I asked First did they have sweet lemonade and sweet tea I was told yes I then asked if I could place an order a Arnold Palmer I was told what is that I commence to tell them what was in Arnold Palmer saying that it consists of only lemonade and sweet tea. If I could give this McDonald's zero stars, I would. I was subjected to some of the most unprofessional and disgusting behavior I've ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. The staff were extremely rude, openly racist, and clearly uninterested in doing their jobs. Most of them were glued to their phones, ignoring customers completely--even as I stood at the counter for several minutes trying to get someone's attention. I was literally pointed at and laughed at while they stood around doing nothing. It wasn't busy. There was no rush. McDonald's is for my basic b- tendencies. After watching "The Founder", I've grown an appreciation for what it stands for. According to the creators, there is essentially an art to their system and the way they time their fries to create the perfect crisp (8 seconds). Obviously, you are not coming for locally sourced, organic, farm to table, nutrient-rich meals with a "$$$$" attached to it. You are paying for frozen meals cooked and fried, ready in seconds/minutes. Sadly, this McDonald's is not up to par with the original philosophy. Ever since the Grandma McFlurry came out, that is all they give me. No matter what flavor you get, they hand you the Grandma McFlurry and run away from the window before you complain. I feel like I'm going crazy. They also have that McCrispy sandwich with 4 different variants and it's a nightmare to order. Saying the name of the one you want doesn't work. Saying the number and letter combo doesn't work. When they need you to repeat the number, they ask for the letter. If they need you to repeat the letter, they ask for the number. I wish I has read the reviews before pulling in here. The low ratings are deserved. Absolutely do not use the mobile app with the curbside service to order here. After waiting 20 minutes I finally went inside whereupon the manager insisted I had not placed an order even while I showed him my paid receipt. He, then tried to blame it on problems with the mobile app. He even tried to tell me that the mcdonalds mobil app isn't really mcdonalds. Finally after arguing with me for at least 10 minutes saying i hadn't ordered anything, he thought to look at the paper tickets on the order slider. There was my order waiting to be filled the whole time. It even had my curbside number and the time I had arrived on it. They had just skipped over and forgot it. And even with that staring at him, he gave me no apology. Instead he dropped an apple pie in my bag like that fixed everything. I can't eat sugar so the pie went in the trash. read more

This McDonald's Location has the best icee machine. I would consider myself a McDonald's connoisseur and I occasionally indulge in a Frozen Dr. Pepper. If you haven't tried that before it's like a Dr. Pepper but frozen. A lot of other McDonald's I've been to have the syrup ratio off and you end up drinking ice with syrup but this McDonald's definitely maintains their slurpee machine and provides high quality frozen Dr peppers that are perfectly icy and not overly syrupy. It's definitely worth the drive to go to this specific McDonald's for the Frozen Dr Pepper. Bring back the BTS meal you cowards. read more

I ordered deluxe chicken sandwich no pickles, I got spicy chicken sandwich, no pickles. My wife's burger was dry and was missing the mayonnaise we requested, she didn't even eat it. I just ordered a chicken sandwich with a large fry. Sandwich was ok with 2 pickles on it but the fries are ice cold like they came out of Antartica. Don't try to use your McDonald's app because 99% of the time they tell you the system is down and they can't take anything for the time being, which is exactly what happened tonight. Luckily the person working at the window had a notebook to calculate what your total came out to.
