Today I ordered in the App and was concerned that the app crashed and did not show my order even though my account was charged. I headed to the McDonald's where I stood at the counter for 5 minutes and was ignored even by the manager. Then a very nice young man named Levi had been running out orders stopped to ask if he could help me. I explained the issue and he said no problem I will take care of you. When he went to talk to his manager about it the manager seemed annoyed and just did a hand gesture as to say go deal with it. The young man even updated us on how long it would be before our order was ready. Thank you Levi for you great service. If it was not for the manager seeming bothered by everything this would have been a five star review. I hope the manager works on his customer service skills read more

Improvement! This last year this McDonalds was horrendous compared to other locations I've experienced, however this morning was different! Fast, accurate, 2 straws without asking and I didn't have to pull away from window without my order. Also the drive thru guy with an accent made eye contact, smiled and knew my order. Thank you! Food is great and cooked well. Staff is well. Kid is happy with everything. Better than 99.9% of the McDonald's out there. However 2 stars off for no GD shades. You shouldn't have to wear sunglasses inside to eat. Buy some shades to roll down when the sun is setting on your west facing windows. You do that and I'll give you a McDonald's 5 star. You're no Tru Burger, but you'll be by far the best McDonald's in the SW area. read more

After a few hours at the park my niece asked for a cheeseburger from McDonald's so I had to take her ;) . We decided through the drive thru because it was getting late and she was sleepy. We were helped fairly quickly and had our food pretty fast. I didn't realize they forgot to give me her drink until after we left. Where can i start. Mc Donalds has a 2 for $ 3.33 thats a egg mcmuffin with egg cheese and sausage. I asked for a folded egg with no cheese on both. The young teenager politly said we cant do that with out charging you full price. Ive done this at every mcdonalds that i frequent thru out the valley with no problem. One they are keeping the cheese on both. Sandwichs. Two the eggs are not a special add on with any type of special ingredient added its just a egg. As a former manager in the 1980's i was appaulled by the lack of customer satisfaction. I will be calling the corporate office of this store 25665. And oakbrook il. I'm not writing against their food. I'm writing about their parking lot and what garbage dump it is. Every time I go there there is garbage strewn all over the property. Now I'm not sure who's responsible for picking up the losers that leave their trash in the McDonald parking lot, but my bet it's the business that occupies the property. 22 December 2017 - They redid the exterior and interior. They need to focus on the food. I ordered a quarter pound meal with no cheese. The Powerade is the only decent thing. I just received some of the worst service I have ever had with fast food. Me and my friend were In the drive through line and were sitting there for a while before anyone acknowledged we were there, we said hello a few times then when we got a response all she said was "one second" in a very rude tone. There are two lines at this location and two other cars that came after us were served before she even acknowledged us again. As humans, we are quick to express our negative experiences and our positive ones sometimes go without recognition. I would like to take a moment to recognize positivity. Andre has been such a pleasure each time we go when he's working. We order by phone and he is quick to immediately get on a first name basis and ensure we are well taken care of. Fast food has become the epitome of "fast" and robotic like but it's refreshing to have some true human like conversation that leave you with a smile well after the interaction. If I can give a review with negative stars I would. This restraunt made my daughter and her friends sit outside on Friday around noon when it was 108 degrees outside because they didn't have an adult with them. That was the only reason. They bought food and had to sit outside. That is absolutely ridiculous! 108 degrees out and you make kids sit outside. Wow! I confess that I've enjoyed reading some of the negative reviews of this place. Not because they reflect my experience, but because we've all probably had times we've had a similar experience somewhere. Here are a few that brought a smile to my face and made me laugh out loud: "The worst McDonald's I've ever been to in the entire world! Yes. The entire world." And this well crafted critique by Steve C. of San Diego: "This is probably my favorite place for Black, over cooked bacon. 100% organically burned bacon. No artificial flavorings, just terrible bacon the way grandma made it. If you come, ask for extra extra extra extra extra burned bacon." Okay....now for my experience. We've been staying in the area for the past month and I've been to this particular McDonald's maybe 15-20 times for breakfast. The food has always been as expected. The Diet Coke has been consistently good and tasty (they must have a secret sauce!). I've had a few issues with my orders but they were invariably due to my operator error on the self-serve kiosk. The workers have been very nice and considerate. I'm a bit of a McD's junkie (obviously), but I can still in good conscience highly recommend this place. read more

Horrible experience we ordered on the kiosk to save confussion with the "register pressure" plus the kids were then involved. Anyhow the kid working had to numerous questions including how to use number system with receipt. kept going out to the lobby back and forth only to leave the mop that kind of cleaned up puke and then back to us in the play area that's was disgusting and not locked behind. Trash outside overflowing dirty tables didn't receive milk or bottles of water in order waited on Fresh cookies ordered 3 they gave me 2 old and1 new. Stopped by this morning at 9:20 AM. Ordered two egg McMuffins and a large decaf coffee. I could tell the person taking my order was new. When I got my order they asked me to wait as they were making a fresh pot of decaf coffee. The drive through was lightning fast. Staff friendly. My double quarter pounder was hot and fresh. The fries were hot, fresh and plentiful.

Though I love McDonald's, this one is not a good one to go to. I typically go for breakfast, I love sausage biscuits. However two Saturday's in a row I had a really bad experience. The first Saturday they gave me a coke in a large cup but it was only halfway filled and it was watered down. I ordered a small coke so I figured they accidentally gave me the wrong cup but given the soda was also watered down, I'm not really sure what was going on. This was also the weekend they weren't taking credit cards. I thought ok, things happen, and went back again next weekend. The next weekend they took my order incorrectly so I corrected it at the window. However when I went to get my food they repeated my order back, I said yes, they handed me the food, and I drove off without realizing they didn't correct the order so I never got a sausage biscuit. Considering the rise in prices combined with the lousy service, I don't recommend this McDonald's. I know we don't have man options in Anthem, but I would rather drive to Tramonto than visit this McDonald's again. read more

I used to work at McDonald's and let me just say. The place is just a breeding ground for mediocrity. That comes with the brand overall. But damn does this location stand out in terms of food quality. I've been in Anthem a few times working for another location of ours and whenever I've gotten a quarter pounder from here it just seems to be the best one you can get from a McDonald's. I have a problem almost every time I go, my McGriddle buns are always dried and hard. Their McFlurry machine has been broken for weeks. Didn't give me my visa back when I called they said haven't seen one today even though I told them I had left it there the day before and when I called back the day after they said they DESTROY all left over cards. The worst McDonalds I have ever been to. The food was bland, tasteless, old and stale (did not taste like McDonalds typical food). Every one of my children, my husband and I all agreed. Fries, Big Macs, Chicken sandwich, soda....all bad! Drive-thru was the longest wait I've very had in a drive-thru, at least 30 minutes. They also "didn't have any ice cream today."
