Good grief what a staff. Can a business hire people who are any lazier and carless? Probably not. I came by and ordered one (1) single egg mcmuffin at 4:29am, per my receipt. First off, this mcmuffin is more expensive, they are just milking the Disneyland patrons. Tell me why I did not walk out of here until 6:42am with only one person ahead of me? I'm upset. I came here dreaming of sweet tea and I was sorely disappointed. One of the workers told me to grab the sweet tea outside and if there wasn't anymore to let them know. They were out of sweet tea so I went to them and asked for more sweet tea. Then another worker gave me regular tea. I asked them to change it and they said "I can give you sugar." IT IS NOT THE SAME THING. Then he left me to check and didn't come back so I had to ask another worker for the sweet tea and she came back telling me "we're all out." With no means to refill it. Then offered to give me sugar. GUYS IT IS NOT THE SAME THING. Then I asked for a refund and the manager didn't even acknowledge me and tried to give me cash and didn't even ask if I wanted a refund on my card. So I had to tell him I want the refund on my card. I came here for my first time after visiting Disneyland for my birthday, also for my first time and won't ever be coming back. It took more than 10 minutes to be able to use an available kiosk to order the food and then another 20 minutes to get the food. So much for fast food. Northern California does it better. read more

They have quite a few self serve kiosk's here. Although I find the order process can be a little slower here, rather then actual human interaction. Once the process is done, the service to get the food is pretty quick. It's a busy location due to all the hotel's in the area that service Disneyland. Other then that, it's your typical Mcdonald's food with a couple of extra items not found in McDonald's in Canada. The dessert has a caramel and cake type of dessert. Also they don't do $1.00 drinks ALL SUMMER at this location. I'm guessing they don't have to because of the sheer volume of business they do here. read more

Probably the slowest service at a McDonald's that I have ever been to. After leaving Disneyland around 9:00 pm we caught the shuttle and got the kids back to the hotel. Once there we perused the fridge to see what there was to eat. Unable to decide on anything it was decided that I would run out while Danielle bathed the kids. At this point it after 10:00 but the time I got to the drive through. There were 4-5 cars in front of me but it took nearly 30 minutes for me to get to the front of the line. At first I thought it was because everyone was ordering several items, but even after ordering it took a while to get my food. Overall this visit could've been better. read more

This was one of most up-to-date McDonald's I've been in! There were 8 huge kiosks available for you to place your order, but why do that when you can just order via the McDonald's mobile app on your phone! I was able to get my order in while walking up to the restaurant to help shorten the wait time. I was there on a Saturday for lunch and the dining area was kept pretty clean. Yea it's McDonald's, but even on their scale this one is the effing pits. Went here twice in an evening, first for myself and my younger daughter. First, orders can only be done at the self service kiosks, the interface is not the most user friendly. Very difficult to customize your order. Yes it's busy but 40 damn minutes to get a Big Mac combo with a vanilla shake and an oreo McFlurry. Staff very curt and not friendly. My second visit was about 3 hours later because my wife and older daughter didn't eat after a concert and this place was "convenient". Same as before about ordering except counter employee was even less friendly. Ordered McChickens, fries and 10 pc mcnuggets with sweet sour and bbq sauce. Get back to room and no sauces. As a Disney AP holder you quickly survey the area for cheaper eats. I always stayed away from this Mcdonalds because it seemed so busy. But today I drove thru and parked to finish our quick bite. I turned on yelp and was surprised to see such a low rating. 1. Fast and convenient. Maybe if your not part of the Disney craze and have the time to drive to a different Mcdonalds do so, but Disney or not my service was uber fast and friendly. 2. But it was more than just busy, there were a lot of things that became an issue. - self-service kiosks not working properly - self-service kiosks were not reading my mobile coupons - ran out of burger meat in the middle of the dinner rush - stopped table service in the middle of the dinner rush - lost orders and order numbers - no morale whatsoever in the back kitchen - restrooms were lowkey disgusting Overall, I've never had that bad of an experience at McDonald's and I'm not blaming the company. This is quite possibly one of the most busy McD's I have been to, aside from the one that I've been to in FL. Anyway, this store is super busy as it is close to Disneyland. There was a store associate here who made my lil one's day. We'd ordered a happy meal for her and was expecting a different toy than the one that she received. The associate noticed that my lil one looked pretty bummed when she opened her box up and looked sad. She said something like, it's a happy meal, not a sad one. She asked my lil one what she'd been hoping for. When my lil one told her, she went to the back and went to look for whatever toys from that particular series might still be in there. She found a few different toys and gave my lil one the opportunity to pick. She picked the one that she wanted to exchange the toy for and the associate let her have a 2nd toy for free. Awww. Super sweet!! That definitely made her meal a happy one. It is nice to see that the employees here go out of their way to satisfy customers. So special. Otherwise, the service we received was great. Everyone was friendly. I was especially happy that the restrooms were well maintained and clean. Somehow this McD's impressed me. Everything was top notch about their food, all hot and nothing stale or obviously out from under a warmer. Nice! read more

I don't really give reviews but crystals actions were just amazing that they deserve to be recognized! crystal came up to me with a smile and offered to help me placing my order after she saw that I was standing there looking lost . I got my cup and then went to look for a seat . About ten minutes went by and crystal noticed that i had not received my food , she came to me and asked me if I had not received my order yet . When I told her no she went to go see what was going on . When she found out someone else took my order she quickly went to the back and spoke with the people in the kitchen and got my order replaced right away!
