Never go after midnight. Their systems are down and they can only accept cash. Which is kind of funny to me since their system goes down at different times every night. You'd think a company as large as McDonald's would have some credit card machine maintenance consistency instead of just waiting until the drunks come in from the bars nearby. Also, good luck getting a receipt. One night I went in and the lady had a list where she was writing down orders. The top of the list said "throw away." Then she called the police on me because I gave her a $20 for 2 biscuits and she gave me $7 change and I refused to leave. After they assaulted my roommate with sweet and sour sauce; the cops came and made her give me back the correct change. Do the owners just turn a blind eye to the employees stealing? Obviously if the food is labeled "throw away" the cash is being pocketed. read more

I LOVE McDonald's on Magnolia! Yes you have to wait about 30 minutes to a couple hours to get mediocre food and poor service in between but it's all about the EXPERIENCE. Go there on a Friday or Saturday night, get you a large fry and p e o p l e watch I bet you'll see 3 fights within an hour.. one time I was there and a guy threatened to fight all the employees because his French fries were taking too long. Drive thru is crazy slow. Waited 20 minutes for a McGriddle at 3am. Definitely a POS store.

So I went last night after the bar and expected it to be slow so I wasn't bothered when it took 30+ mins even though there was only 10 people max in the place, but after about 25 mins I went and asked if they had forgot about me (keep in mind I've been intently listening for my order because I'm so hungry) I was then accused of trying to get free food, was told that I already got my food and that they really didn't give a fuck if I ate. Btw I never raised my voice or even said anything impolite to these people. I signed up for yelp just to make this comment about the place, at this point I'm wondering why they are still open. Never hated a place so much, also it's seriously the nastiest place I've ever been. I left after paying with no food because I was being cussed out. read more

This is objectively the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. I placed my order at 10:22 am, and after about 30 minutes of waiting, I noticed people who ordered after me were consistently getting their food before me. So I walked to the front so I could ask someone about my order. Here is where I saw the employees treat other customers with disrespect and act dismissive with them. I finally got to ask someone about my order at 10:50, and she told me they were backed up and walked away after looking at my receipt. And then about 10 minutes later- still no food. So I asked another employee about my order, they looked at the receipt and walked away. Then, about at 11:10, I asked a third employee about my food and it was put in a bag and served to us- without drink cups. I ordered two large drinks, so I asked for large drinks. She haphazardly grabbed the closest cups to her- mediums- and handed them to me. I didn't have the energy to ask again because she had already walked away. Just disappointed with customer service and people skills overall. I didn't even have the Yelp app, but this experience prompted me to download it, make an account, sign in, and write this review. read more

I have seen roaches crawling on the tea urns before... speaking of tea urns I was told the "sweet tea machine" is broken this morning which prompted me to write this review. I have been to many McDonald's across many states in my 20 years of life and I can say with full confidence this is the absolute worst McDonald's I have ever been to. I do not know how this place has not been shut down. The workers are the laziest and I mean laziest workers I have ever encountered in the fast food industry. I think I have a 10% success of getting my food order correct. I just came back from there and the workers barely acknowledged me and just were yelling at each other running around playing games and ripping heaters. Once I finally got to order I ordered a Big Mac. Once again I get my Big Mac open it up once I get back to my place and there is no cheese or Big Mac sauce. The only reason this place even gets one star is because the food is edible. Went at 4 pm on a Sunday for coffee. They had at least 6-8 people working, with 3-4 working/ talking at the fryer. I waited for 2-3 minutes with no one else in line. Finally made eye contact, no response. After the second time, I left. Another time prior, took 20 minutes for two regular, no frills cheeseburgers. I was the one of two people waiting for food that time. Worst McDonald's in town, save, maybe, the one by I85. I get it's not Ruth's Chris or anything, but come on now. read more

I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru to get two egg McMuffins. One came WITHOUT MEAT and the other came WITHOUT CHEESE. Additionally, I specifically requested ketchup, which showed up on the order screen, and was not put in my bag. This has to be the worst service I've ever received. I've given them the benefit of the doubt too many times and every time I come back to this place, it's only gotten worse. This last time I went there were 8 workers present, no one inside and only one car ahead of us and it took 30 minutes to get out food. When we received the food it was cold, the fries were stale and the ice was already mostly melted our sweet teas. read more
