Quarter Pounder with cheese hamburger meat was raw and bloody. Disgusting. Unable to eat.

Food was fresh, workers were amazing, and there is a couch to eat on. There is a giant marlin on the wall and it's awesome

This will just be a reiteration of all the other bad reviews, but after visiting today Saturday January 19, 2024 at 4pm in the afternoon to find the lobby locked, I felt compelled to write. So, 1) hands down the WORST McDonald's I have EVER visited, without a close second, 2) I, too, will NEVER go to this one again. This was my first (attempted) time back after a long hiatus because of bad service. Previously, I visited and asked for a FULL order of medium fries in place of the 2/3 full container they gave me and was told (by a manager who refused to give me her name) that the "go by weight", although there was no scale present and the container wasn't filled like it is at EVERY other McDonald's I've ever been to. I think that the problem with this location is the franchisee. Clearly these rules of stinginess come from the top. This store has historically been inconsistent with the operation and quality standards associated with McDonald's outside of this area. Corporate should audit this place. I definitely won't be back. read more

Unfriendly service. Nasty facility. Also they get your order wrong and charge you for sauce. Won't even give you any if you get nuggets or fries. Weirdest McDonald's I've ever been to. Steer clear. read more

Amazing experience. Best McDonald's I have ever been too. We went around 10:00 PM but still got our food fast and fresh. The sanitation rating was 99% so that was comforting. No problems with ordering and staff was friendly. The food was so tasty and would definitely come again read more

Must be a new location that just opened because the employees do not know how to listen to orders all the way through, make the food right, or even fill up a cup with the appropriate amount of ice. Had to park to go inside to get burgers made right and once we left, noticed the fries were bland and our tea was mostly ice. Not like we could call and complain because we were not offered a receipt and paid in cash. You don't have to have a desirable job to have a good work ethic and give a shit. If you don't like where you work and can't find it in you to do it right, go somewhere else. read more

I have been going to the Beaufort McDonalds since it first opened, mainly for the breakfast on weekends. I have noticed that over time their food selection and service has gone downhill. Now I do want to say that I realize that currently there is a global pandemic going on and that could possibly explain some food shortages, but the frappe and ice cream machines that were not working even before this event, can't blame it on that. This morning I went to this restaurant to order a couple of biscuits and coffee. One of my biscuits was missing, so I told them about it & the order taker had misunderstood my order & left a biscuit off. So I paid for it and was pulled up. I sat there for 15 minutes (I timed it) and then I went back through the drive thru. After much confusion they figured out who I was, I think they had completely forgotten about me. They did give me an apple pie with my biscuit to make up for it, but I still had to microwave my other food when I got home and my coffee was not hot anymore, so that was a very disappointing experience. I have gotten to the place where I have reservations about going to McDonalds in general anymore. I'd say it seems 90% of the time when I go to get a frappe, ice cream, or an espresso drink, they tell me the machines are not working. And they have dropped several things from their menu that I used to like, such as their yogurt parfait, egg white delight, and ham biscuits. The parfait was perfect diet food, especially after they reduced the size to a bathroom cup, I lost a lot of weight eating those. Last year they had peach slushies, which was my favorite, but this year they have pink lemonade instead. Seems like whenever a restaurant has something good, they can't wait to go and axe it and replace it with something not good or nothing. It's like your favorite tv show killing off the main character, it's not worth watching after that. But oh wait they'll keep bringing back that nasty old McRib which is basically a big piece of gristle in bad bbq sauce covered with raw onions on a bun covered with cracked corn. On the flip side, their regular coffee is good and some of the regular drive thru workers are very friendly and recognize me when I come through, one lady knows my dogs and talks to them, she's very sweet. I can't help but think the lowball reviews are result of management or lack thereof. The Beaufort restaurant is at a good location and has great potential. There's not a lot else to pick from in this general area. There's the new Taco Bell, which has a huge Breakfast sign out front, but isn't serving breakfast since the pandemic. wish i could give 0 stars. got off work today very hungry so i went to this mcdonald's. that was my first mistake. ordered 2 mcdoubles with just cheese and ketchup, and 2 plain mcchickens. I received 4 mcdoubles, 1 with everything on it, one with just pickles, and 2 with extra lettuce. They also gave me some sweet and sour sauce for absolutely no reason whatsoever. never going back to this mcdonald's. i suggest you take your hard earned money elsewhere. read more

Excellent choice before fishing trips. This 24/7 McDonald's in Beaufort is actually beautiful, and though I'm not big on fast food, how can you turn down sausage biscuits with mustard as fodder for a morning fishing excursion? Fast, friendly and apparently decorated with big game fishing art and paraphernalia by a seriously talented decorator, it's hard to believe you're in a fast food joint. read more

When my boyfriend approached the counter it took a few minutes for the cashier to even notice he was there, she was turned around talking to another employee, and when she turned back offered to help the people who had just walked in behind him. I found a hair in my (dry, overcooked) chicken nuggets, and the cashier had taken our order wrong and given my bf a cheeseburger instead of the double cheeseburger he had asked for. We just stopped in to use the bathroom and grab a little snack so it wasn't worth bringing it to the managers attention, but it definitely left a bad taste in our mouths. They were very clean and had an awesome boat booth inside. read more

They cannot even take a coupon without managers approval and the managers leave much to be desired. Not very bright and rude and loud.

Went here at 2:07 am and no one answered the drive thru. Went back around and no one answered. I'm guessing the employees didn't want to take our order. read more

This place needs better customer service. They need to be a lot friendlier to their customers. Just because they are Mc Donalds does not allow them to be rude. They should he extra nice. Need better staffing read more
