I think this location is closed. I've tried a couple of times during their "open hours" and the doors are locked and the -open- sign is not lit. I've also tried to call and the number seems to be out of service. Makes me sad that another small business is no longer. read more

Inside , super cozy coffee is perfect love the taste of the beans . The person working here with all the tattoos was the sweetest made sure my coffee was to my liking definitely will be driving up here to visit more . (I'm from highland lol ) really enjoy it !!! This is at least the third (and maybe fourth) cafe to occupy this space. First was Russo's Haven, then just Haven, and then after the depths of the pandemic, someone else took it over and had Mexican food but now it's back to coffee as the main focus and I prefer that. I am a member of the Silent Valley RV Resort just up the hill from Banning, so I come through here often. Plus the locals deserve a cool spot for coffee and pastries. As a resident of Banning I have been supporting this business since it reopened a few years back. The food I've never tried, the coffee is okay, and customer service has always been okay, but I love supporting local small businesses so I chose to come here instead of going to Starbucks the only other coffee place in Banning, when me and my mom ran out of creamer, a simple solution turned bad, for what? Grumpy girl at the front. All of the reviews you read on Yelp and Google about the unpleasant young girl are all spot on to how this worker treats customers and employees. She is not friendly, wont crack a smile or greet you, and acts like your a bothersome. I gave the girl at the register some solid safety tips about leaving the coffee shop unattended while in the restroom, and she responded with was I mad she wasn't there to take my order? No I wasn't upset, but I let her know I understand if you have to use the restroom but maybe a sign would be helpful to customers who walk in and see no employees, customers, or even music at about 8 am, it was a little strange. If your not present when someone walks in your place of business and then come out of the bathroom greet the customer! Say hello! What's up? It seems the employee has been here for awhile since I'm not the first, and probably won't be the last to get her attitude. I agree she has connections by family or something to treat customers badly, even refuse them service and still be the face when you walk in. The building is obviously the most outstanding thing about this place, its beautiful. It's a shame it's under poor ownership. I was given 2 coffees a few days later after I reached out to the manager, and she was super apologetic and super nice. My advice stay away from Jitterz until they get rid of rude girl , or come when the manager is here, I would say call but no phone number works for them to be reached. read more

Really cute little place in downtown, historic Banning. Plenty of seating, the service was friendly and efficient. The iced vanilla latte with caramel and hazelnut was delicious and I could still actually taste my coffee, which is pretty unusual haha My compliments to the barista! read more

Alex is an incredible person to say the least. My wife and I came in at 3pm a little while back... yelp hours says they close at 4pm but turns out they actually close at 3pm when the local school is out for the summer. Yelp won't change the hours of operation. Alex kindly told us, "Sorry guys, we actually just closed." We were bummed but were also understanding. Fast forward, Alex gave us two simple iced coffees and that seriously meant so much to us. We insisted to pay and tip her but she kindly declined but said there's a food bank for local youth we could give to instead. So we did but wow, it's hard to find pure hearted people like this now a days. Like she's what makes Jitterz special. Major kudos to you Alex! Thank you and we wish you all the best! read more

I stopped this morning to get some coffee. Wanted to try something new other than the usual Starbucks. Plus I'm always happy to help local business. Glad I did!! Upon me entering into Jitterz I was greeted by the sweetest employee. I didn't get his name but he was wonderful. He was so attentive and helpful. So patient while I was deciding if I wanted a cold or hot coffee. Which I decided to go with a Hot Caramel Macchiato with soy. I like how he asked if I wanted a certain milk I appreciated that, not many baristas will do that. I definitely will be back again!! read more

Great stop on the way to Palm Springs! Got their Mexican mocha. Pastries looked great as well! Great taste and very large location to sit down and take a rest or get some work done. I believe it's mostly street parking but we were able to snag a spot in the front! read more

It's our first time here & everything has been so pleasant! There's plenty of parking despite it being in a downtown area. You just have to park in the back. First time here and all I can say is AMAZING! We visited this place on Monday 7/31 around 1pm and the barista was by herself and she did such a great job. She was so busy but not once was she rude or seemed frustrated. The place itself is very nice.. it has a lot of seating for larger groups. The breakfast sandwiches and coffee was so delicious! I don't live in the area but whenever I'm nearby again, I will definitely be back! It is a must! I highly recommend!! read more

Stopped in to get a little late morning pick me up before I subjected myself to the DMV down the street. I ordered online and it was an easy process. Sat down for maybe 3-5 minutes and a friendly male barista gave me my food and coffee. I'm also a barista so sometimes I'm a little picky when it comes to a dirty chai but I'm a big fan of this one! I came to visit my parents on Friday and coming into town after a long drive I felt like grabbing a coffee before I went to their house a few blocks up. I have never been to this shop and I decided to support a local business in my home town. I checked google and this shop popped up and I said perfect it's open and it's so close to my parents. Me and my daughter park and get out and walk up to a closed business. Not one person in there even tho it said open on google. It was very disappointing since I didn't want to go to Starbucks and we had already past Starbucks so we left and went to my parents house. We also noticed that there are no hours of operation signs in the door so I guess they make up the hours they are open daily. Very sad the place looked nice and I'll never try to go there again read more

Coffee was mediocre but man the service was AWFUL. We stopped here on our drive home between Castaic and Palm Springs and ordered a coffee and breakfast sandwich. There was only one gal working who had zero desire to even once crack a smile or say hello. Then we overheard her tell another costume she's still very sick...cool. Burrito is medium size but with lots of flavor if you have a big appetite order more than ONE you still come out ahead $$$. Be sure to try there salsa. read more
