Clean bathrooms especially early in the morning. Cashier Enrique and Holly super friendly. Lots of parking. Michael the evening manager is nice as well as Maria and Noe. Food is subpar no matter when you go. 1st time I ordered I received a greasy burger... not like oh it's fast food greasy but a full pool of grease wrapped into the burger creating a soggy bun in under a min. Go into fix the problem and I am given a completely tossed together in a hurry not even the right buns burger. 2nd time order a chicken sandwich to find a burnt bun, a gallon of mayo, over cooked chicken. Terrible customer service I ordered for pickup and they didn't have my order ready when I got there nor had they started it she manager tried telling me that unless my phone is at the McDonald's they won't start your order which makes the whole point of ordering for pickup pointless and on top of that would not let my fiancé pickup the order (that they had not even started) even though he had the order number and continued to tell me that I can't place an order online unless I'm in the store or parking lot then the app somehow canceled my order and issued a refund and the manager said she had nothing to do with it but I don't think that is correct also she couldn't hardly speak or understand any English read more

I believe corporate needs to come to this McDonald's to do a investigation. I pulled up to the double drive thru, there was answer machine or recording that went off. I sat there and waiting for a good 10 second and no one answered to take my order. So I order and no response. Why have the double drive thru if no one response? I got my order tooken and paid. I got up to the window to get my food. They gave my drink and told me pull to spot 2. I said I cant because there were truck parked ahead of me waiting for his food, someone parked in either spot 4 or 5. A white car trying to get into traffic and a van did a u-turn once he or she got there food. They told me to park right away. I told them I can't, so I waited at the window. The manager came up to the window, told we park you because your food wasn't ready in a rude manner. She threw my food at me and walk away, without me explain on what happen. she was really rude and disrespectful. The staff was incredibly friendly and looked happy too! Food quality was on par with other McDonalds. I was shocked at how fast they deliver your food! Barely finished ordering before they had everything I asked for. The place was being cleaned when I showed up and I noticed a sign about previous vandalism in the bathrooms. While the clientele doesn't always seem to be that neat, the staff and management have done an amazing job keeping things clean and fixed. read more
