I just wanted to say that this location made me feel remedial one morning when I drove up to get some food early in the morning. How are we supposed to know that some do some don't? Place is okay. I hate ordering on the kiosk, it confuses the employees. They do need better training as it backs up the line. I waited a while to get warm fry's, I was expecting hot fresh ones. The place is clean and kind of quiet when I visited. There was a few homeless people lingering around but harmless and kept to them selfs. Easy access to the freeway on our way to Long Beach. I guess we get what we pay for... this location is always understaffed, dirty, and food is mediocre. This is still no reason to move your order to completed status when it's not ready and then take 10+ minutes to actually have your order ready. Management here is also horrible, they set the example for their employees, which is why service is so horrible here and always dirty. Employees work as hard as their managers... After finishing my shopping I was really hungry and then spotted a McDonald's and park my car and step in the McDonald's. Each McDonald's I have ever been they a totally different look in each McDonald's very cool and modern look that McDonald's took this direction. But I notice some of the McDonald's including this one they don't have the fountain soda machine in the dining room any more that's what I heard McDonald's is trying remove the soda fountain machine to save money. But anyways I order my food but the staff was very friendly and kind and being busy. I really enjoy very much. read more

Horrible customer service! I was here at 2:20 today 01/25 the manager that was on the window was so rude

You guys are always missing something. Yall charge for the sauces and make it a big deal but wont put the sauces in the with the orders.

Some of the most uneducated, crash, rude, and discriminatory staff I've ever met at McDonald's. In particular, I was ignored multiple times and when I tried to ask what happened, he told me I have too many better things to do and pushed past me. Yes, this is a one-star review based on very bad service, but while poor service can be excused due to lack of training or understaffing this was malicious and intentional. Ordered 2 dozen cookies in the drive through line. As usual, they ask you to pull into a parking spot and wait for them to make them fresh. And that's totally fine, and is a normal practice at all McDonald's. But today, this location thought they were gonna be slick and mix in old cookies with fresh cookies. Had to go back and return the old cookies and request new, fresh ones. Added another 10 mins to this visit. And the thing that made it worst, was that the workers thought it was funny. No apology. My experience was HORIBLE! First, I ordered a regular hamburger with extra pickles and while I was ordering, The worker was listening to music so he couldn't hear me so I just ordered online. Waiting, The tables all were messy and had some sort of concoction on the chairs. Then, finaly, I got my burger. And when I took a bite out of my burger (Witch had NO pickles even though I asked for extra) And a big-ass cockroach was squirming around. Stopped by this location while working to grab a quick bite to eat on the road, I was literally the only Person in line and a kid walked by register and didn't even acknowledge I was there. Past by again and nothing, he went to the back. Meanwhile another lady got in line and we just waited about 5 min before the kid came back and asked what I was ordering. Seems like it's all teens working there that honestly look like they despise working there. Customer service is crap, no smile or greeting you, they should hire kids that actually want to work or get these kids trained in customer service. Good customer service, but it always takes 15-30 minutes for a cheeseburger with no onions, and it always a comes out wrong. Terrible service, drive through service giving you wrong orders they have no idea what they are giving you. Then get mad when you tell them the order is wrong. Also the manager for the day 3/28/25 at 5pm. Gave me my order, told me I was being rude and was trying to go back and forth with me when I asked her how I was being rude. Because I told her I didn't need an extra soda she was giving me because it was already given to me when they gave me the wrong order.. This place needs better management. I'm not sure why there are negative reviews for this location. As a regular I love it here. I always remind people "if you can't find a kind person, YOU be one". I've been here multiple times and how I TREAT OTHERS is how I AM TREATED BACK. idk why people expect so much now in days like the world owes you something. I hardly EVER have trouble because I always treat with respect. Doesn't matter if my order is wrong yes it's upsetting but even when I confront the workers it is with the most apologetic attitude (yes even tho they messed up) and they gladly remake it or fix the mistake. read more

In the past month I went to the drive thru and ordered a big mac meal and large hot coffee, the attendant had told me they were making a fresh Bach of coffee and to wait out front in the parking lot and an employee would deliver my coffee shortly. So I parked and waited for exactly 25 minutes had called the number that was located on the sign and the employee admited to had forgotten about me due to a shift change and no one mentioned about me being parked out front. Wow. Just wow, worst experience at McDonald's ever. If I could rate this place a 0 I would first of all there was a very dirty environment the floor was wet I almost slipped and fell trying to sit down on my table. Place was packed and I had to wait to get a seat, people don't listen to the one hour seating limit. With the images provided the previous people sitting at the table left it very dirty with a questionable white substance on the table, this place isn't clean at all. The environment was very dirty never coming to dine in again. I ordered a Hot and Spicy McChicken and it had a big hole in the middle as if someone shot at it, I did not end up eating it and threw it in the trash. After I threw it away there was no more space in the trash with the image provided. Don't eat dine in unless you want to be met with many health code violations. You're better off eating food from the trash. SMH read more

I came to this Mcdonald's after a long day in the hospital. I ordered 2 McChickens, some fries and a Coke. I got my order pretty quick by a kid with glasses and beard.
