I usually have to pick up orders from Uber eats from here but when I get to the speaker they take FOREVER to answer. They could at least say, "Hi, we'll be right with you?" can't they? Then I say "I'm picking up an order for.." and before I can tell them the order number, they cut me off and tell me to pull forward. WhenI get to the second window they ask, "what order are you here for?" Today I passed by for myself and ordered the Filet O fish and it was cold, stale and chewy. The bun was smashed down and dry. Just went through the drive thru and the person taking my order was very kind. However, waiting to get my food at the second window the lady around her 40s was extremely rude. Pulling up to the window I smiled at her she didn't greet me, which is fine. Then when my food was ready she gave me my bag again not saying anything. If you order off the app, you have to get someone's attention inside the restaurant because there's no pick up point. Secondly, how can you mess up an order that's been printed out for you? Everything was a mess since the beginning. We should of known to just leave when they kept repeating our order wrong. When we got to the window we didn't even get greeted. (The two workers at the window were chatting it up.) We ordered a number five with a sprite, strawberry cream pie, and McChicken. The whole meal was gross: the chicken nuggets and fries tasted stale and the sprite was flat. I received an apple pie instead of the strawberry cream pie. Lastly, the McChicken was trash. It was cold and had absolutely no lettuce or condiments. We tried calling and whoever answered hung up once they heard, "Hello. I just came out of the drive through and my order ..." We will never be returning here again. Extremely dissatisfied. Also I would like to add that the restaurant #10681 was not busy for this to have happened. If I was the manager at that time, I would be embarrassed how things are ran there. I worked for Mc Donald's when I was 15 years old more then 20 years ago and our store was bad ass. I made fresh food all the time, nugget's always fresh. The kid at the window today gave me my food and I said I was short 20 nuggets he didn't believe me, that some one else (not him) counted and checked the food it was short 20 nuggets going through the bag messing shit up. Big Mac bread wasn't even toasted like it should have been, missing a small piece on the end my wife said it looked like it was bitten lmfao. This is a pretty decent McDonalds! Came in around 7am Friday morning to a pretty busy spot. Constant flow of people but we were able to order and have the food in about 5 minutes. All the employees are super friendly, work hard, and quick! We ordered a sausage mcmuffin each,the 2 for $4 deal. I walked in at 8:30 am. 3 other people were waiting for their food, but the pos was free. Placed my order in at 8:36. As I was waiting for my order about 10 min later, I noticed people started to file in, and the lobby was filling up. I ordered two combos and a breakfast sandwich. I waited patiently until I saw customers who placed large orders after me getting their food first. At the 30 min wait mark, I decided to bring it up to a manager, and i received my food 5 min later with no coffee waited another 5 min and finally after 40 min I was able to drive off. Today there was 3 young ladies with no customer service experience they dont ask you if you'd like any condiments, they have a stop sign right before you exit the drive thru and you have to keep moving forward the young lady tells me behind the car I said excuse me? Again she says behind the car so I got the message. Good customer service is can you please move up behind the car in front of you thank you. When i asked for condiments from another young lady i say thank you and no response with you're welcome. I just witnessed the worst customer service! My husband and I came to the drive thru to pick up 2 mobile orders. We told the person on the speaker we had TWO mobile orders. He confirmed them and told us to proceed to first window. We get to the window and we were given ONE order. We sit there waiting for our 2nd order and we just see the chubby guy walk away. Then comes back and sees us there still waiting and he tells my husband "all your food is there!" (Mind you were not even mad.
