The worst McDonald's ever!! They hire the most rude and ignorant poeple. I have lived in bonham for 15 years and the last 4 years this McDonald's has just straight up sucked. Cold food old chicken nuggets charging you for extra topping and not giving you them. Ordering 2 20 piece nuggets and giving one sauce packet and then saying we have to pay extra for more sauce. Constantly forgetting orders just a straight up shit hole of a place. The managers are incompetent and the owner should have his franchise revoked for being so shitty and not caring. Had to park for a mobile that was made 15 minutes in advance. Nobody else was in line. Before parking they gave us a kids meal. Waited 15 minutes for them to bring the wrong order out. We go back through the drive thru and tell them the order is completely wrong and ask that they remake the kids meal also because we live 15 minutes out and didn't want the kids meal being any colder than it already was... some little smart mouth girl started running her mouth and rolling her eyes from the counter. While waiting over 10 minutes for two iced coffee's I saw the manager pick up a disgusting leaking bag of who knows what, does not wash her hands, and start handling food. For some reason this establishment does not know how to make iced coffee... When I was handed my iced coffee it was water down and flavorless. I asked for a refund. The manager with dirty hands walks over, does not say a word to me. She issued the refund. And I walk out the door. Zero Customer Service! Any time I have come here, none of the employees treat me with respect. Every single person has a stank attitude. I'm always smiling and friendly when I come make an order, and always say please and thank you. And tell me why when I ask for sauce, mind you is only like 2 packs or so, I get a dirty look and don't even get the amount of sauce I asked for. This is the worst fast food place in town. Our order took 15 minutes today. Wife's burger was pink inside. My pies were room temp. I watched a guy wait ten minutes for a small coffee just terrible. Honestly, never thought i would review a mcdonalds because i really don't like mcdonalds. But, this one is close to my work and the quickest place to grab lunch on the fly. I've been through the drive through now too many times to count and they are always friendly, always super efficient and my order is always right. The food is cooked as well as fast food can be. The other day, my frappe was delayed maybe 3 minutes because i ordered right when they were doing something with the machine. Waited in designated spot, manager came out almost right away and upsized me for free because of my wait. Best mcdonalds i have visited. read more
