just one sandwich. We waited another 5 minutes before going back to ask where the rest of our order was. They no longer had the ticket so we had to order it a third time. We got the giant sub's because the worker explained the regular size is only half the sub, well its dinner and everyone works were plenty hungry for food in my book. The sub's were decently packed but for 18 bucks a person (sub,drink,chips) we could of went across the road for steaks for the same price.
