The food was good, and the two cashiers Nick and Richard at the counter were really friendly. The downside was lots of flies, and the fries are sometimes undercooked. Nick made it a better experience though. read more

I just want to say that I work at this Mcdonalds and the problem not always lies with the crew but with the customer as well. A lot of times the pwople who get their orders messed up either have no idea what they're ordering and thing one thing on the menu is another or frequently change the order making it confusing. And I think it's funny how some people think it's ok to take your bad day out on your local fast food workers. Apparently life sucks for you. read more

Every time we as a family come here which is not very often at all, the food is just horrible.... the Big Macs look like it was just thrown in the box, there was hardly any sauce on them and the buns were hard... fries weren't cooked all the way...from what I observed was it seemed like the employees were to busy having fun in the back rather than taking some sort of pride making our food correctly. We will make sure we avoid this place even though we live so close to it. read more

Absolutely worst experience i have ever had at a McDonalds in my 51 years. I have been to McDonalds all over this country and Europe never have i been treated so badly. I pulled in to the drive thru and i could barely here the person taking my order. I told the person i can not hear you so he would raise his voive for one word and then back to whisper. I finally pulled up to the window and the was a boy standing the i said im sorry but i could not hear you. He ignored me i said it three more times he continued to ignore me. He then became a smart ass punk. I thought you have to be kidding me. I pulled to the next window and asked to speak with the manager i did and she said she would talk to him. Also after all that the food was cold and tasted like it was cooked an hour ago.This is not the first bad experience at this McDonalds. I would not go here. read more

We went to this McDonald's for lunch today, when went got our food and went to sit down every one of the tables in the dining room was dirty. I told one of the counter people and she came out and wiped a table down for us, but with what looked like a very dirty rag. The staff behind the counter was more interested in socializing than doing their job. The floor was dirty, several of the seats in the booths are torn, and the staff is talking about learning some dance? The food was good as always, but if the dining area is that dirty what does the kitchen look like? Yuck! read more

I am a very tolerant person, especially when it comes to fast food restaurants. However, my husband and I will never come here again. Even though we have been in Anthem over 10 years, we come more and more infrequently to this McDonald's because the ice cream cones we order are seldom available. We came by at 9 pm after Music in the Park. (My husband said we shouldn't bother going there because they will not serve ice cream.). We waited minutes to give our order even though there was only one car. The other side of the drive-thru was blocked by cones. Sure enough, even though they are open until midnight tonight, they quit serving cones. I strongly recommend if you want good service and employees who care about providing the menu options, then do not patronize this McDonald's. Instead, go to Sonic in Anthem or to the McDonald's off I-17 and the Carefree Highway! They do a great job and that's where we go every time we are disappointed by the Anthem Way McDonald's. From tonight on, we will skip the disappointment and go where we are welcome and served. read more

Ok so I used 2 work there & I can tell you I cook my own food now! I have watched managers grab food that had been sitting over four hours so they can get food out fast lol yea right!! that's not even close 2 the fact I have watched them also drop food & pick it up like nothing ever happen agin just 2 get food out fast!! There are also so maney bugs that a customer was ordering & a cockroach ran across the counter I told a manager she laughed!!! So when u do say anything about this they send you home & threaten 2 take your hours!! Now they work there employes 9 hours with no breaks & tell you can't have water on peak so take it easy on them the next time you go 2 mcd its management!! read more

Worst McDonalds ever. Slow drive thru so i go in and get ignored instead. I don't know why i keep going there every time i think they will do better than last. Drive thru orders usually are mssng something such as bbq sauce, drinks , toys, fries, doesn't matter. Once my son did get two fries and two things of nuggets in his happy meal..... worked out for us but i bet the kid before or behind us was upset. The workers are also unprofessional and most of the time need to be taught how to tuck in their shirt and line it up so it looks neat. I am so critical because i spent 2 years of high school working in a mc d's and actually applied myself as easy as it was. I expect more. I would say i wouldnt eat there anymore but my kids love the mc griddle so meh... i will tough it out. Oh yeah i once called the store owner number on the receipt that says asks how we are doing and called and left messages on it several times and never got a call back. The owner doesn't care as they know they are the only think around but watch out cuz here comes wendy's. read more
