Not gonna lie, I've been to this Wendy's a few times over the past several months. It's so convenient, being connected to a gas station. I didn't observe any COVID-related issues. Everyone was required to wear a mask. Customers had the option of using the touch screen ordering or order at the counter. There was sanitizer available. My wait for food was less than five minutes. The service was the worst experience I have ever had. The man at the drive through was rude and made me extremely uncomfortable. He was asking for my drivers license and wanting personal information about me which is inappropriate. The employee was puzzled when I have him my card to pay and was unsure if he had given me parts of my order. I had to ask for my food and card back as he just stared at me. I asked what sizes the pub fries came in and then she says very rudely, "they only come in one size" and then I was eating my fries when I realized there was a BUNCH of black hair in it. After getting rudely rejected at the Burger King in Avon because their card reader was broken I had decided to take a bid on showing up to Wendy's 5 minutes before they closed. When I arrived, while expecting a dispirited atmosphere due to the time of night, I was ASTONISHED by the enthusiasm the employees took my order with. I had explained the situation to them at the window to where they were extremely kind, professional, and had no problem halting closing operations to serve me. I have been coming to this Wendy's since 2005. Always decent food! Today I was appalled by the service. Going through drive through with my son and elderly mother, we were having a bit of confusion ordering, BUT the man on the other end was incredibly impatient kept interrupting, and when we continued to order he says "oh my God" under his breath. Once we were finished ordering he abruptly and rudely says pull forward! Once we got to the window he never even said one single word to us. My son handed him the credit card, he handed it back. Stopped in for lunch and ordered and walked ten feet and dropped the try on the floor making a huge mess, right in the middle of the busiest time of the day. The people where very helpful in getting my mess cleaned up off of the floor. The thing that really made me happy that they replaced my entire meal at no charge, I didn't even ask for them to do so. Supper stocked that they did replace the food. Just observed a crewmember come out of the toilet stall and walk straight out the door without washing her hands. Yuck! My May 26th visit to this Wendy's restaurant set the bar for poor fast-food experiences. Note: This is the only Wendy's within 30 minutes, and is immediately off of an I-70 exit, and located in a truck stop. For how frequented this restaurant is, it should be up to FAR greater standards. The frustration started with ordering, when the woman taking the order did not speak fluent English. She could not comprehend that I did not want the fries and drink, only sandwiches. She rang in full-price value meals, instead of just sandwiches! Then, she proceeded to tell me that there was no way I could pay an up charge to get large fountain waters. (keep in mind, this exchange took just short of 4 minutes!!) I gave up on the mis-charge argument. So I FINALLY get to the window to pay, and AM still being charged for full value meals instead of JUST SANDWICHES! I just pay wrong amount so that I can quickly get away from this woman- before I lose my cool. 5 minutes later, and being the only car in line, we finally are pulling back on the interstate. COME TO FIND that the 2 double baconators I purchased were a baconator with 1 piece of bacon, but the second sandwich was just a single cheeseburger!! I paid $15 for 2 JUST sandwiches and they were not even the right sandwiches. I will NEVER eat at this Wendy's again. Period. read more

I came in today expecting a wonderful dining experience as usual. But when I ordered my meal a manager by the name "Marisol" called our cashier out for not having her name tag. When she explained that she forgot it at home, marisol rudely took her to the back to get her one. Once she was back she looked like she wanted to cry. Even after she was doing her job properly with her name tag and everything, Marisol continued talking rudely about Bonnie(not sure about her name) in Spanish. The cashier was the only white girl in the facility and I understand Spanish and she was talking bad about her the whole time to other Hispanic workers instead of telling her in English in order to improve her work quality. Fast service for fast food 30 min parking price tax might be a little high but overall good service.

Just arrived to this location roughly around 9:30 and received the WORST customer service I might possibly have ever had. I don't usually feel the need to right post like these but get your shit together. I work in in retail 56 hours a week and I can't imagine what my boss would say if I treated any customer that way. Food was terrible, not sure who makes a big deal about getting a drink refilled but apparently it's a problem at this location. Worst Wendy's fries ever. They were so salty and stale we had to throw them away. I stopped in to get fries and frosties for the kids and no one could eat the what tasted like day old stale fries. Then they poured so much salt on it to cover the stale fries. Also they didn't give a receipt so I couldn't leave a comment on their website. And no draws for the frosties. Seriously no staws.
