I placed a mobile order. A 10-pc meal plus a few extra drinks. Went through drive-through, was given the drinks and asked to pull into Space A to wait for the rest of our order. Remember, that means waiting for chicken McNuggets and fries. Nothing unusual, no special order. So we waited. And waited. Watched car after car be served, including ones that pulled into "waiting" spots after us. 15 minutes later I went in to see what the hold-up was. Caught a worker heading out with food, but nope, not ours. He told me he'd look into it. 5 minutes later he came out to ask what our order was, because they no longer even had it on record. 5 minutes after that we finally got our order. No apology, no offer to make it right. I have no plans on returning to that location ever again. read more

Went through the drive thru and wanted my order freshly made, said it'll be about 13 minutes. Proceeded to pay and asked the lady, "did you want me to pull up, since you said it would take 13 minutes?" Probably the best McDonald's I've been to. We stopped in for a quick burger, fries and a coffee while we were traveling. The burgers we had were very tasty, I even had an extra half-patty on mine. Probably because they saw that they were going to throw that half patty away anyways. The fries were cooked to perfection in the fryer and the coffee was delicious too! We got a caramel cappuccino too and it was very flavorful. Most McDonald's are pretty rushed and half-put-together, but this one was really good and quick through the drive thru! read more

Unbelievable, I swear it's every other day my food is wrong. Sub folded egg is LITERALLY the way you put it in on the POS system. I know, I've worked there. Management is garbage, she got mouthy with me because she's seen me probably 20X in the last 30 days. Each time she says "did you order it that way?" Of course I did. It's McDonald's, we know wtf we want. "There's no sticker that says folded egg" no crap! Because you rung it up wrong imbecile. Want steak bagel? Oh well, you get sausage. Ask for folded egg? I have mixed feelings about this location. My order is typically correct and the drive thru line goes pretty quick during lunch hours. My main concern is the way employees seem to be trained on mobile orders. Sometimes they're an expert and other times they are really confused and act as if they didn't know mobile orders existed. I see another review on here talking about being waived through the Pay Here window. I had a similar experience. The woman at the window did not say anything to me but she had a disgusted expression as she yelled "GO" while literally shoo-ing me away like a rat. First time here and I don't like the format of the menu display in the drive-thru, as it was confusing for some items for a non-frequent guest I was surprised that my order was not repeated back to me, nor was it on display anywhere for me to make sure they got it right. Employee was nice but not overly friendly/memorable. Thankfully, everything was correct except I ordered two happy meals and was asked what side I wanted and I said one with fries and one with apple slices. They both came with fries, so I'm not complaining but I hope I wasn't charged extra. I'm also grateful that both meals came with the same toy so I didn't have kids that fought. I found a fried roach in my fries. I came in at around 10:30pm on 6/21/24 and after finding it in my fries I became severely disgusted. it's really disappointing and unsanitary and gross. This location needs to do better with sanitation standards and cleanliness. Never going back. read more

This is by far the worse customer service experience I ever had. The pregnant girl told the people working there to watch their mouth. The supervisor said she didn't give a f*** about no muthaf***** customer. I said whew I hope my food don't take long. The pregnant girl said oh she just said something smart so I said and did even though I didn't. We eat here on occasion when in the area and want somethingX quick. It is the usual McDonalds food so no surprises there. But that is what we are looking for when we stop at any McDonalds-no surprises! Good or bad-no surprises. Just familiar food, served hot, reasonable prices, friendly staff, and quick service. If I want to take a chance on gourmet or something different, this is not that place. But this location, in my experience, delivers on my expectations. read more

I stopped by the drive-thru this morning and tried to order a Canadian bacon and cheese biscuit, hash brown and ice tea (meal). This item is not on the menu, so I figured they could substitute the sausage and maybe have a slight up charge. They originally told me the price was $4.60, but when I got up to the window, that was not the case. They charged me $6.08 and rang everything up separate (Canadian bacon $1.80, cheese $0.40, Biscuit $1.19, Hash Brown $1.35, Tea $1.00). I complained to the cashier and she said I needed to talk to a manager. The manager had no logical explanation except to say that canadian bacon costs more, and they would have to charge everything separate. I told them to cancel the order and asked for my money back. I have been to this McDonald's several times over the years and never had any issues. Extremely disappointed with the service today! read more

I try to go to other locations when possible. I always have issues with mobile orders and have had some not particularly pleasant experiences with employees. But, it is a McDonalds and when your toddler desperately wants a happy meal, it'll do in a pinch. read more

This McDonald's location has the most inconsistent hours of any restaurant I've ever experienced. I understand there are staffing issues. But update the website or Maps with your actual hours. Whenever I attempt to go here there's a 50% chance it's closed. Today (a Friday!) it closed at 7pm even though the hours say they are open until 2 AM. I used to go here every morning but they would randomly be closed most of the time so it's not worth it. Drive to a different McDonald's. If you go up to the counter, the staff will not come to see what you need. Beautiful interior, super modern and clean (when guests don't leave their trash everywhere). Kiosks to complete ordering ... Which seems to be the only way to get help. Eveytime I come in I am ignored. There are tons of staff working over by the coffee and food but they never come to the counter to take your order. They got my order wrong, the food given to me was cold after waiting in drive through forever, and after finally reaching the store the manager was rude, and disrespectful. She had the audacity to say she didn't care if I contacted McDonalds corporate because this store is a franchise. What trailer park did she come from? Poor service, poor quality food, and poor management. The owner of this franchise needs a new manager or manager trainee program. I'll never go here again except to pick up my refund. I have had way too many bad experiences at this location. The staff has messed up orders, forgotten items, overcharged, and lied numerous times. There is 3 McDonalds between my house and Beaumont Hospital. This one is the middle one of the trip and I have stopped there before. Never again. The drive thru lady tried arguing with me about how I was placing my order. She got rude and started mimicing me.
