If there were a way to give zero stars, that's exactly what this McDonald's would receive. What should have been a quick, inexpensive stop for food turned into one of the most frustrating and disappointing fast-food experiences I've ever had. McDonald's markets itself on speed, consistency, and customer service, but this location failed spectacularly in every possible category. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming. The dining area looked neglected, with tables not properly cleaned and trash bins overflowing. While I understand that fast-food restaurants can get busy, there was no sense of urgency or care from the staff. Several employees were standing around talking while customers waited at the counter, unsure if anyone was even going to acknowledge them. A simple greeting or eye contact would have gone a long way, but instead we were met with indifference. When we finally placed our order, things only got worse. The employee taking our order seemed annoyed that we were there at all. They spoke in a rude, dismissive tone, cutting us off while we were still ordering and rushing us through without confirming details. This immediately raised concerns, and unfortunately, those concerns turned out to be completely justified. The first order we received was wrong. Items were missing, substitutions we never asked for were included, and some food was prepared incorrectly. Mistakes happen, especially in fast-food environments, so we politely went back to the counter to explain the issue. Instead of apologizing or attempting to fix the problem professionally, the employee acted as though we were inconveniencing them. There was no acknowledgment of the mistake--just attitude. After waiting again, we received a second order... which was also wrong. At this point, frustration was setting in. Orders were clearly not being checked before being handed out, and accuracy seemed to be the last priority. When we pointed out the errors once more, the response from the staff was even more rude than before. Eye-rolling, sighs, and sarcastic remarks made it very clear that customer service was not something this location cared about. A third attempt was made to correct the order, and unbelievably, it was still incorrect. Receiving the wrong order once is understandable. Twice is unacceptable. Three times shows a complete lack of training, communication, and management oversight. It felt like no one was listening, and no one cared enough to make it right. The food itself, once we finally tried to piece together what we were given, was disappointing as well. Fries were cold and soggy, burgers were sloppily put together, and items that were supposed to be fresh clearly were not. Considering how long we waited and how many times the order was redone, there is no excuse for the food to be in such poor condition. What made the experience truly terrible, however, was the attitude of the employees. Mistakes can be forgiven; rudeness cannot. At no point did anyone apologize sincerely, take responsibility, or attempt to calm the situation. Instead, we were made to feel like the problem for expecting to receive the correct food we paid for. That is completely unacceptable in any business, especially one as large and established as McDonald's. By the time we left, we were exhausted, annoyed, and regretful that we had chosen this location at all. A visit that should have taken ten minutes turned into a long, stressful ordeal that left us hungry and frustrated. This experience reflects poorly not only on the staff but also on management, who clearly are not enforcing basic standards of service, accuracy, or respect. I would strongly not recommend this McDonald's to anyone. If you value your time, your money, and being treated with basic courtesy, you are better off going somewhere else. Every every time I come to this McDonald's, I ask myself why did I come here. Today in the drive-through the older lady took my order. She spoke very very softly so you didn't know if you were done and if you should proceed to the next window. But I proceeded to the next window after noting that the total of my order was $9.13. I handed the woman a $10 bill and got $.85 back. No receipt. And she stared me down. I think challenging me to ask for the two extra pennies. But at this point it's 7:30 in the morning and I really don't care about two pennies, but I care about the fact that she was not very friendly or engaging and almost dared me to ask for those two cents in my receipt. McDonald's I ask you in your training, don't you give the customer an opportunity to get a paper copy of the receipt?. I hope the two pennies helps your business. And I will think twice when coming to your restaurant in the future. read more

I left a bad review previously and thought I would give this MCDonalds location another try. I ordered an Egg Sausage McMuffin with cheese plus a hash brown at around 9 am. This location is only 4 minutes away from my house. I get home and the McMuffin sandwich has no egg!! Just sausage and cheese. Bun was not very hot. Hash brown was cold. Not sure why I have bad luck at this location and it's so close to my home. Food and service is so bad. Can't figure out why I can't get a good meal there. Anyways not going back anymore. Tried to buy just the toy of the Happy Meal bc my niece is a big Mario fan. The employee (manager?) smirked and said 'that'll be $5!'. I said "Huh? Restaurant Review Wow McDonald fail! I should have read the yelp reviews before coming to this McD because yelp reviewers are spot on. I typically don't care when I go to fast food, but if I saw all these negative reviews I would have avoided at all cost. I ordered a breakfast meal with an additional order for a white chocolate mocha for my brother who was standing next to me. They ended up upsizing my drink and not giving me my original coffee. I was flabergasted at how I stressed "and" when I was ordering but somehow that did not register. FAIL. Pro- none Con- clearly incompetent staff based on all these reviews. I am not going to this location again period. Hidden deal- You can't go wrong with the value menu although the price has now gone up. Check out the large sign to select from the revamped menu. I went thru the drive thru and wasn't greeted. I got a "what's your order?" When i asked the manager working the window why I wasn't asked to use my app, she said it wasn't required. It was up to the employee. I asked didn't she reinforce it? No. So I had to tell them twice I had a code from the app, was told if I was going to use it next time order online and not use a code at the drive thru if I don't like how she runs it. Thank God I speak Spanish because she repeated herself over and over and was surprised I understood when she told her employee to ignore me and just keep doing things how she told her. Horrible HORRIBLE management. And the manager looked like she just rolled out of bed. Her hair was in terrible disarray. If she doesn't care about her appearance why should her employees? Every other McDonald's I've been to gives a free cookie if they don't ask about the app. I asked the manager if they did that she said no because they don't ask about the app unless the customer brings it up. I don't see enough restrictions for Covid I don't see employees wearing gloves I don't see them just protecting themselves in general. They are well dressed, clean-cut, and ready to follow through in their duties. Very nice to see in a workforce. While the newly rennovated building is quite nice, my order was accurate, and my food was good, the cashier took my money and neglected to give me the correct change. I gave him a $10.00 bill and he quickly took it and gave me back change that was $5.00 short. I explained to him that I gave him a $10.00 and not a $5.00. Since he put my money in the cash register already it was his word against mine and I had no way to prove otherwise. Because he looked "manager-ish" (clearly much older that the others), I didn't bother complaining to management as he was probably the manager. As far as McDonalds goes, this is one of rhe better ones. We all know what to expect at McDonald's, it is not the best burger but they sell the most for a reason. This mcdonalds is always busy, especially the poorly designed drive thru. Even with two ordering boards, the line spills into the adjacent parking lot and blocks traffic. I don't even try to go here between 11:30am and 1pm. I often try to go here and end up at taco bell next door because of the business. No problems with the staff here though. read more

Was going to order some food after using the restroom first; however, to be quite blunt about it, there was a large quantity of loose feces all over the toilet seat in the handicapped stall. The other (2) stalls had TP all over the place and the commodes were not even flushed! Listen up, McDonald's.....your employees and guest can pick up germs if sanitary conditions are not maintained. Your employees use this restroom and "should be" washing their hands as well but with unsanitary conditions in the stalls, this leaves a lot to question. You need to spot check your restrooms in a timely manner and clean them up when appropriate as well as wash your hands after doing the dirty deed. This was brought to the attention of your head Manager on duty (Frantessa sp?) thru the Drive-Up window on 1-22-2017 about 7:00pm. read more
