Don't let the unassuming place stop you from having dinner here. Friendly service, New York style pizza that comes in 4 sizes. Wide selection of pizzas and nice portions in the salad department. I got the pizza called the Dracula - white sauce with gypsy pepperoni, gypsy sausage and gypsy bacon and mozzarella. It was outstanding! The white pizza was also delicious! We added pepperoni to it. Delicious! We ordered The Dracula and a pepperoni. I loved The Dracula and by adding the HOMEMADE HOT SAUCE on top made it perfect. The staff was very polite and accommodating. The owner visited each table multiple times and was so very nice. Even though the dining room is small you do not feel cramped. There are only a few four tops and they will move them together for a large group. Most of the seating are two tops. We will definitely be back when we are in the area. read more

From the minute we walked in we felt welcomed and valued. The Caesar salad was fresh, cold, and crisp with just the right amount of dressing and fresh cheese. We ordered a supreme - and it was! Great taste, perfect freshly made crust, and cooked fast and hot so the veggies on top were still tender crisp. Just the right amount of sausage and pepperoni so it wasn't greasy. The best family owned restaurant in the world! A must visit if you're in the Beaver Creek/Avon/Vail area. The wings and pizza cannot be beat! The service and staff are incredible. Ambiance is amazing. My family visited twice in the 4 days we were in town. The Gondola, the Transylvania, and the Pesto are an absolute must. If I lived here I would try a different pie every week. Wish we had this pizza place closer to home! If you're in Beaver creek area, you have to stop. Lunch or dinner this place won't disappoint! We started with the Caesar salad and it was big enough to share. Idk if it was house made dressing but it was so good I couldn't stop thinking about it afterwards. We got the gondola and Dracula the and both were amazing. I think my favorite was the Dracula but I don't think you can go wrong with anything on the menu. It's a small family owned restaurant and the service was great. We also picked up some of their house hot sauce which was only $5. Now we have a little piece of this place with us at home. We are from Eastern Europe and try to implement into our menu meats, which are a little bit different from those,which you can buy on a daily basis in a regular store (gypsy-smoked pepperoni, sausage and bacon)... Unfortunately, they had only 1 server on a Monday afternoon, so the patio was not available. I was served by Monica. Her manager assisted. I sat in the upper room, starting with a draft of Pacifico. Nice big menu with standards you would expect in a burger place. Most of the customers were locals with a few groups of tourists. I ordered the single (6oz) burger with pepperjack cheese, mushrooms, jalapeños and small side of shoestring truffle fries. The burger came with lettuce, tomato and red onion for no additional charge. Very good burger, cooked medium. I asked Monica about their desserts. She recommended the chocolate cake. I got a large slice with fudge between the layers and on top for only $11. I skipped the vanilla ice cream. As I was paying the bill, I noticed an increasing number of servers arriving. Happy Hour is 2-530pm daily. They have drink specials Mon-Thur with extended hours on Thursday. They add a 4% Living Wage Fee for staff. Clean restrooms.

Honestly Yuri and Eva make the best pizza and food at a reasonable price point in the Valley. I've worked here and Pazzo's and live the latter as well as Marko's but Gondola beats both (sorry Mark!) A real family run joint with love and care put into every dish. You can't go wrong with anything on the extensive menu. Best hidden spot in the Valley. If you're visiting Beaver Creek DO NOT GET BLUE MOOSE. The owner is a sexual predator and millionaire who who also owns the BC Chophouse and used to let let his drunk Texan buddies physically and sexually assault me to the point I hid in the coat closet. We tried to get a seat at another pizza place in Avon and the wait was an hour so we stumbled upon this place. It had better reviews than the other one so I was surprised it wasn't busy. When we got there there was a lady taking a phone order and waved menus at us and we placed our order. She said she was the only one working (minus the kitchen staff). I was concerned it was going to be a disaster but she was SO NICE. She checked on all the tables and our DELICIOUS pizza came out in a very reasonable amount of time. Best deal in Beaver Creek/Avon. Gondola is a small restaurant located in Avon. The have the best lunch special with a salad bar, a variety of soups and pizza. The salad bar is well stocked and they actually dice up the vegetables so now knife is needed. I have tried all of the soups and they are all tasty. If you are in the Beavercreek area take an evening to go see Eva and Romi and have some delicious pizza or pasta. This couple is from Romania and Slovakia and Eva is the server at the restaurant. She brings new meaning to the words customer service and personality plus. You will enjoy very reasonably priced food and a real warm and entertaining dining experience.
