I've been to this location twice, & i had 2 very different experiences.. The 1st time is the reason I almost gave this location 5 stars. I was helped by a hispanic older woman and hispanic older man. They were very nice, told me to have a great day (which i thought was great because McDonald's workers never say anything & just shut the window on you), & they handed me my food. I went thru the drive thru & was attended by an African American young male. As I tried to say my order he kept cutting me off multiple times and I could feel how bothered he was to help me.. he would not let me finish a sentence at all. He was extremely rude.. I ordered a shake and he said "uh for reals? what else?" I couldn't believe what he said. Not only was the service the worst I have ever had, but the food was horrible. The fries I received tasted as if they had been soaked in oil and were extremely soggy. Forget about using the MOBIL APP for CURBSIDE Service at this location. I used the CURBSIDE APP when I have things in the truck bed I don't want stolen and/or since it's a diesel I avoid the drive thru so I'm not turning the truck on and off to order. After waiting 20 minutes I went inside to check on the order because I got an notification that the order was completed. I showed the girl at the register my order on my phone. They said they didn't get it. So after going around and around with her any longer I asked her to reverse the charges. She told me that I would have to contact my Bank and file a dispute. Every time I come here it seems like the employees hate their lives. They always have the worst Customer service. The food is a hit & miss and yes I know (then why come back). I only do because it's the closest to my home , But after today it definitely is my last time. I came here at around 11:30pm Friday night 12-4-2020. To start off, I felt rushed while ordering and they literally said they had nothing. Wanted spicy chicken nuggets & they didn't have any, wanted cookies & same thing "they didn't have any". And the lady seemed bothered that I had added that to the order. So I go up to the window and some Mexican lady not sure if she was older or younger tbh, but she was so rude. She took the card just handed it back and I said Thankyou and she just closed the door. They had me park for my order which wasn't that big but alright I did so anyway. When I got home the chicken on the mcchickens were as flat as a tortilla , fries were cold. & to my belief considering the commercials show that the glaze on the cinnamon roll is supposed to be melted it was full on white and still cold like they didn't even bother to heat it up. They are also kind enough to indulge me and search for a particular Happy Meal toy upon request. Recently I have noticed that there are less hobos inside the restaurant.
