Really disappointing experience at McDonald's tonight around 5:40 PM on Sunday, May 17th. The employee behind the counter, Yazmine, was very rude and dismissive throughout the whole interaction, and the restaurant wasn't even busy. I stood at the counter waiting while being ignored while she gave the teen in front of us two free ice cream cones and continued chatting instead of helping other customers. When my food was marked as done, nobody acknowledged me or handed it out. Then when they forgot my sauce, I tried to get her attention and she looked directly at me, turned around, and walked away without helping. Another employee eventually had to step in and ask what I needed. I understand everyone has bad days, but there's no reason to treat customers that way, especially when the place was practically empty. Typically this is what you can regularly expect from this location: -Receiving incorrect beverages (coke instead of diet) -Sandwiches with everything missing but the meat, bread and sauce -Missing bacon -Old dry chicken sandwiches -Incorrectly built sandwiches, plan on rebuilding a sandwich -Missing napkins -Up to 30 minute wait times -Employees mishandling food and beverages when bringing it out to you, such as slinging, holding sideways, or holding cups by the top which is particularly disgusting considering the drive thru order taker is of course handling dirty cash and cards -Consistently empty apologies by managers for extended wait times, and the food is always old if this happens (spoiler alert) The store appears clean inside and out, which is nice, but I would not recommend eating at this location as these are consistent behavior, and has not been improving over time. read more

I just came here for a quick meal, waited inside for about 10 min for two McDoubles and when I go out to my car both sandwiches have one patty on them and the ticket said McDouble, I came inside and talk to the manager and let them know that it was wrong, and she proceeded to make me throw away the two perfectly good burgers just to get my original order remade. I just came back to my car again and when the ticket says no onions, there are onions on my second order these people literally are retarded or cannot read or dyslexic or something!!!! read more

The service and speed of service at this particular location has always been good, I've never had any issues. The food is McDonald's. You know what to expect. There are other fast food restaurants--many are better, some are worse, but if you eat here it's because you are either wanting something cheap or you have some sort of nostalgia for that McDonald's taste. Only reason I'm reviewing (since no one, literally no one, decides to go or not go to a fast food chain restaurant based on a Yelp review) is because of the "new" chicken sandwich (March 2021). McDonald's is trying to enter the chicken sandwich war so they've retooled their southern chicken sandwich. It's shaped differently. Sauced differently. It's...okay. About two dollars too high for what it is. It's not a competitor. You come to McDonald's for the value and that sandwich takes that away as it's priced higher. They would rather loose customers than pay a living wage. They can't staff enough employees or retain them because they pay slave wages. The service is extremely slow because of this, but you can't blame the two people working their ass off in the back. I have never had worse service at a McDonald's then I had tonight. My fiancé and I decided to order online and walk to pick up our food. We arrived the lobby was closed (as always) we walked through the drive through only one employee and the manager were inside. We stood at the window waiting for someone to speak to us. When the drive through window was opened all me and my fiancé smelt was marijuana.. they're not scheduled to close until 9:59pm but at 6:54 they didn't want to be open and in the time of standing there waiting for our already paid for food there were 3 or 4 cars that were completely ignored. I really cannot write about the food because it is McDonalds and the food is the same all over. Sometimes it is cold or you get the wrong order at the drive through. This review is based on my experience with the staff and observations made while waiting on my order. First off I tried to go through the drive through They have a double drive through at this location and the line was wrapped around the building. I pulled up to the position where you order and waited. Then I waited a little more and put my car in park. There was never a hold ion just a sec or up yours or anything. After a 6 minute wait I decided to just go in and order but was blocked by a truck that had ordered from the outside lane so I waited a couple of minutes more until he moved so that I could get out. Still no "hello, welcome to McDonalds, may I take your order. It has now taken 10 minutes to not have my order taken. I drive around the building, park and go in. The kids behind the counter seemed to be in their own little worlds so I patiently stood first in line waiting to place my order. BTW the only person in line. This only took another 3 1/2 minutes, with no I'm sorry for your wait how can I help you. After placing my order I sat down to wait on my food. I had ordered a fillet O fish for my wife and I knew it would take a little while because they generally cook those to order. The waiting time was not that bad, only another five minutes. I've been through the drive-through at this location a couple of times in the past and never had any difficulty or extended wait periods. This was before they put the double lane drive-through in. I'm not sure who trains these kids that work here but I can tell you the training must be lacking. They were definitely not a well oiled machine. I am sure sometime in the future I will be back again at this McDonald's as it is at least a 20 minute drive for the next closest location. I generally don't get grumpy about situations like this however being in the food service industry for over 20 years I know what good service is. This is the filthiest McDonald's I've ever been in, you stick to the floors, the counter and tables are dirty, the windows had fingerprints and food on them. The kid behind the counter was eating fries while asking me what I wanted. They didn't have the same menu of other McDonalds. The bathrooms were despicable. Did I eat here?, no didn't dare. I've stopped at this McDonald's a couple of times. I'm not one to fault service from one bad experience, but now I've had my second. Not only is the end dining unavailable but they've locked the doors so when you have something wrong with your order through the drive-through you have to wait and go all the way around the drive-thru again. Have went here at many different times and have NEVER had a bad experience. This place HUSTLES in the morning. Breakfast comes out hot, fast, and accurate. The workers genuinely care about how you are doing at the same time keeping the process going. It is worth saying that I usually do the price through versus going inside. Literally came here at 6pm on a weekday and played Monopoly with my family in the play room. Ordered a few drinks and pies and ate while we played a nobody bothered us (except to jokingly ask to join). Very friendly when we had to leave too since they were closing the play room. I visited this location on Oct. 6 2020 at near 6:15 PM. This store has chosen to do drive-thru only, and it is so very slow. I ordered a double 1/4 pounder and fries. The meat was uncooked / red. I had taken it home some 7 min. away when I discovered the problem. I returned it to them with a stern complaint to the acting Manager that appeared to be a High Schooler. So, I waited for the order to be filled again, some 12 min. wait, and the so-called Manager brought the order to my car, very nice of her, HOWEVER !, the order was WRONG. I so, I had to wait even LONGER. There was two other customers along side me also complaining. What an absolute mess / joke this store is. Makes one wonder, what the hell they,er smoking ?? Let me tell you!!! I have never in my life heard a manager speak to an employee the way I heard the manager speak to the girl up front today. WHAT makes it ok to degrade an employee in front of customers for needing help to take chicken nuggets off the order. Someone said excuse me are you yelling at your employee like that . He yelled at the customer saying. " YA I'm yelling at my employee" while he yelled at the customer. Several people asked him to stop yelling. Just so disgraceful. This is the worst McDonald's I have ever set foot in. To start with, health code violations such as leaving open cups of milk out on the cashier's counter for at least 15 minutes, and a dirty customer went behind the counter to help the cashier operate the milkshake machine. Then my egg mcmuffin took at least 15 minutes when we were first in line, and the manager said it takes awhile to cook the eggs and bacon fresh. When I asked for a refund, she refused.
