Really need to improve on the customer service. Made an allergy request 3 times and when we got our food it still contained the allergen. The line was already long, they don't allow you inside. We had to pull over to a parking spot to wait for them to fix the issue and bring us a new item. read more

I don't know why this place has a 2 star rating. Very clean great food. And employees were great with fast service.

It's McDonalds so really it should be one star but that would not be a fair rating for the staff. For what it was the mobile order was available quickly, staff was efficient although by tone of voice showed they really had zero care about their job and the food was fresh so there is that. For the price and the fact the food (and let's be honest service) was what you would expect for McDonalds nothing really went wrong. read more

I try to avoid eating McD's fries too often, but they call to me now and then. I have to admit I don't always feel capable of using the new ordering boards. I have to ask a 5 year old how to understand the screen. McDonald's has been pushing specials on their app and it works! You can find a deal any day of the week. Bonus points for having some breakfast items all day long. read more

This location is about 7-9 miles outside Ocean City town limits on 50 East.i did a U-ie to get there at 1028 this morning because I forgot I wanted a bacon egg and cheese biscuits with a coffee for my drive home. By the time I got to the speaker it was near 1040. But.....I saw they still had the breakfast menu showing. Hoping and hoping they let me get breakfast and they did! Mm. Mm. That's the only thing I eat at McDonald's. My biscuit was good. My coffee was good enough. The location if this McDonald's, however is horrible. When leaving, traffic to get back on 50 is lined up. So instead of waiting for someone to let me in, I just took a right so I could turn around and get in line behind everyone but there was a 4 way stop..instead of waiting for all that drama I took another right so I could wrap back around and it was a dead end. I placed my order which they seemed to be confused over when i asked for sautéed onions on my quarter pounder.  They then said ok. Upon arriving at the second window in which the night manager who appeared to be under the influence of some substance. Handed me my food. upon inspection of my order it was incorrect. Also the coffee i order was Handed to me with the lid not secure and spilled onto my hand and sculled it. When questioned about my order i was told they did not offer what i asked for. I the customer knowing thus is untrue because i order all my burgers the same way from McDonald's. As i complained multiple staff members came to see what the issue was in which case at this point i just wanted a refund which was issued back to me. Point being McDonald's says have it your way and i was lied to . My thought is they were to lazy to make it as i the patron asked for. I was treated as if i had no idea what i was talking about and the order was presented poorly fries upside down in the bag and cold, coffee could have given me severe burns and lieing about the food that could be prepared. read more

This place is on desperate need of a remodel. Torn seats. Rusty broken benches. Drink fountain that constantly leaks. This place looks like it hasn't had any improvements since 1985. Also it looks dirty. Not sure if this is built in grime over years of wear and tare or a lack of regular cleaning The food is fine. The service is fine to poor. (Wrong orders) read more

If you want to find the worst possible drive through service in the state of Maryland, be sure to swing by this place sometime. The woman I spoke with in the drive through was rude, impatient, and incredibly disrespectful. This short interaction was so unbelievably bad, that instead of continuing to be verbally abused, I instead chose to just drive away from the box while she continued to yell through the speaker. Never in my life have I experienced such a truly sour human being, and I only wish I would have gotten her name before I left, so I could let everyone else know how horrible she is was. I don't expect 5 star service at a McDonald's, but this was just downright unacceptable. read more

The drive thru lady was extremely rude and gave an attitude. A mile before the store there is a billboard stating they have slushies, but when I asked she said "we don't have slushies" when I told her about the billboard her response was "okay but we still don't have them". Please do not advertise products if you do not have them, and then get an attitude with me for asking. read more

So I'm on Route 50 headed WEST thank you. Ocean City and Hurricane Irene were in my rear view mirror. Little did I know I had my own little Hurricane Hungry riding along with me: my own greedy belly. Dumser's Dairyland was well behind me, too, so forget about another Coffee Milkshake from there you greedy belly. Well, what's this, a McDonalds? Oh, ok. Well what's this coupon in my purse for a caramel macfrappay lattay. Well, ok, so I'll stop. I mean McDonalds qa/qc's these operations pretty tightly. Especially when they're right next door to a high school, you know, gotta keep that next generation of disgruntled managers well trained from the get-go, right? So I got thru the drive thru with only two yellow jackets trying to get into my car (you know from the shrubbery lined drive thru lane) and the whole process was relatively speedy and accurate. I'm a fan of McDonalds for their convenience and lately they have been renovating most locations and really focusing on a clean environment. This location though was disgusting. I stopped here with my kids to grab a quick bite. The people working the front counter couldn't understand English, and I had to talk to three different cashiers before I found one that knows our native language. She still didn't know what was on the menu and couldn't answer a simple question I had about what's included in the kids meal. She screwed my order up anyways and had to place another order for the things she left off. I got a salad, it had been sitting out and was warm. The dressing (and all the sauces) were sitting on top of a warming area and they were hot. I had to go back to the counter to get the dressing, again for a fork, and again for a drink all because they can't put an order together. I guess the AC was out or the owner was a cheap A$$ because it was pretty warm in there. The bathrooms were worse than most gas station bathrooms. If I were you I would look for a different fast food place, trust me it'll be worth the extra 2 minute drive, because this place will just pi$$ you off. Zero stars if I could. read more
