The classic chicken fried steak sandwich of Del Rancho fame in the Oklahoma City area needs tomatoes, lettuce and mayonnaise or mayo based sauce.....this version from Mudbones was every bit as good as Del Rancho. The folks at Mudbones must have known of our most recent German travels......because.....SCHNITZEL BRO!?!? Service from Big Friendly was just as friendly as always!!!! Not only was the food wrong but after we got told they were going to remake it we waiting 20 more minutes while watching the workers make other orders that were after us. Then after we went back up to the counter, realizing they weren't making our two burritos, the worker said "oh, yeah" and then they FINALLY made it. While it was finally being made the guy was throwing a complete fit, and made it sloppily. Overall it was probably the worst food service and customer service I have experienced yet. Please fix this and be better.
