When I pulled up to the drive-through and was met with the calm voice of manager Linda I immediately parked and went inside. Every employee including Linda showed me the utter most love and respect, especially my boys Bob and Jim, Shout out to them!! I now attend this McDonald's quite frequently, probably once or twice a day! They've become my best friends, and I can truly count on them for anything, especially my Big Mac! My family and I come here occasionally when we are in a rush for dinner. Even when there is not one person in the drive thru or in the inside area, our food takes approximately 15 minutes. I am writing this from the "drive thru waiting spot" while waiting for the three meals we ordered. I know McDonald's is not a gourmet restaurant but they are marketed as fast food so I just wish they would deliver that. Aside from typically being dirty inside, this location is THE MOST INCONSIDERATE neighbor to the surrounding homes. We have had to deal with vermin. We have to pick up the trash that litters the streets (wrappers, straws, to go cups, plastic utensils, etc). We have to deal with their refrigerator truck deliveries at 11PM, midnight, etc. We have to deal with the stack being cleaned during hours when everyone is supposed to be asleep (heaven forbid if you are an early riser who has to commute on those nights). We are woken up by the 5AM garbage truck beeping and banging the dumpster down on the ground multiple times. And the worst is the damn drive-thru that they constantly reset up to stadium volume level. The owner doesn't seem to GAF no matter how many times people call to complain. You can seriously hear the drive-thru speaker 1/2 way up the next block. Oh, did I mention when the staff yucks it up in the rear so that the surrounding blocks can hear? These inconsiderate people are surrounded by homes on 3 sides and have zero consideration for anyone. I should add that the location was recently redone on the outside and LED lighting added, which is great because it turns off when there is no traffic; however, it is extremely bright as is the menu display (think Times Square). Now, we wouldn't really notice the display given that there is a fence, except one whole side of fence was removed and the trees that surrounded the property and made it blend in somewhat were butchered by whatever landscaper trimmed them to tidy them up before the fencing was replaced. So, all of the camouflage which also aborbed some sound is now removed up to 4+ feet higher than the fence, which renders it useless and quite frankly resulted in a fair amount of ugliness. Only the front of this restaurant is on a commercial road, the other 3 sides are residential, and we are the ones suffering. During peak hours a 20 to 30 minute wait is not unusual and can get longer. Customer service get zero stars To their credit the food is usually quite good, even if I have to wait. Over the past 5 years the quality of service has gone completely away at this location. Always VERY slow service (you have to pull into a waiting spot 80%+ of the time) and the food is cold when it finally comes out. Order is frequently wrong. Today was the final straw: my husband went to pick up breakfast. He ordered a #1 with a large coke, a chicken McGriddle and a sweet tea - the sweet tea did not come up on the screen and he kept saying the order was wrong. Finally a different voice says OK and tells him to pull around. He gets there and they take payment and tell him to pull around. The person in front of him had not pulled all the way up into the waiting spots, so after some beeping he was able to get to the waiting spot. 10 min later, in the rain the girl comes out and hands the bag over. He immediately sees - no hash brown. And tells her. She mumbled and walked away. He waited about 3 min and walked it and asked. The girl snapped at him and said- "you never paid for one"... how did he order a #1 without one. It was on the order board. They did not give him a receipt or ask if he wanted one... so he left. And he got home to find out they gave us a Diet Coke- which I am allergic to. Too bad ZERO is not an option. This family owned business needs to get their house in order. read more

Here I am again! As usual I'm asked to pull over at the drive through. Sat 9/23/23 approximately 9:40 am. Wait 8 minutes.. The order is incorrect.. Not the most frustrating.. When I go inside to tell the manager that my order is incorrect... she doesn't even apologize. Ask me where the entire bag is. I tell her it's in my car that's pulled over and I'm not going out in the rain to get it. I asked her just to give me the correct order.. Tell her every time I'm at their location. This happens and she tells me there's nothing I could do. I said to her how about getting my order? She was snarky With an attitude. When she handed me my order, she didn't even apologize. I told her the rest of my food is going to be cold. All the hashbrowns were soggy undercooked! The last time this happened the other Manager was very nice. He told me it's a big problem because none of their kitchen staff speak English.. can you please tell me how people who cannot speak English can work in an English speaking Restaurant. My friends and I were coming back from watching the most beautiful sunset, we had not eaten anything all day and were excited to indulge in some mcdonald's. we walked in and immediately felt a negative presence in the establishment, we walked up to order and used the machine because we have been to this location before and know that the service is not that great. the first thing was that sweet and sour sauce costs 15 cents?? i'm not sure what that's about because at every location i have ever been to it has been free. after we ordered no receipt was printed, and when we asked the workers why we did not get a receipt we were rudely told that it does not print receipts and that they would not give us one. the third thing was that i was supposed to be handed my order at my table but the worker stood there calling out my number not even 4 feet away from my table. to me this was a display of laziness and lack of work ethic and really rubbed me the wrong way. then we received our food without the drink cups we payed for, once we asked for them the woman sighed and rolled her eyes before getting us our cups. we went to fill up our drinks and there were no straws at the drink station which should have already been provided with the cups. we kindly asked the worker for straws and yet again the worker rolled her eyes and grunted at us. when we sat back down at our table we realized we received the wrong sauces with our meals. this on top of everything else really upset us. we were debating whether to ask the worker at the front for the correct sauces and decided to go because we payed 15 cents for them. once we asked the woman once again rolled her eyes and this time did not respond. we asked again and were met with yet another eye roll before she made another worker that looked busy get the sauces for us that were very close by. the worker that handed us our sauces apologized and was very friendly. this was the only positive interaction we had the entire time we were in there. food was honestly bitter cold and the fries tasted like they were stale. we ate our food and feel a little sick if i'm being honest. we left as soon as possible. overall just a terrible experience do not recommend attending this mcdonald's. i will never be returning. read more

Drive through line was not long - however, the wait was super long. My ordering took less than a minute - not sure why each car before me took forever.......I have seen much longer lines at other locations move much faster. It wasn't even really lunchtime (11:15 am). Burgers and nuggets tasted fresh (Luke warm though). Fries were barely warm, floppy and a little greasy (one of the main reasons you go to McDonald's is for fresh hot fries......). No napkins or ketchup in the bag - thankfully I had napkins in the car as we ate in the parking lot. Inconsistency of fast food when turnover is quick due to the pandemic is getting frustrating. Worst McDonalds... EVER. Went in with my dad, first the service was horrible. Girl got my entire order wrong. Second, the manager was yelling at everyone in the back, the service was slow. I waited at least 10 minutes for my food. And then, when I received said food, it was actually horrible. I don't know how you can mess up McDonald's, but this place definitely did. Every single fountain soda was watery and flat and needed a refill or something because it was gross. The nuggets and fries tasted weird, it was overall a horrible experience with food and service. This was the worst meal of my life. First me and my cousin ordered 2 cheese burger meals from this place then we also ordered 4 sauces witch were 10 cents each. After that we had door dash pick it up. Then door dash drops it off a our house we open the bag and there's no sauce so we wasted 40 cents. Then I took my food to the table I opened one of the burgers and it seemed normal. After that I opened my second burger and I seemed alittle flat so I looked in it and THERE WAS NO MEAT.
