This McDonald's is usually my go to, but this past Sunday I had an absolutely terrible experience. I ordered a MCchicken, and a small fry, and I was extremely disappointed. The Mc chicken was absolutely disgusting, and the fries were old and cold. If it were not for the sake of time, I would've returned and asked for a refund. By far my favorite mcdonald's in the area. My roommates and I frequent this location more often than i would like to admit. however even when the line is to the street they always get our order right and almost always it is fresh! the fifth star is because they are open 24 hrs which is extremely convenient for us college kids! read more

This is our go-to nearby McDonald's. I have been here dozens of times, but almost never check in because for whatever reason McDonald's is the only place that somehow almost always messes with my phone's WiFi. So that is my one-star-deduction qualm. Other than that, this is our McDonald's of choice. It was one of the first in our area to have kiosks, which I prefer to use so I don't feel like as much of a jerk when ordering all my customizations from an actual person. :-P The dining room is a pretty average level of cleanliness for a McDonald's--not spic-and-span, not gross, somewhere in the middle depending on how busy it is. The food is McDonald's food, what you'd expect when McDonald's food is at its best. I love egg sandwiches, and could live off of them from this McDonald's since they serve them all day now. On occasion, I also love ordering sundaes from the kiosk and easily loading them up with candy and toppings. The hub'ster likes the signature burgers. The kiddos dig the cheeseburgers and nuggets. We use the app deals all of the time, which recently had a HUGE DECREASE in value. Now they only let you use ONE DEAL PER HOUR and actually clock the time in the app. That is stupid, but that is not this particular McDonald's fault, so I'm not taking that into account in my overall score, just an FYI. If you are in this area and need fast, cheap decent eats at any hour of the day (this location is 24-hours), this McDonald's typically gets the job done pretty well for a McDonald's. read more

I dont recommend anyone go to this location from 11pm 7am they have disrepectful customer service in drive through when I asked the girl in drive thru for her name she refused to give me it so I called the next day to complain n get this girls name she said she was the manager n she couldnt give her name either. I just ordered Large Fries and 2 Double Quarter Pounders with cheese. Took off the ketchup and mustard, and added mac sauce. When I get home to enjoy my Meal, I open up the quarter pounder boxes and come to realise that its just buns, with 2 layers of meat and mac sauce. Was at the location around midnight and noticed at the drive through that the workers weren't wearing masks during a time when the number of COVID-19 cases around Erie County have increased and restrictions have tighted. Went today and there Marquee had buy a Big Mac get one for $1.00. So we ordered 1 Big Mac meal and 1 Big Mac and my other sons food and was charged full price for 2nd Big Mac. The only reason we ordered a Big Mac was for the value. Had the advertisement not been there we would have ordered differently. So this is a McDonald's, as such the food tastes the same and has the same quality as every other McDonald's out there. This one however truly Wowed me. So to explain this let me back up. A few nights back my wife had a 2am craving for a burger. So this being Buffalo region there are very few places close by that will provide this. We came to the Drive thru of this location, and right away, the staff made a great first impression. The Manager and the girl in drive thru both were energetic and genuinely happy. But also conveyed by action that we were a welcome addition to their night. It was my wife's birthday and she really wanted a burger and a McFlurry. They had just turned it off to clean, but hearing it was her birthday, they turned it back on and she got her hearts desire. They also gave her an Apple Pie and wished her a happy birthday. They were so sweet. The only thing that was even a minor issue is they forgot the sauces that were requested for the McNuggets in the order. This was no issue because it just meant we had the opportunity to go back around and say hello again. They made my wife's night, they warmed our heart and for that I could have hugged them all. The worst experience I ever had. Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru because the incompetent employees somehow deleted all the orders. When I get the order and drive all the way home, I realized they forgot one of my orders. I had to go all the way back and the only thing they were willing to compensate is a FUCKING coupon. WHY THE FUCK would I want a coupon to come back to that establishment when this isn't the first time this has happened. I am only commenting on it now because this was the worst experience out of all of them from this location. I asked for a refund and got literally nothing out of it. It was suppose to be a 10 minute trip and ended up taking an hour and a waste of gas. Please excuse the language, but there needs to be some type of change because everyone from my college campus complains about this location, but it's the only one nearby and everything else is closed early. It's so frustrating because I usually never have this problem with any McDonald's before except this one.
