Went through the drive thru and the guy that took our order kept sighing and it was clear he was irritated because we either had a big order (we were ordering for 4 people) or because 2 out of the 4 people weren't exactly sure what they wanted so they wanted to take a minute. He also refused to give me my receipt after overhearing me say that he wasn't going to get a good review if I did the survey. Other than the rude guy who took our order, everything else was fine. The Employees at this McDonald's are a joke, they don't take there jobs seriously. Literally ignoring the cars piled up in the drive threw till its after 10:30 breakfast just because there to dam lazy to make more... From now on my family and I will go anywhere but McDonald's... They are over paid to work there and can't even do the job.. The sad thing is nobody will ever fix the problem as we have complained about it in the past. read more

The worst of all McDonalds world wide... not exaggerating. Worst part is, is that I've been there 30 times because I suck. Bad management, terrible food, long wait. Always. They'll always make you pull forward while at the food window to keep their times short. You're better off going anywhere else in Batavia. read more

They had really long lines and when I got up to the speaker I said my mobile order number and it is already paid for and then I got to the window and they said my order wasn't confirmed and I clearly confirmed it and i showed my receipt showing paid and it already came out of my account and they said I would have to reorder at the window if I wanted anything to have from my order and pay for it again. read more

Terrible. Poor customer service, food was awful, the manager took a pumpkin home (?!)...wish we had chosen anywhere else for our fast food dinner. We arrived to a nice young man ready to take our order. After he rang us out, we grabbed our drinks and sat to wait for our food. There was noone else in the restaurant area but myself, two nephews and hubby. In my opinion, and from past "secret shopper" experiences with McDonald's, they should have the food out in under 3 minutes. After 5 minutes, I went back to the counter to see what the holdup was and found all the employees, including the manager, standing around chatting with each other. The only employee not standing in the group was the cook. I asked how our food was coming and they all scattered away, while the young man who took our order was the only one to respond saying he's waiting on nuggets. Funny...as soon as he walked over to the area where the cook puts the food that's ready...the nuggets had been sitting there so he put them on the tray and turned to pass it on. I brought the food over to the table and we sat to each cold, unsalted fries, burgers that were so thin you could've missed there was a burger in between the bun halves and undercooked bacon. While eating this awful food, we watched a manager take a pumpkin that was sitting out by the soda machine, walk back telling the employees to make sure they clean up before they leave, and she left with pumpkin in hand. Yikes. While I rarely visit fast food joints, obviously, I won't be back to this location if the need arises again. read more

So this happens every time I get from this side of towns McDonald's but they always forget items in my meals, I got my daughter a happy meal yesterday and they didn't give me her apple slices or drink, which was irritating because we had just gotten home when I noticed. The help was wonderful, the manager was a complete and utter jerk to them. She yelled at them to get it together when she was a disorganized mess, her help was running around while she stood and barked out orders (and messed up our order). I gave it two stars because the kids working were great. Oh, and PS the workers consistently getting yelled at were the only two black kids working there. The manager was white. read more

I went in there to get a happy meal for my son. Food was fine, typical McDonalds. However the staff seemed to have a lot of problems checking the accuracy of the order. I ordered a 6 piece chicken nugget happy meal with a chocolate milk with a toy for a boy. What I received was a 4 piece chicken nugget happy meal, no fries, and a toy for a girl. Now when I go to McDonald's I am not looking for a 5 star dining experience. I can understand making one mistake, it happens. This was just people not paying attention at all. 573 E. Main St. Batavia, NY. This McDonalds is poorly run and any special order can cause a bottleneck. My issue in particular today is they handed me food from yesterday. I always order a sausage McMuffin with no cheese because A, the cheese is crap and B, they have to make it fresh. I also ordered a hash brown and hot apple pie. I got back to my office and found that the sticker on the pie was from yesterday. This is the second time in 1 week they tried to give me food from the day before. Also, the hash brown wasn't fresh, wasn't hot. So going back thru the drive through I told them I wanted a fresh apple pie and that they had given me one from yesterday. The girl snapped at me and said they "were all made fresh this morning." I had to show them the sticker. As I got to the pick up window the girl was snotty and called the manager because she couldn't deal with a complaint. The manger poked her head out the window. I said this is the second time this week that you gave me food from the day before. She said "Ok?" That was it. You just have to look at your order and check to see if it's hot. This is what happens when you have kids running a business like McDonalds. Poorly trained managers running the kids. No more McDonalds for me. read more

The service that I was greeted with was excellent, the employees were friendly and helpful. The preparation of what I ordered was organized. Most McDonald's that I have been to, some people try to rush how they prepare they food leading to mistakes, like under cooked beef for the patties or the fries are under cooked. They don't always give you the correct order and the fries are usually lukewarm but I found a trick to getting fresh fries. Order them with no salt and then ask for salt packets. It works like a charm... Every time. I usually go through the drive thru so I can't say much on the customer service inside but the drive thru is ify. During the day (not lunch hour) they are decent. I once received a coupon for a free burger because they didn't have my order ready in 60 seconds. I thought that was cool but don't go there late at night! I would say once 9:30pm hits.... stay away! They have a bunch of young kids working that are more worried about goofing off than getting your food ready. I once waited 30 minutes in the drive thru and my food wasn't even fresh and hot when I got it. I haven't been back there at night since that happened so I don't know if it's changed. Just make sure to pick the right time to go there... I still don't know when that is, sometimes I get lucky and sometimes I dont. I do enjoy the food when they make it correctly and give me the right order. read more
