Absolutely awful experience from start to finish. The poor customer service began the moment we pulled up to the speaker and continued all the way through the drive-thru. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and seemed completely uninterested in helping customers. Sara and Mary especially lacked basic customer service skills and handled concerns poorly. To make matters worse, this location consistently gets orders wrong. It seems like every visit results in missing items, incorrect food, or some other issue that should have been caught before handing out the order. After multiple bad experiences, we were frustrated enough to contact corporate because the problems have become a pattern rather than a one-time mistake. Chick-fil-A is known for outstanding customer service, but this location falls far below that standard. Management needs to seriously evaluate and retrain the staff to improve customer interactions and overall service quality. The only bright spot during our visit was an employee named Jakub. Chik fil a in Elmhurst! Even at the height of lunchtime the service was fast, friendly and friendly affordable! The restaurant was constantly being cleaned and the food was great! There was ample parking and plenty of seats inside. The restaurant was well lit and the restrooms were clean. The carry out line seemed to be moving along as well. read more

Good spot for Chick-fil-A! Service here is always super nice and helpful. I swear I get treated like royalty every time! They're so on top of it. The food will always smack - Chick-fil-A really just is that girl. My fav things to get are the cool chicken wrap with avocado lime ranch dressing on the side, their southwest salad with creamy salsa dressing, their chicken nuggets (grilled or crispy), and of course their deluxe chicken sandwich. I'm the oddball and don't really care for waffle fries, but they're not bad. Sometimes the tables here are left dirty for a little while and it can get busy/cramped during poppin' hours but that's expected. I do a mobile pick up order at this location 2 to 3 times a month, and I've never had any issues with my order accuracy, the taste of the food, or the employees. I feel the line moves quick, the people outside in all kinds of weather have been somewhere between basically polite and downright kind, and I get eye contact and full sentences from the person in the window, giving me my order. (One of the few other drive up windows that does this is Starbucks.) Not only is this CFA location convenient, but I like their community involvement. read more

Unfortunately they continue to make errors with carry out and drive thru orders. 50% of the time the order is incorrect. Not sure why I go back. In addition when an order is incorrect they won't give you a refund over the phone. You have to go all the way back to the restaurant with the incorrect order. Came here to dine in on on 9/12 waited over 30 minutes for our food while customers who came after us, received food before us. The manager handed us 2 gift cards for free sandwiches. We decided to take a trip to the drive thru today 9/13 since dine in was not a good experience yesterday. Came here for lunch today and the food was amazing and the staff was also amazing except one person and that was our cashier that was taking our order. Hezakiah was having an attitude when taking our order from the start to finish, when ordering I ordered another side with the meal and I made sure with him that he got it correct and he confirmed that he did but he got it wrong and I only noticed when I received my food. When he was getting our cups for our drinks he was really aggressive with them that he broke one of them and instead of just throwing it away he started to rip it up right in front of us before throwing it away. He needs to fix his attitude if he wants to be working at the front house. Chick-fil-A has put them selves at a high standard across the board. You can tell the food was recently cooked and it tastes amazing. If you're looking for a good place to eat, then this is a great place to go! Employees are good, polite and can be seen wiping tables pretty often, making sure to disinfect the area. The employees are always so nice and greet the customers, which is awesome. When ordering delivery it has to go through door dash. Most times items are missing. When you contact chick fil a, they tell you it's door dash's issue and contact door dash. This was our first and most likely last trip to Chick-fil-A. we came in at about 9 o'clock and the restaurant was messy with the tables and floors not cleaned. We ordered and the french fries were cold and the sandwiches were dry and salty. it was our first time to the restaurant and no one explained that we were supposed to put sauce or something on the sandwiches and they was just a hunk of salty, dry chicken and two pieces of bread. I'm surprised by all these people knocking the service. I feel like I want to come here just to hang out, everyone is so nice and friendly. I remember once I asked for iced tea, and my order-taker person said "sweet or unsweet?" And sort of sheepishly I said, "could I do half and half?" i have never had a bad experience with this establishment until tonight and i am very disappointed. me and my friends came in around 7:30-8:00 the young gentleman who took our order was very nice and helpful even though the place was packed. As we we're waiting for our food we sat on the bench and my friend (we are both girls) sat on my lap and my 2 other friends sat on the other bench.
