I'm embarrassed to even admit I entertain the idea of consuming something purchased at McDonalds but I have been on fast food kick lately. Shh... The fast food is typically a late night thing and that is really the only time we order from McD's anyway. We order through a delivery app and I'm not sure whether it's the app's fault or McD's but whenever we order from here and only here, it can sometimes take an ungodly long time to arrive. I don't know if they are growing the potatoes or what but the freshness is not reflected in the food, that's for sure. We ordered fries last night and teh fries were undercooked and soggy. I could barely eat them and probably gave about half of them to the dog. How do you fuck up FRIES?!? Isn't that your fucking thing McDonald's? AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS I would drive to a different location or even different fast food restaurant if you're in the area (maybe Burger King has better service). This location did not provide my full order (No ketchup or sauces for my fries). Upon asking nicely for them, they requested to see my receipt and started to collect sauces. Then they suddenly stopped for some reason and spoke to another person in front of me in another language and came back saying I had to pay for sauces, taking them all back (there was no way I could wait in line after 10 people who were ordering just to pay for sauces with hungry kids in tow). I asked "can I at least have my ketchup for the fries" and they begrudgingly added them. I have never experienced this at any other location. Even my mobile orders would have sauce inside. The kiosk I ordered from didn't prompt me saying my order was ineligible for sauces. 3-6 girls behind me suddenly approached the counter and the employees proceeded to give them all the sauces they requested WITHOUT asking for a receipt. I felt discriminated against (either due to race or wearing my mask). Regardless of reason, it was an unpleasant experience and especially because they did that right in front of my kids. I will drive the extra miles to go to the Thornwood location go forward. read more

Not that bad, but has many problems that should be taken into consideration. First off, many works don't fully understand English, and on multiple accounts have messed up my order. When I try to tell them something they might say what was that? Or I couldn't hear you! Which could be because of speakers outside. Another thing is the constant repeats of broken or turned off ice cream machines, even at the time shakes should be sold or should have been. Makes me think the workers are either too lazy to clean it or just downright don't want to make one. If your going to work a food job like McDonald's at least be ready for the work you will have to do. And finally, the food. Surprisingly, the food is decent, and almost always warm/hot. Nothing much more to say besides the fact that they don't under or over pack foods or beverages, and it is almost always just right. This concludes my review, hopefully the owner of this enterprise will see this comment and take this into consideration. read more

The first time we came here we were given the wrong order. We tried to give them a second chance. We ordered a breakfast combo and were charged for a coffee that is included in the meal. When we said this, the person called the manager because they couldnt speak English. The manager proceeded to scream at us in front of the entire restaurant without even asking us what the situation was. She screamed at us about something not even related to the issue and rushed us to order. Then after taking our order, they still overcharged us, gave us the wrong order, and didnt even give us a receipt so we didnt know when it was our order. read more

Big Mac may no longer be "Big." On my last order here for a Big Mac, the result was no longer "Big," but the same size as a regular hamburger disguising as a Big Mac. I presumed that McDonald's had globally adjusted the size to account for inflation of costs. On a trip to New Hampshire this week, my wife stopped at McD and... a Big Mac is still, "Big" up there! This is a nicer McDonald's They have a nice counter seating area overseeing the ordering area so you can stare at customers ordering, and the employees occasionally will stare back. They have a fair amount of woodwork but, sans knowing more, I'd venture high grade melamine. There's plenty of hung artwork (faux), mostly abstract or serene--likely to help quell the dyspepsia from the food. THe counters were clean as were table tops. Flor were clean and ecoli and other bacteria/fungi/virus would feel unwelcome. There's a small play area for kids but definitely take plenty of vitamins, OJ and perhaps some antibiotics before venturing there. Even the best ones...petri dish. The TV AR playing CNN, big turnoff--frankly I'd prefer Barney. There was the occasional mom or dad hollering at their kid, in a dialect that was hard to make out. M My child got nuggets and fries and a shake--her HDLs likely so high that her body could absorb the culinary insult. I got a salad with grilled chicken--t was fine-- no brown lettuce and chicken was moist. Dressing was Newman's Own, not to be confused by the Redford's Worst at BK. Although eating this food likely to shave a few minutes off he backend of your life, I reckon that the adage that anything in moderation might provide some solace for the simpler at heart. Should you find yourself passing by and want to restaurant that clean, decorated nicely, and without neighborhood riffraff litter then come here! read more

This is our go to McDonald's, closest by far to our house. Would be 5 stars except for the fact that sometimes an item is missing or incorrect. Example pay for 20 Mcnuggets and receive 18. Order a bacon cheese burger, no bacon! I understand this can happen, but we order on the app and the app doesn't have a way to report the mistake. Workers have a good attitude, which helps a lot. read more

Don't worry its the same unhealthy fare that McDonalds always serves, however this location has a serious problem with its drive-through windows. The parking lot layout is not geared for a drive through window, and no one obeys the traffic markings of the parking lot. Oftentimes people will cut their cars in front of me inappropriately because they do not obey the signage. They have a second ordering station but it never seems to be open, therefore the car lines are very long. And please don't tell me to use that app, I don't have enough space on my phone to have a app for fast food chain that I usually do not frequent more than once a week. read more

This is the only McDonald's in the past 40 years of going to McDonald's where every person behind the counter is friendly, helpful, genuine and sincere. Sure, it maybe the same big mac's and happy meals as every other McDonald's, but when the person behind the counter says how is your son because the last time you want there you told them he and your wife weren't feeling well, that's not your ordinary McDonald's! They've helped me, a dad of three boys 6,5 and 2 and brought my for to our table. They've searched for different toys in the happy meals to appease my son because he was crying over having missed only one skylander. This used to be the best Micky D's around. Please take notice of the USED to be. This place has fallen and fallen fast and hard. What used to be a clean and fun spot to grab a quick bite to eat with great friendly service has turned into a flop. It's filthy and disgusting... I mean it's really, really gross. Flys all over the place, the seats had all kinds of stuff all over them, the floors looked like they have not been washed in weeks. The staff has condescending, disrespecting attitudes. Not to mention they're slower then slow. I actually went as far as reporting them to the department of health. I can go on and on about the poor quality of food, but I think you get the message. About the language barrier, they have gotten more people who speak English to take orders, but still - no need to give low ratings because of that. Ok so here we go this McDonalds used to be really great the company "made america great again" UNTIL they installed these dopey kiosks for us to use I mean talk about inconvenient and slow as molasses this has gotten out of hand. Then they get the order totally wrong I choose the "take out" option and I see them fiddling with a tray putting my order on it. I said no I need this to go after using your fancy good for nothing gabage kiosk I will NEVER use that junk again. As for the overall service its gotten really pathetic you can order a 5 course meal quicker then they serve you a damn burger and fries. Place needs a fixing this is for sure.
