I cannot comprehend how a McDonald's can be this bad. They ignore customers. They stand around and chat. They don't want to take your order but make you go to the computer. The soda machine was partly broken and it was dirty. read more

After a long day I wanted to eat some nuggets and a McDouble but someone there must have had a long day to because I opened my 6 count to found one HALF EATEN nugget. Also the McDouble was bone dry and barely warm. Overall, it's kids there so don't expect anything good tbh. read more

Where to begin about this franchise location. First off, the menu was extremely overpriced, and you can get cheaper/better food elsewhere. I ordered a medium fry, they charged me for it, but it never came in the meal!! I went back to ask them for it, and since I didn't have a receipt, I didn't get anything! Yeah it's McDonald's. Expectations weren't that high to begin with. But we wanted a quick breakfast before heading out for our days festivities. So we ran in and ordered. I ordered the fruit and brown sugar oatmeal but was told that they didn't have brown sugar............ Well okay. I've ordered this very item at multiple McDonalds and they always have brown sugar. Anyway I grabbed sugar packets to sweeten it up. When I opened my oatmeal it was super watery, basically like soup. It didn't taste good at all. The French fries were fine I guess. Everyone was just sorta meh with their food. Nothing was made that well. Needless to say we did not re-visit this location. Worst customer service ever. I tried to call in an order early the girl that put me on hold hung up on me twice. She initially said it would not be a problem to take my order 20 minutes before they opened so it would be ready shortly after. I was buying breakfast for my whole service crew. She then hung up on me twice. When I called back the third time she informed me that they couldn't take any orders before they actually opened up. Disregard the fact that I've done this about six other times. She was rude and when someone's trying to give your business money you take it. read more

Service is mediocre to bad. They charge more than other McDonald's. Management is completely absent just like the owners. I have eaten here for years because it's McDonald's. Expectations cannot get much lower. How do you mess up a McDonald's meal? It's inconsistency, marginal service, and inability to improve is staggering. Hate to add to the negative feedback because McDonald's is one of my favorite fast food establishments. That being said I was in for more than I bargained for when I pulled up to this little McDonald's for a tasty little treat...the food did make me vomit for nine hours unfortunately. If anyone is curious, it was a ten piece McNugget and large fry that did me in. Very unpleasant experience for sure. read more

Worst McDonald's I have ever visited. I ordered a #7 combo. The cashier asked if I wanted a combo, and I repeated my order. I had to repeat my order at least 4 times. When he told me my total, it was $4, indicating he hadn't understood my order since the combo costs $7.99. I asked him about the discrepancy, and he asked if I wanted fries! I told him I wanted the fries and drink that come with a combo. He acted like he understood and gave me a total that seemed right. I paid, then got my receipt and he had gotten my order wrong. Instead of the 2 cheeseburger combo, he charged me for one cheeseburger, a large fry and a large drink. I had to get a manager's help simply to get my order taken correctly. Miserable experience. We showed up at 10:20am, just in time for breakfast (which is the only think I eat at McDonald's anymore). The worker drags her feet a bit and spends time changing the menus. By the time she comes back to us, it's 10:26am and she now says that breakfast is no longer available even though it's not yet 10:30am. 6 months ago I was in this McDonald's buying a sandwich, I mistakenly took someone else's cart when I left the restaurant - I have no memory of any of this. There is a large sign saying NO WALMART CARTS IN THE RESTAURANT but I guess if you are friends with the management you are allowed to break the rules and park your cart in there while you go clear across the store to the bathroom! Well, again, I took the cart by mistake and walked into the store with it. I must have figured it out soon after because there is video clearly showing me leaving with my purchased items - like I said it was an absent minded mistake and it was 6 months ago. I wish they had stopped me! Instead they stood there watching me walk away and then they called the police! 3 months later the Avon police accuse me of theft and larceny - it has cost me $1400. and now I have a conviction, all because I mistakenly grabbed a cart that was in the wrong place.
