This McDonalds location had poor customer service. Staff were rude. I will not return to this location.

This 1 star is coming from a local. Normally I don't bother reviewing chains. But this McDonalds location seems to have a top down business practice of systematically messing up your order on purpose - trolls of the fast food world. This morning was hardly the first occurence of this phenomenom. More like the 100th time, and I'm getting tired of it. Today, I woke up and realized that an Egg McMuffin was in my future. I drove my wife's vehicle over to the golden arches, saw a 2 for 3 sign for either the McChicken Biscuit or the Chicken McGriddle. So I decide to try the chicken biscuit instead of a second egg mcmuffin. When speaker dude enters my request, it says "mcgriddle." I correct him. He changes it to biscuit. There are three items on the screen: egg mcmuffin, mchicken BISCUIT, and a large diet coke. Breakfast of champions, I know. When I roll up to the window, get my food, drive off, and then begin to eat - IT'S A CHICKEN MCGRIDDLE. McGriddle and Biscuit don't start with the same letter, they don't come in the same wrapper, and they don't even keep biscuits and the stupid mcgriddle cakes in the same place. My only conclusion is that the management at this McDonalds is systematically, philosophically, maniacally, and sado-masochisticaly trying to destroy the world via bad customer service and product delivery. I can find no other explanation, other than the possibility that everyone is completely and utterly apathetic about their job. My wife reminds me that I should take a little responsibility, park my car, get out, wait for five minutes, talk to the manager, get the proper sandwich, and then move on with my day. However, this would only defeat the entire purpose of a DRIVE-THRU FAST FOOD experience, a fact that I'm quite sure management is counting on. Because of their location, they don't even have to try. My advise: drive another 50 yards to a competitor and get the food you actually order. Rant over. Not a single cuss word here, because I left them all in the car. read more

I know this McDonalds is probably a franchise but to not comply with all the other McDonalds promotion to offer Thank you meals like all the other McDonalds, to Physical Therapists and Nurse assistants show how ignorant they are to what we do. We have to provide direct care to the same patients Nurses, Doctors, and Firefighters have to care for. Grateful to McDonalds and all the other companies supporting us, just frustrated waiting 20-25 min in drive thru line on my lunch break to not realize they say they just changed their policy. This location has some serious issues. Didn't even have someone working the register the first five or so minutes I was here.

I really want to rate them higher because I love McDonalds and think they are a great company (read Behind the Golden Arches). However this McDonalds is pretty poorly run. I hope management and corporate see this and take action to turn things around. They were using bags for fine in customers because they were out of trays! How in the world to you run out of trays? Slow service and for and organization known for process and efficiency it was complete chaos behind the counter. Not a clean location either walking in the floors were so sticky and stained. The positive As always the food was good and consistent. Staff was polite and I sensed they wanted to do good but lack the leadership. If I could give this location a 0 stars I would. My husband went and decided to use the mobile app and drive up option. After waiting 30 minutes the app tells him his order has been collected and thank you for coming in. Uh no someone else got our food. My husband goes to the drive thru window and explains that he's been waiting for our food for more than 30 minutes now. He's told to go to the window where he's met by a women who says "o I just made that order about 5 minutes ago but it can't be yours since you've been here 30. Were you charged because we don't have that order?" My husband says yes I was charged. She then asks to see our bank statement. Wth?! We show them the transaction only to be told "well you'll probably get a refund but if you don't come back tomorrow and talk to the store manager." Needless to say we weren't given our food or a refund. Absolutely horrible service. If you can avoid coming here I suggest you do. read more

