Drive through is usually pretty quick. The accuracy of your order usually isn't. I have to go back into the store at least half of the times I go through the drive through. But at least I don't have to wait very long to get my usually incorrect food. read more

Your standard McDonald's. But that being said this location has always been polite and fast when it comes to getting you your food. Of the times I've gone they are pretty good about custom orders and rarely if ever make a mistake. The foods always fresh, except for the occasional luke warm fries. But on a whole I don't mind going here when I have a McD's craving. read more

Visited this location today. Went through the drive thru and bought my toddler son a kid's meal. I asked for a Sprite as the drink with the meal. As I was pulling away, I gave the drink to my son. He informed me it was not Sprite, it was water. I took the drink from him to taste it and when I looked down into the drink, I saw moldy ice floating around in it. I have worked in the restaurant industry for many years and could immediately tell it was definitely moldy ice due to the ice machine not being cleaned regularly. I tried calling the location twice immediately to inform them of the moldy ice but did not receive an answer either time. I hope this problem is corrected ASAP. There is no telling how many customers are drinking mold and not knowing it if their drink is dark colored like Coke or Dr. Pepper. Other than that issue, the food was hot and fresh and the service was friendly and fast. read more

Horrific service, staff too busy talking and eating to have prompt service. Staff complain about too many different types of drinks to make. Floor managers have not learned to handle their lazy staff. 15 minutes to get a iced latte and a small fry which the latte was made wrong, girl made a frap instead of a latte and then stands and complains about too many types and the fries were cold. Code violations eating while working and handling food. I called the DM for this location a Janice Logan @ 901-767-9330 and filed a complaint on the main McD's site. I hate it when my kids want McDonald's. Never fresh fries and horrible service every time! Tonight pulled in drive thru, went to far speaker. Sat there saying hello, no response as the other speaker moves three cars out of that line. What is the point in having two lines and one order taker? Went inside to order, inside line long as mess and everyone looks pissed. Left, called and she said we only have one order taker, me: why don't they go every other like all the other McDonald's? Long pause "I apologize we are short handed". They are always short handed. I worked in fast food for several years and we always over staffed for this reason right here. The service is horrible I waited 10 minutes while a girl continuously walked by ignoring me each time. Then finally walked up and instead of "high how can I help you" she gave me a scowl and said nothing. If it had been a man instead of a woman I would've hit him. There are two things you can count on at this McDonald's location. #1 Cold food. Expect your meal to be served at little more than room temperature. #2 incorrect order. Almost every time something is not complete in the order. Everyone needs to double check before leaving. If that holds up the line, so be it. It's their responsibility to make sure the order is correct. read more

You Oder your food drive to windows and pay and be on your way. Their employees are very friendly and very punctual and they can articulate all of their words. This restaurant has got to be the ABSOLUTE SLOWEST restaurant in the franchise/company chain. While the service is ok, the food should be piping hot- as the wait suggest that food is only prepared several minutes AFTER the customer has placed their orders. Drive thru staff on their cell phones AND they take your credit card from the drive thru window to the counter to swipe it because they don't have someone at the correct window taking payments. I'd just about given up on McDonalds due to the cold overdone burgers pulled from the heated drawers like every other fast food burger joint. I put up with my share of screwed up special orders, but decided to give them another try when I heard they were gonna start using fresh, not frozen patties. I walked in around 2 pm and asked for a double quarter pounder with cheese, extra cheese and extra pickles OFF THE GRILL, not out of the drawer. The cashier acted like I was a real pain in the ass. So, I waited and watched them pull my dried out burgers out of the drawer. Got my money back and walked out. Not even an apology from the manager. Imagine my surprise when I saw a commercial that night about the new fresh ground beef quarter pound burgers saying they cook them fresh when they're ordered. Calling b*****it on that. Go to Five Guys or Cook Out if you want quality AND what you order and pay for. Or go to Mickey D's and get attitude and dried out overcooked burgers, served warm enough not to melt cheese. I went through the drive-thru at McDonald's in Bartlett TN around 1:30pm today. I was in the main(1st) window waiting patiently for someone to take my order. Someone drove up to the 2nd window and their order was taken right away! They drove on up to the pay window, I'm still waiting, when another car drives up to the 2nd window, their order was taken right away.,.. only when I said "unbelievable" was when the girl rudely said "anybody take "yo" order" I said "not yet"! I gave her my order and when I got to the pay window, she was so rude that I'm lucky she didn't throw my card back at me!! And my "large" fries looked like a small dumped into a large box!! My McFlurry looked as if it was scraped off the floor and put into the cup. It was supposed to be large and it barely covered the bottom of the cup!!! I used to work by here, and I vowed to never come back after my experience. They got my order wrong so I called back and they told me they would remake the order at no charge. Well when I came back and got my new order...THAT one was wrong as well! (This is after a series of them ALWAYS getting my orders wrong) Fast forward to now (months later), tonight I go up there and their menu isn't even lit up. I almost drove off because I thought something may have happened and they were closed for some reason, but someone spoke and took my order. When I came to the pay window, no one was there, when I came to the pickup window, first he handed me the wrong drink, and then when I got home, they got my order wrong. I'm not sure why this visit would have been any different than ALL THE OTHER VISITS. It's worth the drive to go to ANY other location than this one! And from the other reviews on this location, I don't seem to be the only one who has problems here. read more
