    Ham and cheese croissant

YUM!! I stopped in one Saturday on my way to work and picked up one of the jalapeño and cheese croissants and a ham and cheese croissant. So flakey and delicious!! They were fresh out of the oven and still warm. Definitely recommend!!

This hidden gem is one you must try. Everything is made on site and so far delicious. The cookies, croissants and lemon bar are the best we've had. Service is outstanding and extremely friendly. They sell out early so get there before 10 if you want to ensure they have what you're looking for. They are fast so if there is a line you wait in it. You won't regret it. This is a 5 star bakery

I picked up my grandson from school and thought instead of the doughnut shop, I would try a real bakery. Maybe I missed all the good choices. They had peanut butter cookies, that I've made better, and some cinnamon rolls. I picked a cinnamon roll. It was small, and dry, and it cost me $5.00 and some change. I should have went to a Dunkin doughnuts.

Love to stop in little mom and pop shops in little towns support the local businesses. This one is open till 2 but she only makes enough to sell so if you came later she might be sold out my favorite is chocolate chip cookies and she was already sold out.. so I had a chocolate croissant flaky buttery melts in your mouth then you get the chocolate inside need to stop by here. While I was there everyone said the lemon cake was good she only had one slice left. Service was great very nice conversation. No inside seating but a few table outside to enjoy some coffee and treat. Oh she make sandwiches which people ordered while we were waiting.

This bakery is only open Wednesday through Saturday. You get off the 10 at Beaumont and it about five minutes away or so. Anyway mom and I got pastries to,go and we loved them.

Only a bakery could drag me out of Yelp retirement. It's been, well let's say a long time since I reviewed anything. I have been staying with my Parents in Beaumont and had a conversation with my Dad about Costco croissant and the chocolate croissants at Trader Joe's. And suddenly I remembered a bakery near them. I have had this bookmarked for so long, drooling over picture perfect pastry from semi far away. And the pastry is gorgeous.  Set up just like a protective case for rare gems. We purchased regular croissants, flavored croissants and even cookies.  Cookies are a hard sell for me because I bake pretty great cookies. But we bought them too because the girls behind the counter were so warm and welcoming and talked us through options. They talked about the busiest times and mentioned them selling out everyday. And I believe it!!! I honestly think the girls sold us on everything AND even on coming back for some savory croissants.  Long story short, keep the tip jar full because these girls were moving mountains for. So accommodating, well informed and extremely pleasant to talk to. We left with cookies I wasn't sure we needed.....but....from one Sugar artist to another, that oatmeal cookie hit the spot. Absolutely delicious.

Hash Brown Croissants and thee BEST spinach and feta had to get 4 of those cause I don't like to share!

And compared to a chain place like Subway, I feel like I get better value for my money, esp on the 12" subs. For vegetarians, just one note on the veggie sub: add cheese and ask for extra seasoning or it's a little bland. You could also add pepperoncinis if you like a little heat. They have fountain drinks, plus some bottled ones like Snapple. There'a a good variety of chips to get a little crunch alongside a bready sub. It's a classic combo for a reason, right? I do have to take one star off for the soup I ordered last time. It was touted as a delicious broccoli cheddar and there was " only one bowl left!" I was too trusting LOL. It was very watery and seemed to have been a soup mix microwaved and served in a thin plastic container. Sigh. And my hopes were so high. Oh well. I'll keep coming for the good deal on subs (they also have specials based on the day of the week) and the small family business feel.

The turkey tasted like it was bought from the Costco deli meat pack. They only put like 2 or 3 slices of turkey on the sandwich. The bacon looked and tasted like store bought ready made bacon from Hormel or Oscar Meyer. No flavor and salty. I think they put like 3 or 4 very small slices of bacon on the sub. The cheese was regular white American. I guess you can go wrong with good old American cheese. But again, they only put 3 or 4 thin slices on the sub. I would have gotten a better sub from Jersey Mike's or even Subway. And saying Subway is a better sub...now that's really saying something about this place. If you want a better quality sub, go to Jersey Mike's, Subway or even Von's.

The only reason it caught my eye was because our tax preparer was just down the street. It was obviously well loved by the locals after reading their great reviews and seeing a full parking lot. And this was on a Wednesday. We only had time for a quick bite, ordering nothing out of the ordinary. A quickie breakfast of sausage, scrambled eggs, and pancake, were all we had, but everything was nicely done. The pancake was big, light and airy, served with a carafe of warm syrup and a huge scoop of butter. The scrambled eggs were moist and fluffy, the sausage was basically a Farmer John sausage patty that was properly warmed but not overcooked, and very good tasting. My only criticism was the coffee being too thin for my liking, but keeping our coffee mugs filled was something they definitely did well! The service was wonderful. They knew we were in a rush, and handled us with TLC the entire 35 minutes we had. What I do know is, I will be looking forward to our next tax appointment, hah, knowing our morning will start off right here. Next time...chicken fried steak, or maybe a bowl of hearty homemade soup, y'all!

I ordered the turkey club with fries, and it absolutely hit the mark. The sandwich had perfectly crispy bread with moist, flavorful turkey--every bite was spot on. The fries were just as impressive: crispy, well-seasoned, and seriously addictive. The real standout combo though? Dipping those fries in their house made ranch, so good. Definitely a meal I'll be thinking about and coming back for!

You get in line and pay twice, once for drinks and again for pastries. It's great to support local, independent businesses and hopefully the arrangement is working out well for both of them. There are small tables with stools to sit on around the side of the counter on the way to the gender-neutral restroom at the back of the shop. The tables are a bit small but it leaves a wide aisle and clearly communicates that the building is accessible for folks who use wheelchairs.