This is the worst McDonalds I've ever been to!! Waited 15 minutes for Big Macs & iced coffees. Big Macs were dry, buns were hard & meat was over-cooked & dried out. Not even the secret sauce could help these burgers. Iced coffee was cream with water! So disappointing!! Bathrooms were dirty. Worst customer service ever! I went though the drive thru and when the employee open the window to give me my food, she didn't greet me, handed me my food in an aggressive manner than closed the window. She didn't ask of I needed anything else or say have a good day. I waited at the window for a minute more to ask for some napkins and she didn't even acknowledge that I was still there. I asked for the orange juice that came with the meal when I ordered explicitly to avoid an up charge. They charged me extra for orange juice and lied to my face about it. When I asked the employee, she went to her manager with my receipt. And then her manager told her to tell me that I had ordered that, so basically they said "we don't give a damn". And then when they actually gave me the orange juice, it was a small. I have never in my life been more dissatisfied at a McDonald's of all places. This is the absolute WORST McDonald's on planet Earth. The tables are always filthy, especially in the kids room it's a freaking disaster. The order takers are all rude and can't even be bothered with a simple "hello" or "thank you" or even a half-assed smile. And the ones that aren't rude have 0 knowledge of the menu and can't operate the POS for shit, which leads to your order getting jacked up. And the drive thru god damn don't even get me started. First of all, you retards need to stop trying to take orders and collect money at the same time, all you're doing is making it worse. Not once have I heard a single "welcome to McDonald's" or even a simple "hello" at the drive thru menu. And when you pull around to give this person your money, they don't even acknowledge that you freaking exist because they are too busy taking the next order. All they do is put their hand out. And not even a "thank you". I know I keep reverting back to the simple niceties and politeness, but if I'm making a trip to a restaurant when I have food at home, and paying exorbitant prices for the carcinogenic garbage you serve, aren't I at least entitled to a little common courtesy? Ok back to the drive thru. Once they take your money and you pull up to the 2nd window, there's ALWAYS a 50/50 chance that your order is jacked up. I would highly recommend you check your bag and drinks. Also the night shift is absolutely notorious for making you pull forward and wait. The reason being that they don't have their shit together and they make you pull forward so it stops the timer. I know this is absolutely the case because I've been told a few times to pull forward, even with nobody behind me. Drive through people are rude and have gotten my order wrong every single time. I shouldn't have to check my bag and food every time before I leave. Never do I get my sauces even after I specifically ask and mention it twice! The inside is dirty. I was in the play area and there were no high chairs when one of the workers brought them in I went to get one and she didn't even bother to clean them before putting them out. Wtf! We stopped here on our way to AZ at around midnight. Ordered a Big Mac meal with extra pickles and there was literally just 2 freaking pickles in my burger!!! Ughhh I couldn't go back bcuz we quickly hit the road again. Also my fries were f'n COLD!!! The older white Lady at the drive thru had a bit of an attitude, our total was $12.17 so we gave her $22.17 and she gave us $8??? I said "Mam' I'm sorry but I think you've got my change wrong" she replied with a tone like trying to make me feel stupid, "your total was $12.17 and you gave me $22.17" then she reacted "oh hold on" gives me two dollars and doesn't say anything at all....wow. This is absolutely THE worst McDonald's! I'm a local, visit here multiple times, Always have a problem with my order, every single time! This is the last time I will go there! Management doesn't care, I get no response. Chicken nuggets tasted like fish, cold wrinkly fries and I didn't even get my burger after I asked the girl twice if everything was in the bag! Restaurant is always filthy dirty, last time I was there I seen a girl in the restroom wash her hands and than wipe them off on her dirty clothes and go back to the kitchen. If I could give it 0 stars I would. We waited 15 minutes after asking to park off to the side, and they came out twice giving us the wrong order each time and were very rude. They also tried to give us old hash browns. Worst experience ever at a fast food restaurant. Definitely wouldn't stop here again if I could avoid it! This review is based solely on the drive-thru experience/food. We were heading to the desert and needed to stop quickly for a bite for the toddler. We ordered a 20pc nuggets, 2 cheeseburger meal, and kids cheeseburger meal. We were specifically asked (and repeated) our type of sauces for the nuggets and milk for the toddler. The window staff were terrible. The boy on the speaker was a terrible mumbler and didn't appreciate repeating things. The girl who was at the second window handing us the items is the reason for my review. Her attitude was terrible, absolutely terrible. She didn't greet us let alone say ONE WORD and kept her back to us the majority of the time just sticking her arm out to pass the items to us. We weren't even sure if we got all our bags before she started walking away and had to shout at her to come back and offer us ketchup... Finally back on the freeway and handing out the items, there was NO sauce for the nuggets and NO milk for the toddler. I was so upset after all that, I ended up calling the manager immediately who said she would talk to her staff. I really hope she did. This experience was not okay for a customer service based business. I understand that it's "fast food" but business is business and they are not running a good one right now. read more
